Took our car to this location, they did an overhaul of the front bumper, the somehow pushed the fender that when you open front passenger door it's hits the fender. This problem did not exist when we took the car for repair. We brought the car back and Freddie said they won't fix it because they didn't touch the fender, yes they may not touched the fender but when they pushed the bumper into position it may pushed the fender. That's the only logical explanation why there's now an issues which was not there when we dropped the car off. I had an issue with the windshield washer sprayer after the car was fixed at Buena Park fix auto. I called and talked to the employees there and no one can help me. The issues should be detected and fixed so Farmers insurance can pay for it. I called but no one followed up as promised. I called again and talked to Jimmy, he said he would contact Honda for the parts and he followed up with me the week after. Got my car fixed here due to being rearended in an accident. My bumper was damaged and my fuse was blown. I was told the fuse had nothing to do with the accident so they fixed my rear end. Turns out, they took out my fuse without informing me even though it had nothing to do with the accident. Not sure why they would touch something that wasn't included in the repair... Was not transparent. Also, they issued the wrong payment amount to the insurance company and had to wait 2 extra weeks to get the reimbursed after paying out of pocket. Does not communicate with you. Cleared out the truck, took it to drop it off or at least i thought that was the case. Nope got denied. My husband and I ran over a semi tire-tread on the freeway and it totally messed up our bumper. I called Fix Auto at 7 am the next morning and they called me back as soon as they opened. They were able to fit me in that morning at 10 am for a drop off. While there, I explained to Jeanne (so pleasant) that I was having some trouble with my insurance. She brought out Greg, who was also so helpful in giving me some advice regarding how to better explain what happened to the insurance company. This was instrumental and my insurance ended up reversing their finding on my claim. On my way out, I shared with them that my family was going on a vacation the next week and that if it was possible, we'd love to have the car back as soon as possible. Jeanne said she would write that down in the notes and they'd do their best. Literally, the next day at 5 pm I get a phone call saying our car was ready. Sad because this probably would've been a 4-star review for their actual repair service, but these crooks stole a personal belonging out of my car. It was there when I brought it in (they even admitted to seeing it) and gone when I picked it up. When confronted, they actually had the audacity to try to tell me they didn't take anything. Explain to me how that makes sense? They didn't offer to check security cameras, question the employees who worked on my car, or offer any sort of compensation. Apparently the $6,000+ in service fees they charged me wasn't enough and they felt the need to rob me even more. They're lucky I haven't filed a claim (yet). I should give 1 star because theft is not only a crime but also absolutely unacceptable for a business, but I'll add 1 because anyone who can live with stealing on their conscious obviously needs some kindness in their life. read more

I took my car for windows replacement and they did a good job. Although it took a while to get the quarter glass back window and its not their fault. They have to order it from Canada after they check all the dealers in Southern California which don't have it in stock. I took one star out its because when they installed my windows I noticed small part of the leather trim was peeled off. Overall they absolutely did a good job. read more

Each time I have been there, the elements of my car were totally fixed in a complete, quick, and outstanding manner. On a Saturday, I came out to my driveway and found my car had been totally keyed on the entire left-side of it.
