I wish I could give zero starts STAY AWAY. After getting the service they say was needed at Fire Stone the car over heated and shut off in the middle of the road. I was told that it would be repaired free of charge and that it jus need the radiator replaced. I was then told that the car needs a new engine and I would have to pay for it, although Engine didn't need replacement b4 coming to Firestone . Feeling like I had no other choice I agreed to the engine replacement they keep my car for over a month . The same day I got the car back it over heated again. The new manager say it would be repaired at no cost they had to replace the thermostat again. After gettin car back there are even more problems then b4 and the check engine light is still on I was told to bring it in it will be repaired at no cost wen I brought car back in a new manger refused service because I filed a corporate complaint for full refund and stated corporate would resolve issue going forward but I have yet to hear from anyone and car still need repairs. read more

I own a 2003 BMW X5. And when I have repairs done I go between bmw and my local auto shop.( fire stone complete auto). If I feeL like it's something not to complicated I like to go to firestone and save a little bit of money. But I never considered firestone an incompetent auto shop. It's just hard to trust a shop that it's not bmw for these things.This particular day. My car had the alternator go out. So I knew the problem got a quote and decided to buy my own alternator and just have firestone install it. Saving me an extra $100. My car ran fine. The only problem was the battery kept dying on me. And the car would turn off. So I went in to firestone the alternator was installed and they confirmed it was bad. I was happy to hear everything went well and soon I would be on my way. Problem from the start. I got in my car to turn it on and the car started shaking and then slowly just dying out. I couldn't believe it. It was like my worst nightmare. Had came true. I went back inside and told them the car had died they said they would check the battery. The battery was fine. They drove it around the store and they told me the car was fine and that the cpu just had to get used to the new part. As if the alternator was some kind of body part that the car needed to get use to. I tried driving it home with the car idleing and almost turning off. And half way the car died. I turned it back on but the car would cut off if I tried to drive. I knew the alternator wasn't the problem because now the car would stay on and turn on quickly. I ended up paying for a tow truck$120 and missing a day of work.$250Took it to a mechanic to diagnose another $115. To my surprise he popped the hood open and the first thing he touched fell off. The plastic black hose had a metal ring that went around it and kept it together and it wasn't lined up right when it was tightened and eventually disconnected. (It seems like the firestone guy was in a little of a rush)He just unscrewed the metal brace and retighten it. The car ran perfect ,it was just sucking in too much air and killing the motor. If firestone would of just looked under the hood after I told them something was wrong and the car obviously vibrating, they could have easily fixed it. I regret my decision to save a little bit of money with them and lost more money then the original bmw quote. read more

I'm a driving instructor and one of the hazards of the job is running over debris in the road and getting a flat tire. It happened on a sunday, when every other place in town is closed, and I was in an area of town I was unfamiliar with. This was the closest Firestone to me and there was no way I was going to be able to get my car all the way back to Summerlin on a spare. Plus I needed my car for the next day since I had students first thing in the morning. They were super super busy but Sean, the service advisor, sympathized with my situation and even though they were already overloaded with work he took my car in. I thought it was going to take several hours to be fixed but the mechanic pulled it in immediately and got it done for me since it's my work car so therefore my livelihood. Thank you Sean so much for taking me in an emergency. I really do appreciate it. And thank you to the wonderful mechanic who got everything done so quickly. Living around the east side of Las Vegas, this was one of the highest rated shops. Staff is very friendly and the actual store is clean and well maintained. That have complimentary coffee for people who comes in early and always offer free water do everyone. I recommend setting up a an appointment since they get pretty pack with customers. They never try to pressure you on taking any extra services that you don't need but they do recommend you for certain services. Definitely will recommend to family and friends. read more

Very rude at this location wouldn't fix my tire because had to fix it with fix a flat because they were closed on thanksgiving saying they couldn't repair the flat after it cuz it voided the warranty the tire is brand new I suggest to buy from discount tires. I wanted to add ended up going to discount tires and they fixed my tire in 15 minutes with no issues. I will never purchase anything from Firestone due to this experience I received today and suggest everyone to buy from Discount Tires from now on, they are friendly and have much better customer service read more

I brought my car in for an oil change and had my tires rotated. The counter person recommended a "fall care package special " which included tire rotation and other inspections for less than the price of just having my tires rotated. This was the 2nd time I gave firestone the chance to earn my business. Front staff/manager was polite but the work was horrible. ! year ago I tried a differn't location and after nearly 900$ and many days problem not solved and when I got my car back ther was empty beer bottles and cigarette butts in the back seat. They gave me a re fund. So 1 yr latter I needed new ball joints So I tried this location because of payment plan.Sure enough the cost went up because they could get the ball joints sold me complete control arm package every mechanic I spoke to since they gave no problems getting ball joint/bushings. Less than 2 weeks later the driver side ball joint fails, Lucky I was only 2 houses away from home and driving slow or could have crashed. They apologized and sent a tow truck and fixed the problem. Tow truck caused damage to plastic trim front bumper a finder well . Firestone said we fixed the best we could. Now Im buying parts to fix there blunder once again. Run from firestone never go there. I've taken my car there before and was fine. Even with their over priced parts and labor. My car started acting up and I assumed it was the alternator and possibly the battery to. My car wasn't struggling bad at all. At least not yet. I took it to firestone for inspection and they quoted me $800 for the fix. I found a mechanic to do half that price. Anyways I went to firestone to pick up my car so I could take it to the other mechanic, my car is not budging. They literally handed me back my car not being able to start like that and I told them it was working fine when I dropped it off. The two oompa loompa's there just looked at me and shrugged. They legit handed me my car disabled, that way I would have no choice but to get it done by them for their rip off of a price. Nope, I called a tow truck to get it the hell out of there and to my mechanic. NEVER AGAIN, not even for a check up. I don't write reviews at all, but this was bullshit enough to write one for. Juddi was so friendly and very knowledgable, my first visit to this location was just to get 2 tires and alignments, i ended up getting 4 new tires, oil change, and alignment for a very good price, Juddi had talked me through and she definitely knew what she was talking about. The mechanics who worked on my car did so well. Since my first visit last year in October, i have always gone back to them with any services my car needs. This place is a ripoff i recently wen there for an oil change on my brand new car and magically the fuse in the fuse box vanished and to fix it would cost 400 dollars for new lights and switches and fuses. Well i went to the auto zone down the street and come to find out after my lights didn't work because there were no fuses. Took 2 days to just to find out that they wanted to rip people off . Took car back ! Joke car only had 69k miles 1993 and could sell for $800 why would any person want to pay $1300.00 for getting a battery , water pump ! And if your a female they really will try to jam you ! I was so impressed by the service at this location. The staff was very helpful and gave me A+ service. After having a bad tire buying experience the previous time I was a little reluctant to trust these guys to do my tires, but I'm glad I decided to get my tires done by Firestone. I called all over to get quotes and there was just something about Juddi that made me decide to go to Firestone (they were not the cheapest by the way). Juddi was very helpful and I could tell she REALLY knew what she was doing by the way she handled me on the phone. When I met her in person she was even better. I had a 10:00 appointment to get my AC serviced. They pulled my car in about 15 minutes later, and I watched as the tech checked things out with a flashlight and then hooked up an analyzer and started fiddling with it. 45 minutes later I'm told that the analyzer broke and they can't recharge the AC without running an analysis first. "Sorry, it's the third time it's broken down this week." That's nice; including travel time over an hour and a half wasted, and no appointment anywhere else, so I end up driving 10 miles to the Honda dealer in 110 degree heat with no AC and have to wait there several hours. Guess what: Even the Honda dealership was cheaper than what Firestone was going to charge me. Then there's the price of tires: My wife bought four Bridgestones at Costco the day before, so I checked the price of the same tires at Firestone. Out the door, and even WITH a $70 mail in rebate, they would have cost $95 more at Firestone. The guys at Firestone seemed very nice, and maybe none of this is their fault, but I won't be going back. read more

I was towed here because my insurance company suggested it. I had previously been at another place where they had messed my car up and didn't take responsibility for their lack of knowledge. Anyway, the reason I am leaving a review here is due to the treatment of Sean and Becca. They were very good at explaining things in layman's terms. They were very patient and I felt that they truly wanted to help me with my automobile. The lobby was very nice, and I felt that the people there were honest and trust worthy. I would return here again due to Becca's customer service skills. Plus, I simply trust having a woman working on my car. She looked me straight in the eye and I could tell that she cared. Again, they calmed my stress and made feel comfortable with everything. This type of treatment is rare today. I was treated the way everyone wants to be treated; when it comes to getting your car serviced. They even printed out information for changing my battery in the future on my Lexus.
