I gave it 5 stars to get the attention that is needed. I was at Kaiser ER on 11/29/2023 with very high fever, diarrhea, and dehydrated. I was given intravenous antibiotics for salmonella food poisoning. Kaiser contacted "Center for Disease Control" and CDC contacted me today. I did phone interview with them today. I want to warn you if have small children or elderly be careful and aware of food poisoning. It was a nightmare! read more

Absolutely delicious food and they were the nicest people too! When I ordered broccoli beef the lady noticed a lot of broccoli and not enough beef and added more beef without me even having to ask in fact I would have never noticed until she did that! (I love broccoli anyways so it would have never bothered me) I disagree with all the people saying they were unhappy or not nice, they're working and it gets busy if anything while I was there the only rude people were the customers!!! They load the food in there as well, so much so I know i'm going to have super yummy left overs for later. They shoved 2 orders and dumplings into 1 bag and juice was all over everything (napkin, forks, trays) and twice now I got teriyaki chicken with no teriyaki sauces to top it all off got an order of chicken dumplings but they forgot the dipping sauce for them as well the lady working seemed to be unable to handle the rush of people it's sad because I don't think its a bad restaurant but there are many other options out there read more

This is a classic Chinese(American) fast food place providing a great value and great food. The staff here are great and they make sure you leave with more food than you can eat. The food is fresh and tastes great. I have not ever left here disappointed. I always get the 2 entree plate and each time I am amazed at how much they can pack into the plate. I stoped by this place because it smelled so good from the outside of the store. I went in and because of everything going on they had gloves on and face mask and a full on mask with glass. Upon a blustery night that chills to the bone, was a trip embarked to ignite the primal hellfire, spawned from The Far East under the aegis of Yen Lo Wang, to indulge in a feast fit for a Beast, devouring generous portions with hearty gusto. The Dragon enjoyed so-called "Combo B" comprised of two entrees selected as Beef with green beans & Kung Pao Chicken, with fried rice & chow mein, all of which is absolutely scrumptious, though the order was slightly different than originally stated. What was revealed was Broccoli Beef instead of Green Beans, with only 6 eggrolls instead of the 10 ordered. One had to await an approximated 5 minutes for more to be prepared, yet no one was notified of anything for more than that expanse, and upon inquiry, were not even ready, so one had to await yet another 5 minutes to complete the order. Then while patiently awaiting, another desirable item mentioned in the menu was contemplated, such as the cream cheese fried wonton, which was unavailable. Even the previously considered Mongolian Beef was also unavailable! So Beef & green beans were replaced, but even that was misconstrued. The cute little asian girl seemed inexperienced, fumbling through the register process and stuttering, while she had to reset/restart the register no less than twice until achieving the incorrect result. Yet still the meal was greatly relished. It seems the professionalism derived from the rear cooking area, while the front attendants were fumbling along all the while. The decor consists of a general fast food establishment with a few tables and chairs, white walls with some black tiling, a television tuned to 'Telemundo', and a gold painted Buddha statue nested upon a few coins & loose change. My advice is to enrich the environment with cultural paintings, bamboo frames, rice paper partitions, Chinese music and/or presentations, and candles or lanterns at tables and ceiling hangings for a more immersive experience, otherwise this place is recommended for takeout to one's own imaginative themed dining. Food portions are decent and it looks like they serve a looot mostly cause of how much chow mein and rice they fill the plate with. But instead of so much rice and chow mein they should offer some chile sauce/pasta whatever you call it instead of the sour flavorless sauce they give out in packets. Per the oriental woman who also serves the food. They only sell the chile sauce/paste for 2 dollars which is not a problem, but the container they put it in is the size of small soup container or even bigger. Who needs so much chili. This place is decent. Their orange chicken and shrimp were the best at this place. The food is good. It's what you expect of a small Chinese restaurant. They need to have crunchy noodles, because that stopped me from getting my favorite egg flower soup. As reviewers have said, portions are generous. Location is not ideal, but you can take it home. This was my favorite spot ... until a couple days ago. I ordered orange chicken & when I was eating I grabbed a what I thought was a piece of chicken I put it in my mouth and right away spit it out. It was raw chicken skin wrapped in feathers. YUCK! I told the person who was there. They took out the tray & tried to offer me something else. Unfortunately they didn't offer to give my money back. Delicious food and super affordable. The kung pao chicken was very good as well as the orange chicken. Got the 5 something deal and got a huge serving of half chow mein and half fried rice and both of them were surprisingly not very greasy.
