I'm a fan. Second visit to this location really, really good food with a lovely design. It just feels homey and it's very clean. It brightly lit with families all around. Today I had the French toast. It was huge, filling and good. Just right for a rainy day. What made my meal? The perfectly brewed hot coffee. Typically breakfast places don't have great coffee to me anyway. This was different. The coffee was dark, rich, and the temperature was perfect. I had two delightful cups. 5 stars for the coffee! Service was so good, that I hardly noticed my server. I know that sounds odd, but he was like one of the stealth stage hands you can barely see at the plays. They are moving around taking care of business and they do it so swiftly and expertly you barely notice them working. Had my check in no time and a quick smile from my server. Check out was fast and easy. There was a big sign in the waiting area saying customers could check in with the app lessening the wait. Cool! This place is a find. First Watch is one of my favorite breakfast places. It was my first time at this Chandler location and I was pleasantly surprised with their friendly environment and their very quick service. Our waitress was quick to check on us after we were seated and brought our food out immediately. I customized the classic eggs Benedict and it came out just as I had requested. One friend also ordered the elevated egg sandwich and a side of million dollar bacon. My other friend ordered the traditional breakfast and was truly impressed with this place. I love first watch to start. Delicious food and normally good service. Went with my best friend and we were greeted promptly and got drinks in. When we ordered food, we were excited. I ordered the Tri-Fecta and a side of Grits. He ordered a classic Eggs Benedict. After about 25 maybe 30 minutes, we received our food. Let's just say cold eggs are not the best thing to eat. His Benedict was cold as were my eggs. My grits had dried up as though both plates had sat for a while. We saw other tables get their food when they had sat about 15 minutes before us. No biggie we figured the kitchen was passing out quick orders and our order was forgotten (which is normal) but upon getting our order cold, we weren't really impressed... she only checked up on us once after 2 minutes of getting our food and then never seen again. Maybe she had a big section and people making ridiculous orders. But we still were not impressed considering we had barely touched our food after getting it and by the time we got our check we had taken 2 bites and wasn't questioned if everything was fine..... read more

I was a big fan of the "The Good Egg" the predecessor of this restaurant. It was a good mix of breakfast favorites with healthy options and with a southwest spin. First Watch picks up where TGE left off and offers even more healthy options. I do however miss a few of the breakfast skillets (southwest) that used to be in the TGE menu, but since I am getting older, maybe it's a good thing they have gone more towards the healthier side. The Dobson location only real issue is parking at times. My wife and I have learned when to go and when not to bother. The courtesy coffee for the people waiting is always a plus when need to get your coffee on but you have to wait for a table. read more

Its know 12:38 I waited and extra 21min.I decided to ask a different girl about my order. I got a look of confusion she looking and asking other employs about my food. I have to start this review off by saying I love the food and love the staff and this is one of me and my family's breakfast spots we love to go to but I have to say I'm very disappointed in the manager as this is the THIRD time I have seen how he's treating his team. As a manager I would never talk to my employees in a demeaning manner, ESPECIALLY in front of customers.Not only is it rude but it's embarrassing for the workers and does not provide a healthy work environment. That's the type of management that makes people not want to go to work. I hope those staff know how they get treated by him is not okay and something needs to be done.
