Burgers were really great. I'm writing a 5 star review really because I saw one of the most exceptional customer service I've ever seen from a teenager. Samir was the kid who I saw did a fantastic job servicing customers. I think he's barely legal to work and yet he provided service like he was the manager. He asked me if I was ok multiple times and asked if I wanted any other sauces. I saw him wiping the floors when he did not have to. Another table's order was messed up and he made sure the order was corrected right away. He did whatever he could to make other customers happy. Great job Samir. read more

This location has always been by far the best. the only small complaint about the Fat fries is they tasted super oily, but love the fact that they don't Pour salt on them and are plain. Not bad. They have turkey burgers here and that's what I was after. Asked for a side of fries and ring light salt/ spiced and well done. Unfortunately the fries were floppy and spiced as normal. O-rings were cooked well but had too much spice. Just a heads up, when you put hot food in a closed container the steam coming off the hot food condenses and saturates the crispy crust, making it soft. read more

GREAT burgers for a great price. Fresh to order and the place gets packed on the weekends. I gave it 4 stars because the place lacked cleanliness and not fully stocked with condiments and napkins. I ordered a protein burger and just thought I would get 1 patty wrapped in lettuce. Boy was I wrong. A small amount of lettuce in the middle of 2 freshly grilled patties. Sure wouldn't recommend this place. We had been once many years ago and not sure why we didn't go back. Now maybe I know. It was freakin' expensive! For nothing exceptional. Hubby's burger w/bacon&chs, fries and a drink was 19.50 (I forget the change, but just under $20. Son's burger combo was 17, my burger (not a combo) was 9, and a kid's meal was 12 and some change. TWELVE bucks for a kid's meal? And cheese, if you wanted it, was on top of that. Crazy ridiculous prices. We almost left to go down the street to Portillo's, but the people we were with wanted to try Fat, so we stayed. The food was so-so, not bad, but nothing that warrants the price and made me say, 'OMG! This is sooo good, I can't wait to have this again!' No, nothing special. Oh! and the beverages tasted like chemicals. They should fix that. Yuck. (the water and diet pepsi did... the strawberry brisk seemed okay) In this area I would prefer to spend half the money we did, and go to Habit Grill or In 'N' Out. I came in to try a side by side of the impossible (meatless) burger vs a comparable fast food standard burger. Medium size with all the recommended goodies on each one and honestly the impossible was just as enjoyable, significantly less greasy. No chance the impossible could Stand up to a real world freshly ground and hand-packed beef burger but I think we will see a lot more of the impossible in the future. Side note, three stars was due to stale buns (no excuse when all your food comes in buns) and a sloppy bathroom. Cashiers service was good and food came up right on time. read more

Not only are their burgers Top Notch DELICIOUS, the entire staff there is extremely efficient, courteous and professional! I appreciate their efficiency while taking phone orders and the burgers coming out exactly as ordered! I'm super picky and can be a bit too much when clarifying what I want on My burger and they've all been great when dealing with Me, both over the phone and when I walk in to pick up. I went to this Fatburger yesterday and had to come back again today. I was there around 4:00 p.m. both days and the Manager (it said "Manager" on his name tag) was fantastic both times. My 1/2 pound King Burger was huge and cooked perfectly. I ordered the Onion Rings and they were the best Onions Rings I've ever had - Thin, Crispy, Lightly Battered and Delicious! I topped it off with an Oreo Cookie Shake that was made with real Ice Cream the old fashion way. The Shake came with an ample amount of Whipped Cream and was Thick & Creamy. The Manager was multi-tasking and running around making sure everything was done properly and all of the guests were enjoying their meals. He checked-in with me twice during my visit. This is probably the best Fatburger I've ever been too (and I've been to many). I'm so happy that I found this location. It's worth the 30 minute drive from my house. Bravo Mr. Manager! read more

Its been quite a while since Ive been near a Fatburger and Im glad I rediscovered it. Taste, and service are excellent. The place can be tricky to see if your not looking for it. Value was also pretty good for a good quality meat burger. The environment needs a little elbow grease. Repaint that shack and clean it up. It really felt lost in time eating over there. Cheeseburgers now have a choice between American, cheddar, and Swiss. Even with the toppings here, the hamburger patty isn't well seasoned. I always got a Baby Fat with onion rings. I like the skinny fries so much they don't need ketchup. I'm willing to pay more to have less boring food. It gets messy to eat because of the beef juice or runny mayo. Its no fun if you can't have the egg on top. The cook asked us for our order while in line for the cashier but the latter didn't hear us so we had to have a new ticket made to get the BBQ burger too. The skinny fries here are really greasy. They didn't give us a choice of wheat buns last time. They don't have the Maui banana shake anymore but they've got a sweet tea dispenser now! I had the Original Fat Burger and it was not good. The grilled onions were below the patty so the bottom bun was super wet. The dressing was everywhere. Other than tasting the sweet relish, the burger overall was bland. The meat didn't have any smell or taste. I got jalapenos on the side and those were soft too. Soft seems to be the theme here. My recent visit saw the place inundated with paper, crumbs, and spots on the tables and floor. The cabinet door by the soda machine was swinging open. Not one of the employees was focused on undoing what never should have been done. While waiting for my order to arrive, I used the restroom. To say it was filthy would be an understatement. Only used it because I had to not because I wanted to. The food is delicious and pricey. But the environment is so in need of cleaning. So the trade off to that is the burger is not going to have that extra greasy flavor like say In-N-Out or your local burger-joint burger. I see a lot of reviews on here describe the fatburger as "bland", well that's why, it's lean meat not fatty. Add bacon or an egg if you insists on greasy flavor. The fat fries are bomb, I always make sure to ask for them extra golden. The shakes are another highlight. The customer service is typical fast food customer service, no complaints. The outdoor facade and especially the dreadful parking lot can use a serious touch up. The interior is retro classy, nice decor. Other than the exterior my one big "beef" about Fatburger are the prices. $25 for a burger fries and soda are not it, $30 if I want a shake. One should not pay more than $15 maybe $20 for a burger combo, don't care if the burger is high quality never frozen beef. In fact I only go now when my bank offers me a cash back reward, which is about once a or twice a year. read more
