Food: Pepperoni Pizza Meatball sub ($14) footlong: Goodness gracious this thing was huge. It makes the subway footlong look like its a 9in sandwich (but then again its double the price). The garlic bread and the pepperoni were a good touch. Def enjoyed the sandwich. Its enough to last two meals. I really like the sandwiches at Firehouse! They are well made, ingredients taste fresh and they have sauces that other places just do not have. I love their Italian dressing along with the Italian spices on my sandwiches. It is delicious! Also their rewards program is really good! Steamer and I got my wife the Firehouse Steak & Cheese. I have to say that while the N.Y. Steamer was good, it was also a little cold in the middle, which was weird for a hot sub. My wife's on the other hand was poorly put together. When she opened the sub box, the entire sub was completely soggy, which in turn made everything inside it fall out. My diet is vegetarian so naturally, I tried their only vegetarian sandwich (other than a create your own), called Veggie Sandwich ($11.49 + tax - Medium/sandwich). (Purchased 2 of these) I added on a combo which is a small fountain drink & chips ($3.29 + tax) And purchased Mac&cheese ($5.49 + tax - small cup) + Donation As I waited for my order, I fill up my soda, just to find out that the syrup to soda ratio is waaaay off. For both soda machines and multiple flavors. In my mind, I regretted at this point to have purchased it. When my order came, we end up going home and come to find out more issues. The bread type was incorrect, they added an extra sauce (made the whole sandwich funky tasting), and the Mac & cheese was so unenthusiastic and a letdown. I understand that people may have their days at work so I'm chalking this experience to that, but based on my dull experience, I won't be coming here again. I was peeved that I spent $36 here but I really wish this owner of Firehouse Subs uses the full $36, for a donation to their cause instead. More than the actual mold it was the customer service and attitude of the manager (Remy) that left a bad taste in my mouth. She was condescending and pretended like it was not a big issue. They couldn't even refund me over the phone. I had to drive back an hour to get my refund and when I tried to do it, they offered me only HALF!! Moldy bread and bad customer service is not something I associated with firehouse. I guess I have to satisfy my hook and ladder craving from somewhere else. [Durinf COVID-19 Review] I was craving sandwiches and wanted to try some place new so I decided to order from Firehouse Subs. I got a large Hook and Ladder sandwich since it seemed unique and popular. No adjustments made. The Hook and Ladder sandwich was decent. I got it on toasted white sandwich bread and there was an ample amount of thinly sliced smoked turkey and honey ham. However, the honey ham was too overwhelming and all I could taste was the honey sweetness which masked the turkey flavor as well as all other ingredients in the sandwich. There was also a lot of mayo on the sandwich and very little deli mustard. I'm not sure if I like the sandwich. If I should order from here again, I think I'd stay away from the honey ham because it's too overwhelming. read more

The subs here are very tasty! I got a couple of veggie subs here. The only issue with this was it got extremely soggy by the time I drove home. I think because it's a hot sub, it would be best enjoyed there or you can get the sandwich cold which would prevent it from getting soggy. The staff here is very friendly. The inside was pretty clean. I would definitely go back here but would plan to eat there. They also have a big seating area inside and on the outside where you can enjoy your food. read more

My job bought the team some lunch from here. We got to pick our own sandwiches so I picked the brisket and cheddar in a medium size. It was my first time getting food from here so I was hesitant to try it. I usually go for the hole in the wall, mom and pop joints for deli type sub sandwiches. Not a huge fan of the chain joints (coughsubwaycoughtogoscough). I got my sandwich and I have to say it was pretty damn good. The brisket was so tender, right amount of bbq sauce, perfect amount of cheddar cheese, and the bread was wonderfully soft. The bread was my biggest concern since I cannot bite into most breads at the moment (braces!). The bread was soft and not soggy, even after sitting in a container for a bit. Didn't taste like cardboard either. They also got us the chocolate chip cookies. Not a huge fan of them though, as I hate dark chocolate chips. Overall, I would definitely come back for more. Amazing! Everything about this place great! I walked in one Saturday starving and wanted a sub so bad. I ordered the Turkey Bacon Ranch and for a medium size I was pretty full. The order came out fast and hot! The staff come around and deliver the sandwich to you if you ordered togo. They're all so friendly as well and hardworking.
