We ordered the black bean noodle and it was good but a tad bland.... The meat pieces in it were really flavorful though. We also got sushi .... And it was top notch. Super fresh and really good! I had dinner here on a random night by myself. The spicy pork was amazing. The owner came and sat down with me and I told him I would be back. Eaten there a few times sense. The reason I am writing this review is because they have a loyal lifetime customer. They left one thing out of my order tonight (my wife's meal). Lauren called me back and said "we left something out. I'll bring it to you." I've never had that type of customer service from a restaurant. Do yourself a favor. Go dine at Far East kitchen. This establishment disappoints me. That said, I don't think the food is bad, but the palate in general is not to my liking. So that's not their fault. That said, the service this evening was really lacking. Our server paid very little attention to us. Two of the three meals we ordered arrived within a reasonable timeframe. The third meal only arrived after we finally caught up with our waitress after 10 minutes of being unable to get her attention. It then took a further 10 minutes for that meal to arrive. By that time the first two meals were cold. Our appetizer arrived after the third meal, and after we reminded her we had ordered it. We went there for the first time tonight and it was sooo good! They have the Bimbimbap, which my fiancé and I have missed since chopsticks went out of business in Felton, so it was great to see that dish again and it was good! This was such a positive experience. We lost power at our house and needed to charge our devices while we worked on the computer. We've come here a few times but our recent experience might be our last. The place is clean and spacious with nice roomy booths. Our order came quickly. We ordered salads which were mostly iceberg lettuce And was small but the miso soup was pretty good. The tempura was very greasy although crispy. Our rolls were pretty good. We decided to give feedback about the greasy tempura to the waitress when she asked how things were. Her response was "well, tempura is deep fried" as though we didn't realize this. She went on to say that maybe you should request that the chef pat it to absorb the grease, she then apologized (which we didn't need) and said she would take off half the price of the item from our bill. This is really what sh3 should have said initially even though our intention was to give feedback. We've had alot of good tempura in our lives. We left feeling like maybe we won't come back since there are a lot of other sushi places that have much better tempura. read more
