We started off with the Uni+A5 Wagyu sushi and while it was slightly pricey, the quality of the Uni and Wagyu more than made up for the price. It was one of best dishes we had that we evening! Next we got the Sashimi premium tray and let me tell you, the next 20 minutes we were oohing and swooning over each sliver of fish they had served which had come from Japan and many other countries around the world. Next we ordered their Pork Belly skewers which were glazed so beautifully that each piece brought a burst of never experienced before flavors. Certainly a gem of a dish! Next we got the sizzling A5 Wagyu over rice which as hand tossed table side (video added) The flavors and textures in this dish left us in raptures!! Wife wanted some more Sashimi , so we got the Itoyori - Threadfin Bream and the Muki Hotate - Hokkaido Scallops, all of which was to die for !! And to close out we got the Yuzu Crème Brûlée , the perfect closure to such a fantastic meal !!
