Unfortunately, this spot is hit and miss. The burgers are inconsistent- one night they're fantastic, next time they're flavorless. Prices fairly high for the quality, it seems. Came here the other day got two regular burgers + 2 fries and it was $27. The Habit is definitely less expensive and more consistent with quality/taste. So I'm not very happy right now even though I love me some fatburger. The proble. Is this, I placed my order through the yelp app and it gave me an error so since I was so close I went to the restaurant and paid for my meal there. Come to find out the next day that I paid for my meal twice and now everyone is giving me the run around. Yelps help section goes to a dead end, grubhub is no help and neither is the restaurant do now I have to call my credit card company and have the charge reverse. It's a nightmare. My second time trying fat burger. This location has friend staff. The meat had a nice grill flavor and the large burger is quite big. The highlight of the meal were the fat fries I do recommend to order before and pick up it takes a good 10 -15 mins to get your order but it is worth the wait. read more

I've been going to this particular location for years and never had problem with my food until last week! The customer service has never been that great but I like their burgers so I had overlooked it. I called and asked for my burger to be cooked medium well but to my surprise after picking up the burger and trying to eat it on my way to work i had discovered that it was over cooked, burnt and crunchy on some parts and void of all moisture! I was absolutely in shocked so I had immediately reported it to their corporate office twice and didn't receive a response from them nor the management at the store. I made it clear to them that I didn't want anything free nor a refund I just wanted them to address the issue of their rude staff member, Ricardo, who took my order and the cook who think it's okay to serve people burnt burgers! I looked through some of the yelp reviews and a lot of people had similar experiences to mine and one reviewer even posted pictures of his over cooked burger. I won't ever eat at this chain ever again because of their lack of professionalism towards dealing with customer service issues! I'll take my hard earned money to another establishment that actually knows how to cook a burger! This was my first time visiting Fatburger and let me say I was totally grossed out. Since it was COVID-19 it was takeout only. When my food was almost ready I noticed there was an employee in the back making shakes. This employee was wearing a mask and I heard someone in the kitchen coughing. With everything going on I was turned off and just threw the food away when I got home. Also, the store looks dirty near the grill/kitchen. There was dust on the ceiling. I used to love Fatburger and would often order the Impossible burger with an extra patty for delivery. Today, I ordered the XL meat burger. Here's why they both failed. The Impossible burger was as dry as can be. I suspect they hired some people who won't eat their burger anything less than well done. It was awful. No flavor and they managed to mess up my toppings option. Very dissatisfied with taste. The all meat burger that was delivered today with two sides of fat fries (weird bc I thought I ordered one) was also overcooked. No flavor. Toppings messed up. Just really mediocre. Their fries usually arrive cold and I live just down the street. They no longer salt their fries, either. But maybe they never did. It's a Fatburger in Beverly Hills. It's probably the cheapest thing you will find within a 3 mile radius. We got out of a play at The Wallis Annenberg at about 10:30pm. We were starving and decided to see what we could find. We crossed the street and found a place that was filled with cigarette smoke so we decided to pass on that one. Then we saw the Fatburger which stayed open midnight. It's what you would expect: same quality as any other Fatburger location. It's decent and it's quick and cheap. You can't really complain much about it when you're in an area like this. I had a grilled chicken sandwich and the chicken was very tender. The size was also massive I might add. I have confused feelings about Fatburger. Growing up, I thought of it (the one in Manhattan Beach on Rosecrans and Highland Ave, and later the one on Sepulveda and Artesia) as a really delicious, really exceptional and rule-breaking fast food place--in an exalted category far above a McDonalds or Carls Jr or even In N' Out. The burgers were big and thick and salty and cheesy-fresh-delicious. And now I've gone here, to the Fatburger on Santa Monica in West Hollywood, twice, and both times my burger (admittedly, a turkey burger, but still) was way overcooked, underseasoned and just generally tasted like cardboard. The bun was overtoasted too--both times--and it seemed like there wasn't enough mustard, or too much lettuce. Or whatever. It sucked. It sucked so bad it began to seep into my gorgeous memory and corrode the aura that surrounded a truth once thought unassailable. I paid $7.90 for 6 boneless wings, which looked more like chicken nuggets. The sauce was splattered over the wings, but there was very little of it. The fries were very bland and unsalted.
