GREAT FOOD!! We were staying at a nearby hotel and walked over to try this Flame Broiler. We had never been to one and boy were we surprised! The chicken and beef were excellent! The "Magic sauce" really good too! Veggies, rice, and even service was GREAT as he was very knowledgeable AND helpful! (We were there Sat evening 2/12/22) Our only issue is they are closed Sunday as we had hoped to have dinner there again before leaving for home. (But Sunday is "a good day of rest!") I am regular here. I have noticed a change in management. The place looks great with its update! The new people are remembering who I am. They are always making you feel comfortable. They are always busy though! I always call in my meal. Twice I did not call it in and I waited 20 mins each time. The First time I didn't complain it happens we all get back up sometimes but the second time a member caught it and hooked me up for waiting for so long. I love eating at flame broiler in general. Especially after a workout. I always get the the Angus beef and their sauce is always amazing. I'm not complaining about the food, I've given this location one star because of the service. The lady there had no signs of happiness or friendliness on her at ALL. I walked in there and figured she would already give me a rude feel. She gave me an attitude when I fixed my order and restarted what I wanted. On top of that I came back for onions and she just have me a weird look when I asked for more lol. I love green onions, it goes well with everything. Not to mention this particular location cost more then other flame broilers. Almost 7 dollars for a bowl, other places are like between 5-6. I live so close to it and figured why not, but ehh I think I'd rather drive another 5 minutes for the other location. I want to be treated like a good customer! Lol read more

The cook with the tattoos deftly follows your requests and adheres to any and all partialities that you might have. I go for the grilled chicken over brown rice topped with fresh avocado. There was an increase of 15% for all beef (beef is dry) plate and now doesn't come with vegetable (upon request only) when did that happen? Went here while traveling for business. The service was great and the chef (not sure of his name but he had a bunch of tattoos) made my food so delicious! I have actually been back several times and am happy to say the experience was significantly better. They have redecorated and have what appears to be a new staff and the service and food is much much better. Food was fine. But it was suspiciously fast. Playing some radio station. With technology nowadays they should upgrade to pandora or something. Also the sun is penetrating through the windows. No option for shade. Finally the employee an older lady was mopping as I was eating.
