If you order online and do co/d, they always, every single time, without fail, screw up the order. We've ordered many times from this location and they've never gotten the order right. Not one time. They forget the toast. They leave out sauces. Maybe you get the toast and the sauces but, as today, they leave out the bloody CHEESE on an omelet. So even if you check the bag on a carry out order, as I just did because they always screw up the order, you won't see the cheese is missing. At least, not unless you take the entire dish apart and look. Who leaves the cheese out of an omelet? First Watch does. Because they couldn't possibly get the order right. That would be asking too much. If you dine at this location, everything is fine. The staff is responsive and the food is rarely screwed up. Plus, the food is tasty, creative and a nice breakfast alternative. But no matter how hard you try to ensure they got it right with carry one or delivery, they won't. They seem to hate carryout and delivery orders. Perhaps they deliberately screw it up to stop people from placing such orders. Maybe they're offended by the takeout packaging. Maybe the manager isn't on top of the process so whoever puts the order together passive aggressively does it wrong. Whatever the reason, they cannot and will not get the order right. Not ever. So if you like their food, dine in or dine elsewhere. read more

I was with 5 other ladies & the noise level was so loud we couldn't hear each other talk. They had some kind of music going but all we could heard was the constant thumping of the base. We asked the waiter to please turn it down. He assured us he would ask. It never got better. So pleased with my experience here this last Monday! We were seated within minutes arriving despite how busy they were so that was great. Our waitress, Kaylee (sorry if I misspelled) was TERRIFIC! She immediately introduced herself and asked us what drinks we would like. She returned what felt like immediately with our drinks. She was so sweet and kind and very in tune with checking on us! Our food was DELICIOUS!! I ordered the French toast with a side of bacon and it was just absolutely perfect. I'm a big breakfast food fan so this made me over the moon happy. Once we finished eating, we went to the front to pay which was super easy to take care of, and we were off! I will definitely return to this location and recommend to friends and family. read more

I was really excited to try this place. The food looked good when I walked in. I came with my family so we had a larger party. When we checked in they told us up to an hour which I understood. After an Hour and a half we still hadn't sat down. I asked for an update and they sat a party of 10 down and said we would sit there after, but they didn't even order. I asked to be split into 2 parties so we could just sit down and eat. Three toddlers were running out of waiting patiently and were hungry. They still didn't give us a time. We walked in again now coming up on hour 2 and she still couldn't give us a time. And would only sit us at 2 tables next to each other, the party had just got their food and still needed to eat. As other parties of 6 walked in she gave them a time, and we questioned why couldn't they just separate and seat us. We ended up leaving after 2 hrs waiting with still No time as to when we would actually sit down. If you can't accommodate big parties please just tell people that. read more

Went here on my gf's lunch break as she works in the shopping center nearby and waited over 30 minutes (her entire lunch break) for food of which they were average busy. By the time it came out she had to ask for a to go bag for it because it took so long. They said sure that's fine without inquiring any detail. I feel like the manager should've been informed and come and talk to us, especially being a new business that just opened. Food was meh, the server was sweet but young and clueless. Went to First Watch Restaurant near Wadsworth Blvd. & Bowles Ave. in Littleton for lunch with my friend today. When we first arrived a real sweet young lady seated us & was very friendly. We both ordered the Monterey Club sandwich...I ordered mine without bread as I am gluten free. Our servers' name was Casey....Casey always looked very very serious & almost acted like we were bothering him! He was a decent waiter, but very unfriendly! The sandwiches were pretty good. As I hadn't seen my friend for a long time we were engaged in gabbing & eating & next thing you know we were the only ones in the restaurant besides the wait staff ! They close at 2:30 pm, so we hurried & got up to go pay & another staff member rang us up & I paid with my credit card (this staff member was also pretty unfriendly)....we apologized for not noticing the time, but he just gave us a serious almost grouchy look!After he rang me up he quickly disappeared & no receipt! We flagged down our grumpy waiter, Casey & asked him if he could retrieve our receipt...he got the receipt for us but again...no smile...just a serious unfriendly look! The waiter could have gently/politely said something like "ladies, we are about to close soon, is there anything else I can get you?" or something like that to remind us that they close at 2:30...but? The Manager needs to train their wait staff to be friendlier to the customers - that goes a long long long way to attract customers to come back. Consistantly bad service, but good tasting food. I come here a lot with my girlfriend, but mostly because there are not many other breakfast places to choose from in littleton. It has become a running joke between us now about how bad the servers/service at this place is. Busy or not, they are consistently completely forgetful/spacey in regards to everything someone would consider basic waiting etiquette. As broad and consistent as I've seen this to be (we have probably been here close to a dozen times now) I can't help but to imagine this comes from poor management and training. This is up from one star only because managment made an effort to make things right. First off let's talk noise. This place is loud and I mean so loud that we had to about scream right in each others ear to hear one another inside the restaurant. I pulled out an app I use when going to music festivals and the place is so loud that my app told me that you could only experience that sound for 32 minutes before potentially damaging your hearing! So I really didn't like that at all. Next came the service. S-L-O-W! We arrived when nobody else was in line and it was 10 minutes to get seated. Then once we were seated it was 30 more to get our order. And then the food. The eggs and bacon I had and the salad she had were great. My waffle was stone cold and tasted like cardboard. I ordered a side of grits and this is where things went south. They brought out this "thing" that they called grits and it had a 1/8th layer of scum on the top - like when you let a cheese sauce sit for too long, but I didn't order cheese grits so it wasn't cheese. I asked "what's this scummy layer on top" and the waiter went for a replacement. What I got wasn't grits, I'm pretty sure it's not even in the grit family. It was a soup of 90% liquid and 10% floating grits here and there. I'm a good southern boy and I'll forgive a lot with grits but this wasn't even grits and it tasted so horrible that I cannot describe it. On top of that both of our glasses had large chips in the lip. When the waiter was clearing our dishes he asked how it was and I don't like to just say "oh good" when it's not and I told him the grits were awful. He took the grits off the bill. When I went to the checkout the manager approached me and said she heard my experience was bad (from another customer next to us apparently and not the waiter, which was odd) and she gave me a $20 gift card for next time. There won't be a next time. I gifted my $20 card to an employee to try it out because maybe tastes differ, we'll see. But, the manger is the only thing that took this 1 star rating to 2 but I couldn't bring myself to give 3 stars when the average (right now) is 3 1/2 for this place and I didn't want to keep that average when it shouldn't be rated any higher than 3 overall. I have been to a few First Watch locations and this one just opened up close to the house! It's beautiful and brand new inside. We were greeted and sat immediately which was great - got a huge booth! Our server was super nice and made suggestions in regards to drinks. It was very quick for our food to arrive also - I went with the avocado toast with a side of their chicken sausage which I love and the hubby went for the biscuits and gravy. Delicious! A bit busy, as expected on a Saturday morning. We were early enough that the wait was only 20 minutes. Staff were very friendly. The food came out quickly, for as busy as they were. Coffee was excellent. My burrito was good. Good flavors, but I prefer a bit less fancy I suppose, but it was good. I had a side of the grits with butter. They were very good. My wife's Eggs Benedict were actually cold, and she couldn't eat them. The waiter was very apologetic, and without any fuss, they were removed from the bill. I am sure we'll go back again. read more

The lemon ricotta pancakes were sooo good, no syrup needed. I believe the dish I had, shredded pork, black beans, and corn bread, was seasonal. This breakfast place is so good!! It is clean, they are spacing out people for covid precautions, and the food was fresh and hot! I got the biscuits and turkey gravy and I've never had such a fresh crispy biscuit. I always hate when the biscuit comes out all soggy with the gravy, but it was served right away--fresh and crisp! We regularly eat at this location because it is high quality for a low price. The food is amazing and the staff is always friendly. We often are waited on by Leticia and Kaylee who are both so bubbly and smiling with joy. Always a enjoyable experience. If you go I highly recommend the kale tonic, its a fresh juice they serve and it is truly amazing. I always get it every time I go in and it never fails to meet my expectations. The food here is great. I come here weekly and really enjoy the seasonal specials. They should keep the street corn hash on the menu. Best thing they have ever had. My only beef with this place is the 2 sets of table that are along the long benches. The tables a literally 18" apart and terrible to sit at. You can't get in or out of the tables without sticking your ass in the next tables face. The servers know this and continue to try and seat people there. MANAGEMENT - get rid of these tables or remove one of the 3 so they aren't on top of each other. If I wanted to meet random strangers I would get on tender. read more

First of all, we went to First Watch when it first opened. Everything was just terrible, even the management. I called their main office and was given a call by their Regional Manager. It listened to my complaint and said that he would send me a gift certificate. Well, come to find out there was and issue with the mail and we received them 2 years later. My wife and I went on Friday. We brought our dog and sat on the patio. Everything was excellent. The service and food were excellent. The OJ was wonderful. They definitely do not know the meaning of customer service. As a paying customer with a food allergy I was treated as if I was an inconvenience and it was my problem and how dare I come at a busy time. I ordered a skillet and requested added zucchini. When it came it had a giant pick in the center saying "Allergy" (Like an advertisement) , My eggs were just about raw, it had no zucchini and was bare of the gluten free toast I was offered. I asked for the eggs to be re-cooked and the zucchini I ordered, they took my plate for a long period of time. All while my husband still hadn't received his meal. After about 15 minutes they brought my husbands food (which was cold) and I sat there with no food. Once he finished they brought my food back with eggs that looked and tasted like re-cooked, not fresh and the zucchini looked like it as added to my cold food as an after thought. This time when my plate was brought back, there magically was a piece of gluten free bread! No toast just raw bread. I asked the server why I had bread and no toast after she said they had "Yummy gluten free toast". She said they weren't able to put it in the toaster and they didn't have a GF toaster. I said it's ok can you please toast it. She said no. If the staff had any kind of experience or customer service they should have put butter on the bread and toasted it on the flat top where my "Allergy" meal was prepared! When I went to pay, I was asked how everything was and I replied "Meh"! The man (I believe the manager) said we don't want to hear that, what was the issued and I started to tell him and was interrupted and told "Normally we can make accommodations for allergies, but Saturday mornings are too busy!" At the same time another woman (possibly manager or owner)walked up and when I was expressing my experience, she gave me rude look and walked away. That infuriated me, how dare you treat a paying customer like they are a problem. I'll NEVER go there again and I will advise all friends, family & clients NEVER to go there. Every Saturday we go out to eat for breakfast & this time we decided to go somewhere closer to home. Our waitress, Taylor, had the best personality & seemed to really prioritize us- we left feeling very cared about. The food was good also. Well 45min wait. Ok they're new and busy. 30 min and counting for two $11 omlettes... I hope they're good.... Edit:. That was 45min to get a table for two. And 35 min to get our food after ordering. They do have an app, you can get on the wait list ahead of time with the app and keep track of where you are so that's cool. Really cool but... The food was pretty good. Not worth the wait but maybe when the new wears off we'll go back. The wait staff were very busy and all seemed to be working their butts off. Update: I've visited here about three times since my original post and other than the length of time to get a seat, not much has improved. Food is "okay" but for the price I expect more. Our second time for brunch and they didn't disappoint. The wait was about 45 minutes for outside seating but not bad for Labor Day Monday. We each ordered an entree and had to throw in a 3rd cause I couldn't pass on the pumpkin pancakes. I ordered the BAcado omelette and house coffee today and it was fantastic. I would say it could use a little more bacon since there were 2 strips tucked in the omelette and a crumb on top. Side salad had a balsamic dressing which I love. My friend is a vegetarian so she opted for the avocado toast with the carrot turmeric drink. Now she said her meal was fine and ate it all but had to try to finish the carrot drink. I personally wouldn't have ordered that but to each their own. Our pumpkin pancake came out last, it was cold, and it didn't come with syrup which we had to remind the waitress for twice. The syrup arrived when we were done so we asked to pack it go. When I went back inside to pay there was no one around to pay for about 4 minutes. I know that's not a long time to wait but I think most establishments have at least 1 person manning the register/seating area for that reason. Maybe they were short staffed that day.
