We learned the hard way that not all the locations serve the same size (different owners) but still charge $75 per tray across the board... Other locations will give you 1/2 the size. The katsu was crispy and cooked perfectly. The standout for me, however, were the potato puffs. They were incredible. They're lightly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The flavor is amazing. The cherry on top was the delicious yum yum sauce they came with. I'll miss Mr. Katsu dearly... the food, service, ambiance... everything.
