Honestly, if I can give them 0 stars, I would. This place is extremely ridiculous. They "fixed" my car but it was a crappy job. Their client hit my car at 70mph and my car was damaged all around and theirs was totaled. They "repaired" my car but I brought up some big issues that was still a problem and they lied and denied it was already taken care of. They failed to check my shocks leaking (but repaired replace suspension/ rims everything else, due to that impact they are suppose to replace the shocks too since it's a hard hit on all corners of the car) and lied saying it was fine to the insurance. Now the car won't drive without it shaking uncontrollably. Horrible service/ motives. Will be telling EVERYONE to not to come here due to lack of decency. Please avoid the disappointment and go elsewhere. As for her reply, she obviously wasn't the one handling my claim. She would have know that the shop falsely stated my shocks were okay when in face they were damaged and leaking from the accident. I brought the car back after driven it for a couple days and noticed. Jesse the one in charge of my claim deny they were damaged but I brought it to a specialist and they clearly stated that the shocks were leaking AND due to the accident. like I stated, VERY bad business. You might be in the car repair business but you can also be arrogant and misdiagnosed a car as well. It's your choice to be thorough or not. If it was your car, you would be as upset. read more

I had my car service here at fix auto about a year ago after i got hit on the back, they had to replace the trunk,bumper and left tailight,i had a few problems when I picked up the car and took it home, I decided to check the work that was done at fix auto and I noticed that the trunk was not aligned correctly and that they didn't paint match the spoiler to the new trunk, I decided to leave the car as is and was furious with the bad work done so I decided to do a bad review here on yelp. Upon arrival, Justine immediately greeted me I had told her what had happened. Even though I did not have an appointment, she accommodated me and got an estimator to check out my vehicle. This place is the only paint and body shop you need. We had a 1994 Civic completely painted 6 years ago and it came out much better than expected. The match to the original paint was perfect and the car came out perfect. Last week I got hit in the back of my Jeep Patriot and I took it in and they said it would be done in a few days if I was to leave it. I took my car to get an estimate on damages that occurred on a weekend. The person assisting me was the general manager, Donald Grey. He informed me would get back to me within 24 hours. When I didn't hear from him, I had called but he was never available. The receptionist at the office would take down my info and give him my messages. I would request an update on my estimate on a daily basis but I never heard from him. I informed my insurance company to provide a different company since the service I received was awful. After scraping my car on a post attempting to enter a parking garage I found myself in need of help removing all the yellow paint off of my silver car. Thankfully, my car wasn't dented to badly. A few weeks ago I was involved in an accident on the way home from work. It wasn't a major accident but it was enough to stress me out because I take really good care of my car. I went through the list of body shops that my insurance works with. After reviewing all the shops on Yelp I selected Fix Auto Anaheim. They seemed to have great reviews and I was hoping I would be as happy with their work. I dropped my car off on Monday. I dealt with Sarahy that day and for every interaction since. She's awesome! She's very committed to customer service and went above and beyond. She's very friendly and made sure she got everything correct. She made the process painless. I received daily phone calls from her with the status of my car and it's repairs. She called the rental company to have them pick me up that first day. When I picked up my car she offered me water and coffee while I waited for my credit card to be charged. Now, on to the actual work on my car. Today is Friday, the fifth day after dropping off my car, and it was ready. Their work completely exceeded my expectations. You never really know what you're going to get when you take your car for repair somewhere. To be completely honest, my car looks brand new. It was detailed inside and out when I picked it up. They even found something I had lost in my car a long time ago and didn't realize I had lost in there. This place definitely lives up to all the positive reviews. I have to say that my experience at Fix Auto was very disappointing. I have an older car, 2008 Saturn Aura. I had been hit in a parking structure and had damage to my lower driver side door and fender. Fix Auto's State Farm appraiser came out and looked at my car for 5 minutes and told me they could not fix it as parts were no longer available. I was very upset because although my car is 11 years old, I only have 25,000 miles on it. The appraiser never went and checked availability on parts just told me they couldn't help me. I took my car to another body shop and they had no problem obtaining parts. My car is now fixed and good as new. If you have an older car and they tell you it can't be fixed go to another body shop. They don't want to be bothered with actually doing the work required to fix your vehicle. read more

This location is amazing. I was rear ended in my brand new Ford Explorer. I was so nervous about the work and if I was going to get crap aftermarket parts. But no!
