The staff at this Firestone are great! Had a company car that needed some tires and other items and they went above and beyond in making this an easy fix. The building was clean and when they told me it would be done at 5:30, I got the call at 5:15 saying it was ready. Great service and prices! read more

I had a tire blowout and I called to see if they can help me. The guy who answered was very rude and kept saying if you could get here in 20 mins then we can fix it and I said ok will be there in 20 mins. It seemed he was waiting for me to say I will just find someone else.... and so I did. I called NTB and they were courteous and said "we will take care of you esp for emergencies like that"... too bad... another business lost bec of a rude employee. read more

I have used them for AC repairs, inspections, and new boots. I have to go out of my way to get to this location, but that's a small price to pay for a good experience, and excellent customer service. read more

While washing the car, noticed a screw sticking out of the side wall of the tire. Had recently purchased the set at another store in the Houston area and fortunately had purchased the roadside hazard warranty. Took the car to this local Firestone store and could not have been more satisfied. Some of the best customer service experience I've ever received. Jonathan was fantastic, honest, courteous, knowledgeable, and totally understanding - during these trying times. Got us a fair deal on a replacement tire and quickly got us lined up for the replacement. A few minutes after the car went in, he came out to inform us the screw hadn't punctured the tire and that no replacement was necessary. They balanced and rotated all four tires and sent us on our way, all free of charge. He told us we had uneven wear and that was a result of an alignment issue, but suggested that since the damage was already done to this set of tires, we should wait and get the alignment when we get the next set of new tires. Guess where I'll be buying those . Do yourself a favor and make this store your go to for great service! read more

I've come here 8 years and seen nothing but a decline in service. The employees are really nice but accept way more business than they can handle. They over promise and then just apologized at the end. It's a circle of the same poor customer service, not delivering on time of agreement, every time. read more

Too busy to pay attention! I dropped the car off before 9 AM I asked to replace the two older tires and rotate so new tires were on front. I was told the car should be ready by early afternoon. Late afternoon I call and they sorry haven't gotten to it yet but we will have it ready by 5, I reiterated that to make sure the new tires were on the front and tires that were on the front be rotated to the back because I was planning on selling the car in a month so I didn't want to spend more on it and wanted the traction on the front since it was a front wheel drive. Okay will do, they said. I call after 5 and they say, well we just got it into the bay, it will be ready in 45 minutes. A few minutes pass and they call to say hey we recommend replacing the other tires too and I said, I know they aren't much better than others but they aren't as old as those being replaced and I don't want to spend the money and that is why I asked to put the old tires on the back, okay will do they said. They call 30 minutes later and say it's ready. I pick the car up and new tires on the back, I say like three times I said put the new tires on the front. Guy argues with me, no you didn't. I show him the instructions from their printout that clearly state what I asked for correctly. It is close to closing time, guy says he needs to go check in back and comes back and say they couldn't do what I asked because it wasn't safe and refused to do what I asked. I asked if I was getting a review because I needed to tell someone my terrible experience he said I could put it in the review. I called back and asked for number of manager or one up and they said they couldn't do that. Save yourself the aggravation, go anywhere else! read more

All I needed to have replaced was one break light..should have been a 15min job at most... but they decided they would give my suv a check over.. told I needed to have a 100 mile ck. also filters needed replacing... you can imagine my surprise when these were already done three weeks ago. I also think 35.00 to replace one bulb is excessive....especially when I went into the office and there sat three men just talking and sitting.. Yes the need to charge this amount to fix my light because they are not going to have any customers... No I will not use this business...nor recommend them... read more

The service here is inconsistent and certain staff members have a huge lack of integrity. My family and I have been coming to them for years and when I took my car in to be looked at because it was making strange noises and running weird I simply asked them to take a look at it and call me to let me know way repairs need to be made. They called stating that absolutely nothing was wrong with my car, yet when I arrived another employee told me that I needed to fix something in regards to my power steering. Upon my return home however my car started to act funny and could not pick up speed at all with a service light blinking. Something that obviously had nothing to do with my power steering. Either they didn't look it over like I asked or the employee that called and said nothing was wrong was careless. My family and I are taking are auto related business somewhere else. It's apparent these gentlemen don't care enough to show good customer service. read more

I am still stunned by the unbelievably rude behavior (and ineptitude) of Barry, the manager of this store. We had been taking our cars here for everything for the last seven or eight years, but NEVER again. One associate in particular, Bal, was always great to deal with but the manager just completely blew it. On December 5, 2012, I dropped off my car for transmission replacement, a $3,000 repair. I was told it would take 3-4 days tops to complete. When I hadn't heard from the store by that Friday, I called (and was surprised I hadn't heard from them at all). I was told it would be Monday. I expressed my displeasure at not being notified and at the delay and was told a manager would call by Saturday. He did not. I waited. Then I finally called them on TUESDAY, the 13th. I was given excuses about waiting for a part, but no explanation as to why nobody had bothered to contact me. Plus, my car still won't be ready until the evening of the 14th. That's 9 days and nobody even bothered to call me. When I asked the manager, Barry, what he would do, he had to call back and then offered a mere $150 off. When I said that wasn't good enough to keep my household's business (4 cars and 8 years of inspections, oil changes and high end repairs), he revoked the offer and said, "I'm tired of dealing with you. Call corporate, they won't care at all." Congratulations. Barry just lost all future business from our four cars and from everyone else I know in the area. Great cost-benefit skills, there. I have used other places in the past for car repairs but the Firestone in flower Mound is the best. They always warn me when I have scheduled maintenance so I can make financial plans before a problem gets out of control and I also can't find anywhere that beats their prices and guarantees! If they ever inconvenience me in anyway they always make it better with a discount of some sort. Oh, and if you need a quote Talk to Toby... he is so friendly and makes you feel better about having to drop some cash on a car repair. read more

About 10:00 a.m. on a Tuesday, My car's heater stopped working, smelled funny and then started smoking on the way to Firestone. They diagnosed it, went out of their way to get me home, and had it fixed by 5:00! Thank you! I went off a recommendation of the people whose home we just purchased. So glad I did! read more

I"m sorry to say, I would not recommend them. I had high expectations, but after telling me they were done troubleshooting my vehicle issue, they said they were sorry, but they couldn't locate the part they needed. They said all the part stores they used didn't have the part in stock so they were going to try local pick and pull's as my vehicle is older. In less than 5 minutes I found the part at an Autozone in the same town. I picked up the part, and returned it to the store. I figured that was odd, but at least I wouldn't pay a 100% up-charge on part. A couple hours later I called them back to see what was going on and whether the car would be done soon. To which they told me, it was not that part, but another part. They had a new guy working on the car who was more familiar with the vehicle. It turns out it was a completely different issue entirely. The part wasn't needed, the car wasn't ready for an additional day, and they charged me hundreds for "diagnosing" the problem which included a misdiagnosis by someone who apparently didn't know what they were doing and had me running around trying to find them a part. The repair was performed, but a day later, and 2x as much as it should have been. Don't waste your time and money. read more

Took my Exterra to this Firestone dealer as I was having a problem with certain portions of my lights. After being told minimum charge would be $250 as they would start by taking the dashboard off to assess the problem, I declined. I drove to Auto Zone, where a salesman looked over my vehicle, and determined I had 2 blown fuses. Total cost to fix: $7.50, and he put the fuses in and confirmed all lights were then working properly. No need for Firestone to try to rip anyone off like that, when I have bought my tires from here! read more

This store is a ripoff. They fail the inspection even if the car is completely fixed at the dealer and ready for inspection. The reason they fail the inspection is for 'Engine Oil Level is below the minimum level. I took the car to the next "TWO MORE" shops and all is fine and passed the inspection. I wonder how can somebody say something that can be proved as a blatant lie. This shop is actually thriving on the near by rich community. read more

Have been using for years-spent $1000s -WAS happy. Last few times not good: Their customer "loyalty" program is worthless. Have to ask for coupon on oil change every time -a hassle but in the past they honored -this time had a coupon for a $54 change -cost me $73 "the coupon only covers 5 qts ,my car took 6.5 qts" there's $19 for 1.5 qts. . She could not understand my concern. Asked why in the past I've paid anywhere from $48 to $55 for the same thing she told my they change brands-more expensive. Went in for service to have my wheels aligned which by the way took 3+ hours (time actually worked on my car). I knew I was in trouble when the tech was mounting the reflectors backward on my wheels. After 20,000 miles I had my tires rotated at another garage and discovered that the front tires that were moved to the back were completely bald on the inside. The person who rotated the tires notice the original caps were still on backet to alignment the front wheels which indicated the alignment was never done. Also while waiting I overhead the manager telling an elderly woman she needed new windshield wipers when her care was just 1 year old. I felt that they were trying to take advange of people that are not car savy and came across dishonest. It hard to believe in an ecomomy where unemployment is 8+% that this store has such incompetent people. Try the Goodyear accross the street, they met me before the store opened to install a car battery. read more
