I have been to First Watch on Speedway/Kolb in Tucson numerous times- first time at this location on Campbell. Food wise - same as far as very good meals, always presentable and fresh. Consistency of dishes pretty good. Service varies - and this place excelled. Two of three of us came with dogs so asked for outside seating around 10am on Fri after Christmas. We were seated within a minute- young lady who seated us asked to pet our dogs and was very friendly and welcoming! The server came up- Cody- and could not have been better at his customer service skills, professional and friendly demeanor- and his entire service with us. This guy is truly an asset to your company. He was kind in answering many meal related questions from us and always showing us care. Ambiance? We lucked out for most of the meal being outside as all seated inside and the 3 generations of us got to sit privately and get our holiday visit in comfortably! Stopped by while traveling based on a friend's recommendation. We truly enjoyed ourselves. The restaurant was clean and fresh with a modern cozy environment. The staff was efficient and friendly. We took our servers advice and tried both the morning meditation juice and the new Tangerine juice topped with cold foam. Both were delicious, however the tangerine edged out the other as our favorite. Husband had biscuits and gravy, I had the Double Bacon Parmesan Hash, For me, the parmesan cream sauce was a little intense, but Troy went above and beyond to have the kitchen remake it without the sauce. We decided to go have Easter Breakfast at First Watch! We were unsure how long the weight would be done it was Easter! But right when we got there the sweet hostess sat us down and soon after our waitress came and talked about the menu and drinks! I got the morning meditation juice WAW IT'S AMAZING! My husband got the coconut pineapple juice they had and he said it was light and refreshing! As we sat and waited for our food, we loved the whole atmosphere, clean, upbeat, fresh it was a great experience! Or omelets were very tasty! We always have an awesome time at first watch! What I really appreciate about the restaurant is how clean it is. A lot of times when you go out for breakfast it can feel a little frenzied but there's just a calm open vibe that me and my family really appreciate. I always order something off the special menu, I can't quite remember what this one was called but it was a bacon sandwich that was delicious. This time service was pretty slow as our waiter didn't bring our requested water until we had to remind him and the same for our bill. We couldn't get anyone's attention-everyone passed us by without making eye contact like they didn't want to have to help anyone. That being said, I loved my food. The Million Dollar Bacon is wonderful. I had the Breakfast Tacos, my wife had the Peso Bowl and my daughter had two sides including biscuits and gravy and the Million Dollar Potatoes. Lots of food. It was another 15 before we got to order and then about another 20 before we got our food. The quality wasn't that great either & I usually love first watch smh. Hello, I stopped at this location for my First Time. Waitress was very friendly and helpful. I was not pleased with where I sat, the sun came in and made me have to move over no blinds on the the windows. When I first sat down the bottom of the booth side, I feel is poorly designed, I was wearing open back shoes and the bottom of the ledge hit my heals. I felt the greens smelled fishy that came with my breakfast and my eggs on my Salman Benedict were over cooked the biscuit was stale and tuff not toasted. I ate lunch here yesterday with a friend. The place is nice (also new). Service was friendly though slow at times. I had a Chickichanga ($13.49) with upgraded potatoes ($1.99), which come with bacon. Also a Mint Mocha Iced Coffee ($5.59). I loved everything, and it was quite filling too. The drinks are overpriced, but the food prices are reasonable. Adrian took the time to share his thoughts on the wonderful menu since this was our first time at restaurant. Audrey was so wonderful with her guidance on the menu items. Mine came with homemade toast and jelly which was great. This place is brand new and decorated appropriately. Our server and trainee were fast, courteous. The only complaints are not about the food. First what ever they use to clean the tables is very strong. You could smell it. So if you have a sensitive nose, this may be important. Next is the noise level. It is very loud.
