We each got our regular-the cobb salad. It if huge. I asked for extra ranch dressing and avocados on the side. Both requests were met perfectly and in a timely manner. We go pretty much every week. I LOVE FARMER BOYS! It's like a Drive thru healthier than fast food spot!! I got the chicken avocado club. The bread is white sliced bread toasted with buttery goodness. The avocados are fresh! They add Mayo and the chicken is perfectly grilled!! The fries are medium sized French fries - perfectly crispy and their ranch (I get it as a dipping sauce For my sandwich and fries) is delicious! I rated Farmer boys because on the fifth and sixth of July I was disrespected. I was talked down to by two young was the one was a young little girl. an email got no response. I tried to file my complaint online at the Better Business Bureau and I'm still waiting to hear back from Farmer boys does not care about their customers little kids that they hire are just the most disrespectful young people I have seen I asked for no pickles because I'm allergic. Drove up to the drive-through and placed my order. When they repeated my order they asked if I wanted a combo and I said yes. I wanted onion rings instead of french fries and then she told me it would be $18.99. I told her all I wanted was a hamburger and onion rings and that was it and she told me she couldn't do that. Been back a couple times in 2021. The first time was good. I would have rated 4 stars. Tonight really pissed me off though. Long line, I get it you're popular. Have me wait out front, again take the time you need to get it right. I get home and my fries morphed into a kids cheeseburger. I checked the receipt to see what I paid for and definitely was missing fries. The worst part, the part that pissed me off, was them stuffing $50 of food into one bag and somehow even managing to smash what was on top. Oh and they burnt half the buns. Slow service (20+ minutes in the drive thru) with employees moping around like they didn't give a care. 2 stars for the fries and the fries only. They were great. Burger was mediocre. Wife's chicken sandwich had a tiny piece of meat. To top it off it was $39 for two combos with small drinks! Sit down restaurant prices with the same wait time. 11/25/20 - My sister & I decided to go shopping in Lodi. We were shopping for Thanksgiving and everyday. She likes the Walmart in Lodi and it was my first visit. After shopping we got hungry and we both love burgers!! I told her that I always see the advertisement for Farmer Boys and would love to try it because it's something new, and it's my birthday!!!! Unfortunately, because of Covid-19 the experience of dining-in is off limits-- AGAIN!!!! So we go thru the drive-thru. Since this is our first time we really didn't know what to order. So my sister orders a cheeseburger and fries, no drink, and I order the Farmer Boys combo. At first we could not hear the total clearly and we drive around to the cashier for clarification because it sounded like she said $30.00. The total was $13.61. We were so busy laughing at the two totals and we weren't paying attention to the fact that we only had one burger and fry plus the drink. Very upsetting that a laughable moment was soured. We didn't go back because we live in Stockton. I don't know how they messed up the order. I hate to have to check my order when other people are waiting behind us, but since this pandemic has started I noticed that you MUST check. Drive-thru's are not paying attention to small details like napkins and condiments like they should. We're so happy that this Lodi location has reopened since they had a fire several months ago. The service and the food is great. I'm usually not a fan of burgers, but their char broiled burgers are really good and so are the fries. Everything is very fresh and prepared to order, so your food is always served hot. Their all day breakfast options and salads are exceptional and large. We are from So Cal and frequently ate at Farmer Boys, so we are thrilled to have this Lodi location. read more

The onion rings were a pendulum swing from the usual "too much dough, no onion" to a "huge chunk of onion with a bit of dough". I prefer these really. The service was friendly and polite, and the restaurant was clean, and our meals were absolutely delicious. I'm not sure what changed, but they definitely made an improvement and stepped up their game. Decided to Door Dash and try something different. I selected a few items, I decide to mix and match my dinner this evening. I requested some things specifically omitted from my food, added avocado to a sandwich. I'm guessing they did not read the order which was specifically printed out for them. I paid for avocado I did not get any, I said no Italian dressing, they put Italian dressing, I said no tomatoes I got tomatoes. I was really glad to see they opened back up after the fire about a year ago. I took my wife to lunch here last Friday 1/6/23, this her first time eating here. Immediately we were greeted by Jennifer at the counter. She took our order, when she realized that we were sharing a burger, Jennifer asked if we would like that burger cut in two. I also asked for the thousand island dressing on the side. Jennifer then asked if I was a veteran, I said "No, but my wife is." So we got a veteran's discount, something we didn't know about. The food came out in a timely manner ( The acceptable length of time I would expect for a freshly made burger) every thing was hot, Jennifer and another girl checked up on us after we got our order to make sure everything was alright. Always at least a 30 minute wait in the drive through, and when you get to the window you can see it's not busy, there's no rush, employees are on their phones with terrible attitudes. Been here multiple times and it's always the same. No one goes through the drive through when they have 30+ minutes to wait. I could understand a wait that long for dining inside but in the drive through it's ridiculous. read more

I bought two breakfast burritos, there was a hair in one. I discovered this after I already ate the first one. I wanted a refund for everything. Michelle Green was so rude when telling me she could only give me a refund for one. It's not about the policy or what she said, it was how she said it with such a nasty attitude. so I started taping and asked for the number to corporate. After I asked for the number, she did not want to give me a refund at all. Not even for the burrito with hair in it. She called the police on me. I finally got my refund after the police came. All this could have been avoided had she been nice and apologetic. All the other staff were very polite. Also I found out this is a franchise store not corporate, so why not tell me that when I asked for the number to corporate? Just being combative for no reason. Pretty cool to see a socal restaurant up here in norcal. We got a few fish sandwiches with regular bread and a few with sourdough. Looked forward to the onion rings more than anything since they used to be 5-7" round when we got em in my childhood while my dad was a trucker. They have shrunk a bit it seems but nice and greasy. Wanted something lighter - which probably isn't what most people go for in a place and specializes in burgers and breakfast food - and got the charbroiled chicken salad. The portions were large and the salad definitely filled me up. It was a little plain, but that was largely my fault, as I went for the lighter option, salad wise. The hard boiled eggs were a good addition, though. The rest of my party got French toast and the club sandwich. They said both items were tasty, and their portions also looked decent. There's a rewards app, which is useful, if you're a frequent customer. $5 off your visit for every $60 you spend. I think the place is a little pricey, even with the app, for the quality you get, but the frequent promotions help counter balance it. read more

Needing lunch while my 16-year-old Westie was having a procedure at nearby Harris vet, I searched Yelp for best salad in Lodi. Farmer boys came up on the list! I chose this place because of the reviews and the photos of the salads looked so good! I had to order a Cobb salad and it lived up to the pictures! It was fabulous! And the salad seemed very fresh. The lettuce didn't seem to have any preservatives on it which fast food places usually put on their produce. I didn't even realize this was a fast food place until I got there. The bathrooms were impeccably clean! Due to Covid, I had to wear a mask and I walked in to pick up my to go order. Everything went smoothly! The food was fabulous! Will return again! read more
