Disappointed because I've came here before and the food is always good but today my fries and fish tasted like they had been sitting for a while and were just heated up and served. Sucks that this happened , will make sure to request next time for my food to be made fresh. read more

Let me preface this first by saying I live a block from Ye Olde Ship and that was always my go to for fish and chips mostly because its close enough to walk to an 2nd because you assume they know how to do fish. Well I must tell you I once was lost but now I'm found. This was my first time ordering from Fish Daddy and I'm hooked (fish pun intended). Everything was beyond my expectations, the fish was light fluffy and crispy not oily at all. I got coleslaw and Cajun fries as my 2 sides. The slaw was super fresh and crisp and the Cajun fries were unbelievable. I cannot say enough great and positive things about this place and their food. The cherry on this whole order I had it delivered and the guy was super upbeat happy and very polite and my order was way earlier than it said it would be. Welp... we gave this spot a chance, as I was craving some delish fish tacos, and starving after a long day at work. We always go to the place next door, which is amazing, and we frequent it quite often, figured we try this spot as well. After about 30minute wait, our tacos were delivered, although yummy, they were on the small side. ORDERED A $5.00 can soda, lol (talk about inflation) . Service was not the greatest due to the very green staff. The place was pretty much empty, so I'm assuming their phone orders took precedence, over the two patrions waiting in-house. Tables were grimy...overall not planning another visit. We will stick tp our old spot. Maybe off to a rocky start as a new spot, which is sad, because there is potential. read more

Just passing by while briefly in town and decided to try this place after reading great Yelp reviews. Dining room is small but nice and clean. The food lightly seasoned but tasted fresh and cooked well and served quickly. Calamari big strips and meaty, fried crispy. Grilled shrimp excellent. Rainbow trout excellent. Ref snapper excellent . Did I mention it was a party of four. No one complained. Maybe a dash of salt would be recommended otherwise great find for a great fish meal. read more

Really angry. My husband ordered delivery. I told him no Cajun but he forgot to specify. They put it on anyway. I cannot eat it due to allergies. They should NEVER cook in a spicy sauce without it being specified. Garlic butter is also a choice and they could have made the fish with that. read more

We were looking for alternative healthy food. Came across this place on here, we usually go to California Fish Grill but we wanted to try something else. It is very much similar to California Fish Grill but not as pricey and you get a lot of food. We ordered from the section of the menu under Simply Grilled, it comes with the choices of 2 flavors Cajun or Garlic butter it also comes with choices of 2 sides. This place was clean, all the workers wore masks and gloves they were friendly and helpful. It is located in the Stater Brothers plaza so plenty parking spaces. They cook your food right when you order it so it is fresh and wait time was about 15 minutes for our order. I ordered the rainbow trout w/ garlic butter sides were reg fries and grilled zucchini. She ordered the salmon w/ garlic butter sides sweet potato fries & brown rice. Both fish were cooked just perfectly very flavorful not overwhelming. We will be back. read more

I ordered the Atlantic Salmon plate with grilled Zucchinis and a Spring Salad w/Sesame Dressing. The 2 filets of salmon are so soft. Their Zucchinis actually have a good taste and they serve a good amount of fresh salad with a delicious different choices of dressing. Very friendly and clean, dined in ordered crispy calamari, Mahi Mahi with sides and crispy fish tacos, everything was AMAZING!! calamari was hot and crispy as it says on the name not chewy like some other places. Fish tacos tasted like authentic Ensenada fish tacos with cabbage, Pico de Gallo and creamy sauce. Grilled Mahi Mahi I ordered with Cajun style , fish was flaky and light, sauce was so delicious, the grilled zucchini and fries were also very delicious! Located in the Stater Brother plaza on Euclid in Fullerton. There are plenty of parking spaces. Masks are a must when going in to order. There were seating available inside but we ordered ours to go. I ordered the Atlantic Salmon w/garlic butter sauce it comes with 2 sides I ordered sweet potato fries and brown rice. He ordered the rainbow trout w/ garlic butter sauce his sides were grilled zucchini & reg fries. The cashier told us order will be ready in 15 mins we went to stater brothers came back and order was ready. Got home, didn't get to take pictures because we were both starving and wolf down our food. My salmon was cooked exactly perfect not too raw of overcooked. The garlic butter was delicious so was the brown rice and sweet fries. He had no complaints about his trout the flavors were perfect. This is very much in comparable to California Fish Grill but cheaper and you get just as much food. We will he back again. read more

Great fish and chips! Very little places to sit and almost no decor but decent price for a decent amount of food. My fish was battered cod with fries and cole slaw. Fish was not greasy but crispy and full of malt flavor like that added a bit for beer! Delicious! Fries were crispy and fresh and plenty to share. Coleslaw had golden raisins for sweetness and not overly dressed. I finished it all. My wife even enjoyed some of the fries. She said they were not fishy at all. I'll be back! read more
