Where to begin? First, this is not our first time ordering from this establishment. However, something has happened to the service and meal prep at this place. We ordered delivery through Uber Eats, the bag arrived sealed for safety. When we opened it the first order three eggs over medium, hash browns and sausage and the only thing correct was the sausage. Instead of hash browns they gave me French fries-for breakfast?! The eggs were over EASY not medium as ordered and grossly cold. The second dish ordered was the French toast platter with eggs over medium and bacon. Well, we can guess how the eggs came, yep-over EASY and cold, and NO bacon. First, you can tell no matter how you order your eggs they only know how to prepare it one way and that's over easy. Also, to NOT include bacon in a dish that has bacon is absolutely ridiculous. When my husband called and asked to speak to a manager, the lady who said she was the manager sounded like she could care less that our food was delivered not as ordered. She said we can pickup another dish-did she forget that we ordered DELIVERY-no we are not picking up another dish. She says that's all I can do for you, no sorry no nothing. She explained that they ran out of hash browns so they decided to replace with French fries and lied when they she said she attempted to call the Uber driver-not true we contacted Uber. Perhaps a more forward thinking approach to inventory control is in order along with learning how to prepare eggs appropriately. Customer service is very important and this so called manager needs help in the department of how to deal with customers when her employees mess up. read more

Drive through was rough yall.... 20 minutes... they made us order then park out front ( which they made the car in front of us AND the car behind us do) then after 20 minutes, my husband just went in and got the food and it was just sitting there. Breakfast burrito (w/Bacon) -- online says $6.69, menu board/reality is $8.19. Good size, egg was an omelette folded in with little bacon bits with a little cheese, so it gave it bacon flavor with no appreciation for actual bacon. Plus, for the last few bites, at the bottom of the burrito was not-so-fresh salsa. Overall, not very good at all. Disappointed Food is good when they get it right. I will be honest, when you drive up to window and all they do is hand you a number to go and park in the lot out front. I couldn't walk in because I had dog with me on a warm day. Then the wait begins. They forgot to charge me so she comes out gets my card. Then more waiting. Eventually she returns with overfilled sodas that are leaking (all the napkins are now wet). I get home to discover that my food was not prepared as ordered. The service provided by Grubhub was great however, the food was terrible! This was my first experience with Farmer Boys and I would never recommend it to anyone. My salad was wilted, brown and sitting in a pool of water. Due to inappropriate packaging, there was quite a bit of condensation which left all of my food wet and soggy. Not a good value. Farmer Boys food is good but it's way overpriced. A Hog Heaven breakfast burrito is over $14 with the tax. They taste good and the potatoes are what really makes this burrito stand out, but for that price you can get a full breakfast at Denny's with a few dollar$ to spare, and someone will serve it to you and bring you coffee while you wait. You can also go to a local taqueria or food truck and get an even better breakfast burrito for half the price. It's the same story for everything else on their menu. I foresee Farmer Boys struggling to stay in business if this recession we are in lasts more than 9 months. Save your hard earned money and get your fast food fix somewhere else. read more

Farmer boys opened up a couple months ago right off Wendy dr. Their food was so good, fresh and good quality. Now that it's been open for a little bit now their food presentation and quality has gone wayyy down. Super disappointed and definitely not worth the $30 for two people. The last time i got the bbq chicken wrap and it wasn't folded properly, it went everywhere bc it was loosely wrapped, barely any chicken and all the dressing wasn't distributed evenly throughout the wrap. This time i got the chicken sourdough sandwich and there was barely any chicken and the lettuce was soggy and brown! When the photos on your menu look NOTHING like what you are served you are getting 2 stars. The chicken avocado sandwich on the menu looked like it was almost worth the $10.00 asking price. Every time I come here I say it will be the last! This specific store is run horribly and so much unlike their other store in Northridge! First off, I came in two days in a row to use my free milkshake coupon for the grandkids and was told they are out of ice cream. Well the coupon expired today so I am out of luck. Secondly, my wife and I ordered bacon burgers and the patties were room tempteture. The cheese didn't even melt on the burgers. My son ordered two salads with a BOGO coupon and added a $5.00 Parmesan sandwich on the side. He asked the employee to make sure the free item was a salad only to find out she applied the freebie to the $5.00 sandwich. No other restaurant handles coupons this way! The staff admired that they have new franchisee who is "cheap," and told them to not sell shakes during the free coupon period. Well after five years of trying to have a good meal here we PROMISE that this family of eight will NEVER go here again and will share our poor experiences with others so they don't have the same issue. So sad, as the company Farmer Boys has good food as a whole, just not this franchisee. Corporate needs to step in and run this store before it loses all its customers. New place just opened up and my boyfriend wanted to give it try as he is a burger a holic! We went for dinner and the lighting is very bright and hard. Decor was clean and minimalist. It's a standard fast food style walk up and place your order scenario. Employees were enthusiastic and friendly! Burgers showed up quickly. We both noticed for being freshly made, they were not very hot. I'm using my expert as the critic and he said it was a good burger but also average. Nothing exceptional but a very fair price. This is actually my second visit. We went for breakfast and I had the bacon & egg burrito. It was a very generous serving and made for a second meal as leftovers. I really enjoyed the flavor, although I left off the pico and changed the cheese to cheddar instead of American. The second visit was for dinner and I had the Big Burger with zucchini instead of fries ($1.50 extra charge). I also exchanged the American cheese for cheddar. Unfortunately I didn't realize it came with onions and a ton of thousand island so I ended up wiping that off. The zucchini was enormous and came with ranch for dipping. It would have been a bit better had they been cooked just a bit more and more flavoring in the batter. Made an online order and it was a disaster! My husband had to argue with the worker about what came with meals and all our burgers were wrong. We were missing food as well! An absolute mess! This is my second visit to Farmer Boys, there won't be a third. It's expensive, I don't mind paying more for better food, but this is not as good as any of the major burger places.
