Was there on a Sat afternoon. World Cup going on, they were busy, but we only waited a few minutes to be seated. Service was spotty. After placing our order and getting our food, had to ask for utensils and napkins. Also requested water along with our beers, but server forgot that also and had to ask again for water. The main reason for the 2 Stars, was the food/pricing. Ordered their cheeseburger. The bottom bun was soaked, with the sauce, and was difficult to eat. Wasn't able to finish it all, as it fell apart at the end. Was ok, but just thrown together sloppily. Also, no sides come with it. No fries, or rings etc. Unless you pay for it. All Sandwiches , burgers etc are ala carte... Almost all restaurants, breweries, something comes along with the entree, burger or sandwich. Not here. Excellent beer, ambience, food, and service! I loved my Meditterannean salad protein bowl with salmon and quinoa, and the burgers here are excellent. Next time, we will try one of their appetizers. Came here on a Saturday for my brother's 29th birthday. This place was packed. It took us over an hour to get seated. I believe Barbara was our waitresses name. She was awesome! Her service was incredible; Managerial if I may say. My Bacon and Blue Burger wasn't bad, I was just surprised by the buffalo sauce. Not something i normally gravitate towards. We tried to eat here a week ago and the wait time on a Sunday night was close to an hour! Granted, we were a party of 6 and it looks like most inside tables are for groups of 4 or less. But the wait was just too long for our kiddos. You can't make a reservation but you can put your name on the wait-list. Once on the wait-list, you receive a text with a link to see where you are in line and an estimated call time. I was very impressed that our table was ready at our estimated start time! We started with drinks and apps. I really liked the margarita flight to share so we ordered it. They were all delicious! I think my favorite one was the blood orange but they all tasted great! The tray they serve it on is super cute and says which flavor each drink is. For appetizers we ordered the spicy tuna on rice and buffalo cauliflower. Both were spicy but absolutely delicious! For my main meal I ordered the truffle burger. I asked for medium well and it was cooked to perfection! The burger was very good, I highly recommend! I paid extra for the onion rings but those were a huge disappointment. To be honest though, I didn't like their regular french fries either. They tasted cheap to me but everyone else liked the fries so maybe it's just me. I was happy to see the kid's Mac n cheese was made fresh. I am tired of paying crazy high prices for restaurants to re-heat kraft Mac n cheese. It's one thing if the food was salvageable reheated but definitely not the cheap Kraft noodles. That needs to be made fresh. Otherwise, the kids won't eat it. I didn't want to take a star away about this but I do have to complain about one major issue. The host sat us outside but when we got to our table, none of the heaters were on even though we were told there were heaters on the patio. The host assured us that he would bring in some working heaters but he never came back. When we asked the waitress, she said the heaters were broken and full of water from the rain. She also said she couldn't get a heater because 2 of the movable ground heaters were broken. Eventually with enough complaining, they rolled over a heater. It wasn't the greatest but it kept us warm enough to enjoy our meal. Next time we might just wait the extra time for a table inside. But we will definitely be back again soon! The vibe was super cool when my friend and I came in! She suggested this place, it's pretty new I noticed on the sign. No wait, which was awesome. Our server, I feel so bad cuz I can't remember her name was a GEM! So sweet, polite and really gave genuine advice on what to get. I've eaten here and other locations many times. Always loved it, which is why I'm here again today. The service was great, food was okay, but the facility is clapped out. It's Sunday, football is on. There's 4 TV's on the patio. 2 of them don't work at all. The other 2 have black lines and stains in the picture. There's a ton of toddlers here, including my own, and there's an exposed electrical outlet with the power on. Neither of the 2 skiball machines work. The photo booth's flash and indicator light don't work at all. Men's restroom doesn't look to have been cleaned all day. Went to Finney's craft house @ orange center for the first time. The food was okay the fries were good but the only problem I had was that..... they gave me a used/dirty cup. I didn't notice the cup yet until I DRANK from it and noticed a lipstick mark on the cup. You would think that the people serving you would look at the dishes and make sure they are clean before they serve your food that you are paying for. It was very disappointing and disgusting drinking from a cup that you expect to be cleaned but ends up probably not even getting cleaned and just reused. read more

Finney's has become our favorite place in the circle to go to as a family. The last two times we had a female server named Ashley who went out of our way to make everything perfect. She was so friendly and accommodating and deserves to be recognized. Etienne is also a top notch server and always comes by to say hello--whether he serves us or not. He truly is the best! Every time we order: onion ring tower, smash burger, salad, the kids mini sliders and the hickory bbq burger. All are amazing! Sometimes to spice it up I order the impossible salad which is close but since I am more of a meat eater it's hard to match. I also enjoy the upscale Chik Fil A type sandwich. The servers always bring our food and drink promptly and pay special attention to the kids. The kids love their meals and always appreciate the gummy burger they give us at the end. They also have a great time with the bowling. I should also mention the guys bussing the table because they are so kind and they are pros! Tonight we had Jesse and he was great! The hosts and hostesses are always pleasant no matter how busy they are. I have even recommended this place to people from other states because it truly is the best and I know they have multiple locations. The food wasn't great. It was VERY mediocre. The service was also horrible. It was like pulling teeth just to get a server to take our order! We had been sitting down for 20mins and not one person came to get our drink order. What made it worse is the uncleanliness of the whole restaurant. Also, the restaurant is an open space with no closed windows or doors. So I wouldn't recommend eating here if you get cold cause it's like eating outside. Plus all kinds of bugs were flying everywhere around you as you were eating! I honestly would've left as soon as I noticed that all the windows and doors were wide open, but I was with family and we were hungry and thought we would try something new since we were in the area. The flavor profile brought a brightness to the traditional Buffalo, and the chicken was white inside. We also ordered a Double Smash Burger with a side of Fries. As another recent review has mentioned, the service has really gone down hill. We are very frequent visitors and have had poor experiences the last couple times when it comes to the hostesses/seating and service itself. Tonight we put our name down on yelp and received a text that we would receive another message when our table was ready. The wait time quoted 4-14 mins. 45 mins later, I went to check at the host stand and was told I needed to check in with them first? I've never had to do that in the past nor did the yelp text say to do so. They then said it'd be another 25 mins for an outdoor table despite there being two clearly open tables. Situations like this happen frequently where the hostesses run very behind, are confused, and give false information resulting in extremely long wait times. Not just because they're busy. We then sat at our table for 10-15 mins before we had to flag someone down to find us a server. The food is very good for bar food and the outdoor ambiance is great, especially for families with kids. The water tastes very bad though. All in all, would highly recommend they train the host and wait staff better and it'd be a 5 star from me. read more

I asked for a medium and it was well done. It also wasn't seasoned at all, and I could taste the meat used wasn't super fresh. Good thing was they gave a good size portion of steak so too bad it didn't taste very good. We also ordered a few appetizers to share among the group. The appetizers were quite large, not as I remembered last time I went to a Finny's. We ordered: coconut shrimp - they used jumbo shrimps and so was a good size portion per order. I however did not love it as much as some other coconut shrimps I've had. Philly Cheesesteak Eggrolls.- large, but just okay. I wished it was more savory. Might have needed some peppers in it to help balance out the rest of the flavor Boffola cauliflower - just okay. The batter wasn't crispy even though it was a nice golden brown. And it didn't have very much flavor. All I tasted was the soft cauliflower inside and the buffalo sauce that was drizzled on top. Presentation looked great, but flavor was really lacking Tuna over fried rice - delicious, the rice was perfectly crispy, and the tuna on top was a little tangy and a little spicy. We also tried the burger, truffle fries, and brussel sprouts all were also fine, they didn't leave us dying to come back for more or talking to ourselves over immense flavor and quality.
