Been here once before, but first time reviewing. First time I came here with my gf and we got just an order of wings. They were really good. This time around, we went all out. We both ordered the Flippin burger, an order of onion rings, garlic fries, and 2 Arnold Palmers. The service was pretty decent. We got our order in about less that 10 min. The burgers were absolutely amazing. Cooked to perfection! The bun and sauce really put everything together! My gf loved the fries. I enjoyed the onion rings myself. I'm giving them a 4 because the Arnold Palmers were ok... and my gf ordered bacon on her burger. We paid for bacon, only to get it without it. We had to ask for it to be put on after we received our meals. A little hiccup, but our server took care of it for us. He did also hook us up with a side of ranch and bbq for dipping. I walked in on an empty Wednesday evening and ordered my burger. The cashier did not say thank you. Even after I got my order, the other employee that handed me my burger did not say thank you. It's always a pet peeve when employees don't say thank you even after YOU gave them business. How hard is it to say "thank you"? It's two words and it takes less than a second to say. On top of that, the employees were smirking at me for no reason while I was eating. I said my order was to go, but I decided to enjoy the inside. The employees looked at me as though I wasn't welcome to sit inside. Because of the extremely poor customer service I got, I do not recommend this place and I will not be returning. Great burger spot if you're in the Haight. They have a wide variety of burgers, hot dogs, and sides (including tater tots). I had a double burger and onion rings, both were solid. I thought the onion rings were a standout, and they gave me a ton of them. Really good value for the money. read more

The food looked great and the vibe was good but I was honestly disappointed. The Burger which is the center point of a burger place was just okay at best. I can't complain too much because the price was not bad. The meat was dry and seemed like a burger from a BBQ rather then a restaurant. The bun was really good but not what I get a burger for, I didn't even realize there was sauce until I was done with the burger. I went back here and ordered a Flippin Burger and when I got home it had no toppings so I went back to ask them to remake it since the bun and patty were cold by then and they said they were just going to heat it up again and add the toppings to it. My spouse had previously ordered the Chicago dog and would not order it again. The texture of the hot dog was unappealing, and the toppings needed to be spiced up more. The burger patty looked pre-formed, and tasted like the frozen patties from Costco, but thinner and doesn't match the bun diameter size. The wings had BBQ sauce that was overly sweet and tasted like ketchup with cheap BBQ sauce added. I could not finish the wings and found a hair on one. The fries were ok but nothing remarkable.
