They used to offer mosquito repellent services with the standard package but I guess now you have to pay for it as a separate thing. I just said I didn't need it and tried to never open my front door to let them in. I bought an outdoor bug zapper which kind of helped. Anyway I'm satisfied with Official. My property used to get lots of spiders and roaches inside the house. So much that I couldn't sleep at night, but with their pest prevention I don't see them often. My area also has a wasp problem in the Summer, they spray those areas and I don't see them swarming my yard.

I was paying a fee of $70 dollars per services rendered, but then these guys took over and it skyrocketed to $135. They don't care about the customer, they just want your money! Yeah, get bent Jeff. Your replies are canned and cold.

I experienced the same thing many other reviewers have mentioned regarding Erik's incredible customer service and knowledge of rodents. He quickly identified several entry points the mice were likely using that I never would have considered myself. During the work, he was even able to show me staining and other evidence confirming they were actively using those routes to get into the attic. I was also very happy to learn that Erik is a licensed roofing contractor in addition to performing rodent exclusion work, as I needed my roof valleys cleaned as well. After removing the tiles, he showed me how much debris had built up underneath in areas that weren't visible from the outside and explained that I was likely only about a year away from developing a major leak. Overall, I found his pricing to be very fair, and he was genuinely one of the friendliest people I've worked with. I'll absolutely be calling him again in a few years for another checkup.

I called Erik and he was able to stop by the next morning to have a look. After about 30 minutes of walking the exterior, he could not see any clear signs of how they got in. He scheduled us for about a week later, for a thorough examination. He and two crew members (Lyle, Jake) spent well over an hour, each independently examining all sides of our house for signs of entry. He also got on the roof and examined it, and all the work they did last year. Nothing. The roof looked fine, there were no signs of trails going up the walls. They were stumped, but had a few more places to check. One of the three finally discovered the new entry points, which were unique to our home. (The rats managed to burrow under some columns we have that hold up a back patio cover. The builder built most of the posts on concrete, but left several inches overhang over soil. And that's all the rats needed.) Erik wrote up a quote to seal the columns. It wasn't cheap, but fair. They did the work about two weeks later. They also set some traps up in our attic, in case some rats got sealed in, but it's been several weeks now and so far, no signs. As much as I appreciate the work that Erik and his team do, I'm hopeful (and hoping) this will be the last we'll need them!

I was losing sleep every night because there was rummaging and scraping taking place on the roof above my bed. I suspected it was either birds or squirrels and had tried checking everything myself but couldn't find anything. I called around to some places to describe the issue I was having and at least one person referred me to Thomas Wildlife Control. I called up and managed to luck out by securing an appointment the following day. Brandon showed up on time ready to go to work and was very personable. He walked me through the process he would take and was very transparent with me including setting expectations so there wasn't any guess work involved. Cutting to the chase, he not only managed to find what was going on and causing it, but took the time to show me and explained how important it was to catch the culprit then because of all the other damage that could be done if it wasn't caught. Then he managed to provide a very reasonable solution to take care of the problem and did excellent, clean work. Brandon was like the more professional Doctor Doolittle / animal whisperer and made the whole experience feel easy and a great value. Now I'm sleeping peacefully and feel reassured that the problem was resolved. This company was prompt to respond to our request and made a thorough outside and ugh, inside assessment determining rats had gotten into our attic through eave vent and lots more under the home. They gave us a fair estimate and said they would come out frequently, until all of the rats were gone. They plugged up all the ingress/egress holes thoroughly and each employee, from answering the phone and email question, to Mitchell, Eroldo, Bernardo and Alex on site, has been nothing but helpful and kind. All Clear was one of the two companies that returned my call and thankfully they were able to get a technician out sooner. They sent Grant out a few days later to evaluate our property. Grant let me know ahead of time he was coming so I was prepared. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He evaluated the situation and spent 45 minutes going over my options with me. In the end a lot of what could be done was dependent on me purchasing products myself and doing work but I felt a lot more confident about what to do and how to proceed. His information was extremely valuable and he didn't even charge me for the visit! Several weeks later and the rats are far fewer in number. I would definitely recommend calling All Clear Pest Control for your pest problems.

I had such a great experience with Bell Pest Control in the beginning and signed a one year contract. Then, since I had a great experience with them still I still continued my contract with them because they were still a great family owned company. Then, after Certus took over it went downhill. First of all, I didn't even get notified they took over and the previous portal login site is no longer valid. I signed into the Bell Pest Control portal to check when they were going to come for my next appointment and I got hit with a message that said account disabled. I was so confused I thought something happened with payment or my password so I contacted customer service and they told me that I had the wrong website ?? And I should be using one called Certus Pest Portal instead. But I've been using the website that was sent to me in the receipt for Bell Pest Portal and suddenly they're using a different portal for Certus Pest Portal without notifying me. The customer service representative however was great. I talked to was very sweet and understanding and was very kind. I didn't like the AI representative "Melissa" though. However my problem was with my appointment. I had an appointment scheduled for a Monday and they were supposed to come in the 12-1 PM, even was confirmed over call and I like to know ahead when they come so I can secure my pets because they are skittish of people. But they didn't come till 2:30 PM. When they were under Bell Pest Control originally they were always on time and I had great rotation of technicians and they were never late and always on time, now it's different technicians and they never come on time.

I switched to Fast Action Pest Control because I was told their treatments would better address the fly issue at my home. Unfortunately, after approximately 9 months of service, the pest activity inside the home became worse instead of better. We started seeing increased ants, spiders, flies, and other bugs inside the house, issues that had previously been under control with my prior pest control provider. Before switching companies, I had used Official Pest Prevention for approximately four years after moving into this house, and during that time we did not have ongoing ant and spider problems inside the home. The only remaining concern was flies, which is why I decided to switch after being told Fast Action Pest Control would better address that issue. Instead, after switching, we began experiencing significant ant and spider activity again. Throughout the service period, I repeatedly informed technicians during every bi-monthly service visit that the treatments were not resolving the problem. I also contacted the office by phone several times regarding the ongoing issues, and additional service visits were performed a few times as well. Despite all of that, the pest activity continued. What made this even more frustrating is that the agreement itself states that customers should expect pest activity to "drastically decline" within a few weeks, that pest levels should "continually decrease over time" with regular treatments, and that the service is intended to help prevent infestations from reoccurring. That was not my experience at all. After nearly nine months of service, repeated complaints, and additional visits, the problems did not improve and, in my experience, became worse. The company later acknowledged in writing that their services "did not meet my expectations," which I appreciated. However, despite nearly nine months of unresolved issues, the focus eventually became billing and cancellation charges rather than resolving the failed service. According to the agreement, the recurring monthly service amount was $50, and by the time I canceled there were only approximately three months remaining in the agreement period from April through June, totaling approximately $150 remaining on the contract. Even though I did not believe I should still be paying for services that were clearly not working, I still attempted to resolve the matter in good faith by offering to pay the regular April recurring amount of $50. Instead, Ari from billing continued insisting that I pay at least $100 in order for the cancellation fee to be waived. Later, Brittany informed me that the previous option was no longer available and that if I did not pay the full amount being demanded, the account would proceed to collections. They are now attempting to charge me $269 over a service dispute involving treatments that repeatedly failed to resolve the issues being reported throughout the service period. The issue was never that I simply did not want to pay. The issue was that after nearly nine months of unresolved pest problems, I did not believe it was reasonable to continue paying for services that were clearly not producing the expected results described in the company's own agreement. As someone who works professionally in accounting and oversees large projects, I understand that when services repeatedly fail to meet expectations after multiple opportunities to correct the issue, companies normally work toward a fair resolution instead of continuing to push charges for unsuccessful services. I have since returned to Official Pest Prevention because, in my personal experience, they handled the ant and spider issues at the property much more effectively. Some of the attached photos reflect the type of pest activity we continued experiencing inside the home during the service period, including ants indoors and even a spider crawling down from the ceiling onto the bed. For transparency, I will also be attaching portions of the agreement, with personal information removed, showing the recurring service amount, remaining contract period, and the language regarding expected pest reduction over time. This was my personal experience, and unfortunately, I would not recommend the service based on the results we had. read more

Oh. My. Gaaaaaawd. I used Fast Action Pest Control five days ago to spray the outside of my house. When I called to schedule, I asked them not to spray inside because I have a kitten and two small dogs. The technician was really nice and polite, so no complaints there. But the day after the treatement I started having ants in my master bathroom again and figured it was just the last of the colony desperately looking for an escape because there were what could have been two queens mixed in with the hundreds of little ants since they were so much bigger than the rest. I sprayed them all and it stopped. However, this morning, all ant Hell broke lose and I have thick black lines all over my kitchen, entrance and hall closet! And the floor perimeter has trails. I sprayed with my own spray to kill them and try and stop it asap, then called Fast Action. But get this. They said because I opted out of having the inside sprayed that I would have to pay for an entire new service! They also said they don't have a 30-day guarantee for any of their work unless I signed up for their treatment plan. I laid into them (politely) because they didn't even give me a discount or refund for not spraying the inside and told them that even Terminx has a 30-day guarantee with a one time treatment service! Then, she said the inside is only done upon request and that since I used my own product today, they can't even come back for ten days anyway because it could potentially "deactivate their product," which sounds like a load of bull, and they would still have to charge me the fee again ($265). NOT CHEAP. I asked why I was never told not to use my own products after their treatment. She says she doesn't know cause she wasn't the one who scheduled it with me to begin with. This was my first experience using Fast Action and it will be my last. I feel robbed. What a load of bull. Talk about bad customer experience. read more

I would like to clarify the following dates and details regarding my account and recent experience with your company: Your representative visited my home on May 16, 2025 and assured me verbally that I could cancel the service at any time without being bound to a contract or incurring a cancellation fee. Based on this assurance, I proceeded to pay for the initial service on May 16 as a trial, with the understanding that if I was not satisfied, I could cancel without any penalties. However, this was not the case: I received your welcome email only on May 24, 2025 -- a week after the initial visit and after the first service was delivered -- and it stated a cancellation fee of $100. Now, I am being told about an unexpected fee of $149, which was never disclosed at any point by your representative or in any prior communication before service delivery. By the way what is the extra $49 for? It is concerning that your representative made verbal assurances that were not honored, and no documentation about cancellation terms was provided upfront. This type of door-to-door marketing and misleading verbal agreements can be legally challengeable. I have documented email threads and communications to support this. I am open to resolving this matter amicably. While I do not object to paying a reasonable cancellation fee if it had been disclosed clearly, I was not informed of any such fee -- verbally or in writing -- prior to the service. Therefore, I would like to follow up and seek clarification from your team before I consider further steps, including potential legal action. Please see attached email threads for your reference. I have done business with Fast Action Pest Control for a number of years now. Currently, Jamal is my regular service tech who treats my home and yard on a bi-monthly basis. He is knowledgeable, professional and thorough. When I recently discovered a powdery substance with what looked like little black bugs in it near my patio door, I called Fast Action and requested that Jamal make a visit to my home on the "off" month, he was able to come the next day. Jamal did what seemed to me to be a very thorough examination of my situation and told me he needed to refer me to a termite specialist inspector. Jamal promised to try his best to get someone to come out to my home as soon as possible. While Jamal was still sitting in his truck in front of my home, Fast Action called me to set up an appointment with a termite inspector. Garrett was able to come the very next day and--although he looked too young to know all that he told me about what he saw in the area of my home that I was concerned about--he, too, was so thorough that I told my daughter I believe he's been doing pest control work since he was just a little kid. On his hands and knees, with his flashlight, Garrett thoroughly inspected my home at its foundation, gave me the assurance that there were no termites and offered to take the matter further (for my peace of mine) if I chose to do so. We've been relying on Fast Action Pest for quite some time now, and their service has consistently exceeded our expectations. Living by a creek with an old house and chickens, we know we're practically asking for trouble when it comes to pests. However, thanks to the diligent efforts of their team, particularly Johnny, Alondra, Logan, Raul, and Andre, we've managed to keep our pest issues under control. Johnny recently conducted a reinspection and uncovered some additional entry points, demonstrating his thoroughness and attention to detail. Alondra, our dedicated technician, promptly assessed the situation and handled the necessary relocations and assessments with expertise and care. I recently concluded a one-year contract with Fast Action Pest Control Services, and my experience has been far from satisfactory. Over the contract period, I noticed that the company uses low-quality products, which significantly impacts the effectiveness of their pest control solutions. Without any prior notice or communication, Fast Action Pest Control sent an agent to my home to apply their pest control solution. We have used Fast Action Pest Control for many years. What is great about this company is that the technicians are always polite, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Again, we have used their services for years, so of course we have had quite a few different technicians. Sean is our regular service tech and he was here the other day because we had a large very active wasp nest, and he came out promptly and took care of removing it. He did his work quickly and efficiently and we truly appreciate having someone we can count on to help keep our home and large backyard more pest-free... making being outside more pleasant. Sean even told me that he has plenty of experience with keeping a pool clean, so he always swipes around the edges (using his cobweb duster) where the spiderwebs develop regularly in our pool, so that was certainly nice to hear. Whenever I've had to call the office for a special request, the customer service people are always friendly and very accommodating. All around a top-notch pest control company. Way to go!! read more

From start to finish Fast Action Pest Control was great. I chose to humanely trap and release the rats. Sean came and inspected, analyzed, and educated me about how rats behave. He climbed into the basement crawl space and located additional holes through which the rats were coming back into the basement. He outlined the scope of the job and the cost. A few days later two technicians came. Cory and Robert were terrific. While Robert worked to plug any potential entry holes on the outside of the house, Cory cleaned up the feces, securely plugged holes in the crawl space, and sanitized the basement and crawl space. In addition, they added a one way door so that any trapped rats inside could find their way to the outside but would not be able to get back in. I have used their service for about 3 years now and am very happy not only with their quality, but also with their customer service. Our regular tech Stewart is always friendly and calls the day ahead to let us know he is coming by and to check if there are any problems. I am on a regular scheduled routine and had to temporarily stop my service for about 4 months last year. Within 3 months of them not coming I started seeing bugs (spiders, earwigs) in the house and of course outside. I called them up and reinstated my service right away. Once again I have not had any problems since then. I did a comparison with some other spray companies last year that have come around and Fast Action is by far the best priced for the service you get. Besides the regular spraying they also knock down any wasp nests and spider webs from the eaves. Saves me a WHOLE lot of work! Very disappointing service, would not recommend! FastActionPestControl.com sent a rep to my door who promised a 50% discount on my first treatment and assured me that if bugs or cockroaches reappeared in 2-3 weeks -- especially in my garage, which I was concerned about because of my kids -- I could cancel the service without penalty. Well, 4 weeks later, the bugs and cockroaches were still there, and when I called to cancel, the supervisor was extremely rude and dismissive. she told me, "That wasn't me at your door," and claimed I was locked into a one-year contract, with a $149 cancellation fee if I wanted out. This is clearly a trap -- they lure you in with false promises and then hit you with a cancellation fees. The treatment itself was completely ineffective, the staff is impolite and unprofessional, and the whole experience felt like a scam. Do NOT hire them -- it's a waste of money and time. I have not used this service, but door to door sales people need to respect the "No Soliciting" sign. Could be a number of reasons people have them up: medical, odd work hours, elderly care. Why would anyone use a service that violates this signs meaning for privacy and respect? Wow, I started not to put this on yelp and just send an email, why should an owner suffer a bad review for one interaction. Then I read the other 1 star reviews, and they were for the same thing, misguided or poorly trained sales people ignoring signs and other inappropriate actions. After scrolling a bit the owner Gary seems concerned about this, but these 1 star sales reviews go back at least a year. Some training is needed to respect No Soliciting signs, like I said, you never know why a homeowner has them. So instead of just sharing with the business I decided to post. Good day Sir. read more

We had used Fast Action in the past but when we moved we thought we could spray ourselves - big mistake! When I called it was after hours & I immediately got a return call when they opened, the woman I spoke to was very pleasant and I was able to get an appointment for the next day. We rent an older home & when Dru came we told him we were having little gnats in the bathroom sink & we had seen some other insects. Dru explained the gnats & put something down the sink & told us how to keep them from coming back. He then sprayed the whole back yard - which is retry big - and the front, he explained what he was doing & at the end told us if we had any concerns before his next visit to give him a call. Everything I read was indeed true. Ok, to start off, found termites in a tool storage shelving unit in my garage. Put it here on Yelp and sifted through 45,000 emails (you know what I'm saying). Had Fast Action contact me, Set an appt., Garrett (Inspector) contacted me with updates on eta. Much appreciated. Couldn't be happier with Garrett's professionalism. He let me walk with him through the inspection, answering any questions I had along the way. I wish that there was more of this type of service in the service industry. Also, I wish I could speak directly to the owner to voice my satisfaction with the inspection that Garrett provided. On a few routine maintenance visits in the past, the technician arrived while our dog was in the backyard, and the service was rescheduled. We completely understood that decision and never had an issue with it. Recently, however, we developed a wasp nest that needed treatment. We scheduled an appointment, but no one showed up. We later received a last-minute email explaining the technician had experienced a family emergency and that our appointment was being rescheduled for the following week. We completely understood and had no complaints. Unfortunately, the rescheduled appointment came and went with no service and very little communication. We still had the wasp nest and were left wondering what was happening. Shortly afterward, we received another last-minute email stating they would be coming out on a Tuesday. They never confirmed that the new appointment worked for us, nor did anyone contact us beforehand. The technician arrived unannounced while our dog was in the backyard. Because we had no idea they were coming that day, we had no opportunity to bring our dog inside. Rather than attempting to coordinate another visit, Noble Way cancelled the appointment and then called to inform us that they would no longer provide service to our home because there had been "too many incidents" involving our dog. It's frustrating to be dropped as a long-time customer for circumstances that were largely created by their own scheduling and communication failures. Had they simply communicated with us before arriving, we would have happily put our dog inside. Instead, they repeatedly cancelled or rescheduled appointments with little notice, then blamed us when one of their unconfirmed appointments couldn't be completed. The lack of communication, poor customer service, and unwillingness to work with a long-standing customer were extremely disappointing. I cannot recommend Noble Way Pest Control based on this experience.
