    If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Firestone Flower Mound has been nothing short of infuriating--poor service, a complete lack of accountability, and absolutely no response to my complaint. I brought my 2019 Infiniti QX60 in on July 16, 2024, for front brake service, which cost me $653.97. Shortly after, my wife noticed squeaking, so I returned on July 30--they checked but claimed there was no issue. The squeaking continued, and I came back two more times (within months) only to be told the same thing: "No problem found." By March 6, 2025, not only were the brakes still squeaking, but I also noticed shaking at high speeds. Again, Firestone claimed everything was fine and merely lubricated the brakes. At that point, I had completely lost confidence in their work and took the car to Christian Brothers Automotive on March 19. They immediately found that the front brakes needed to be replaced--less than nine months after Firestone supposedly installed new ones! I paid $588.78 to have the job done properly. This leaves two possibilities: Firestone never actually replaced my brakes in July and charged me for work they didn't do. They used subpar parts that wore out in an unreasonably short amount of time. I sent a formal complaint to both the store and Firestone corporate on March 21, 2025, requesting a refund for the faulty service. No one has responded. Not the store. Not corporate. Nothing. This is completely unacceptable. If a company refuses to acknowledge blatant service failures, they don't deserve anyone's business. I will never return to Firestone, and I strongly urge others to avoid this location--unless you enjoy paying hundreds of dollars for poor workmanship and zero accountability.

    I've been coming to this store for over 20 years, however this is likely my last visit. Note; I rarely leave bad the reviews, so this is an exception. Obviously, I used to get really good service here, or wouldn't have been back for over 20 years. However, for the last several years, that has not been the case. I chalked some of it up to Covid, however that's mostly behind us. In the last 20 years I put tires on every car (for my family of five), and had numerous repairs and alignments done here (spent 10s of thousands of $$). Recently, I was told getting the Firestone credit card would benefit my status, and I did. However... While driving back from McKinney yesterday, I hit something in the road. A few minutes later my tire light came on, and I pulled over at a service station... my tire was down to 20 pounds of pressure. I filled it up, and drove it to this store. All I needed was the tire repaired or replaced. It was around 11 AM, and they told me they weren't sure if they could get to it that day. They did not. It's difficult for me (as a long-term customer) to believe they couldn't have figured out a way to get my vehicle back on the road, for a flat, within a 24 hour period. 31 hours later, I'm told that I had sidewall damage and that I will need a new tire. They close in under 45 minutes, hopefully I'll be leaving with my truck. Last time I was here, I realized that one of my hubs was missing the next day after I got my truck back. I called them, and they assured me that it wasn't them, and there wasn't anything they could do for me. That was annoying! I had to go to Toyota and buy a new one myself. Additionally, I know they're in business to make money, and sell things... But they're constantly hitting me with all kinds of things that they suggest I can do by vehicle, up selling. I'm done coming here, clearly CustomerService is a thing of the past for them, I'll definitely be looking for someplace else to go

    Always had good luck with this facility and will buy my tires here every time. Also referred others here and heard same from them.

    Go there only if you need new tires and willing to over pay. They won't fix tires with nails.

    It's been a few years since my last review on Discount Tire at 2405 Grapevine Mills Circle…read more Amazingly so much has changed! I came with no appointment or notice . They Welcome walk-ins as well as Appointments that can be scheduled on line . To my surprise, the inside has been given a complete make over ! There are comfortable seats, counters with lots of space with ports to charge your electronics if needed . Benches outside if you'd like to enjoy the weather. Now the REASON I am a valued customer! They treat me like it ! No matter how busy this facility gets , they continue to Greet and acknowledge their customers presence . Friendly and Professional. The management obviously hires employees with social skills! I had Matt as my advisor , five stars for him as well . He was very patient with me . Explaining all of my options, I was very confident with the selections I chose . Never making me feel pressured to buy anything. Only suggestions. Discount Tire is Competitively Priced . They sell ALL brands of tires . If they don't stock it they make every Effort to order it . Our Experience has been a positive one for many years . I'm confident if we ever have any Issues, management will address it.We will continue to give Discount Tire our support. I highly recommend this place . Safety is its upmost priority!

I couldn't believe this new scam, tires were not good enough! Looked online and found that nearly any tire that holds air, can be aligned. GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION!!!

    Beware. On April 24 of this year Tristan at NTB tried to talk us into over $3,500 worth of…read morefront-end work we absolutely didn't need. In fact, they refused to do an alignment, saying the front-end was so bad, and the work so urgently necessary, that no alignment could be done! All of this was false. He and/or his mechanic were either lying or grossly incompetent. Stay away! We used to go to NTB for routine stuff. Never again. Details: Our Suburban 1500 needed two front tires and NTB had a good deal. But when we picked it up, Tristan broke the "bad news" that the front end was so horribly in need of a complete fix that the tires couldn't even be aligned. He said we needed: Front/rear shocks and struts; front upper and lower control arms; front outer tie rods; front and rear brake job. Total: $3,500+ The catch: ALL of this work had recently been done--within the last 13k miles. So we took it to a local 5-star independent mechanic who we have used (though not for the front end and brakes work) to get an unbiased and expert opinion. The verdict? We needed nothing. Brakes were still 80% good. Front end elements looked newly done, and solid. And he easily aligned it, with no issues. NTB was simply lying or grossly incompetent--trying to make us pay $,3500 un-needed. Stay way away from these guys, as we will from now on.
