He even declined a tip, saying, "I've been here 28 years - I'm not going to change my honest ways now." I took the car in on a Monday morning and approx. 2 hours later, I received a call with a diagnosis. I needed a tune-up and an engine coil. I out the quote into ChatGOT just to see if it was a reasonable amount and it was indeed. When they were installing the spark plugs, they notice oil in some gasket so I got that as well. I also got an oil change since it was close to time. All work was complete around 5:00pm, but since they close at 5:30pm I went the following morning to pick up my car. Overall I'm satisfied with the work and they seem to be honest and fair.

The owner seems like a nice guy sure but he can't admit to doing something wrong and taking accountability, they rather do a half ass job and try to get you from coming back to their shop. I would never go here again. They need to stick to doing oil changes if they don't know how to do bigger jobs where they are charging a lot of money but not doing them right and not giving you a refund. Would recommend never going here, even just for an oil change they might put bad oil in your car who knows.

We drive and schedule all our service from NV just so he can do all the maintenance for our cars. We have tried a few mechanics in NV, but none are as good as Danny. Hence us still giving him ALL our cars to work on. Atmosphere - Not the best neighborhood, but that does not bother me. My daughter and I even went for a walk while he serviced our car. Small waiting area, but I usually just hang out in the parking lot talking with all the other customers. Always busy. See my pictures of a FULL parking lot 30 minutes after he opens. Open weekdays from 9am to 5pm. He has stayed late for us on the very few times our schedule did not allow us to be back at 5pm. Closed weekends now, since Covid. I am glad you are now having a better work life balance. Service - 6 stars. Danny is the BEST. Honest, sincere, hard working, etc. Larry was a good guy also, my first contact. My insurance companies at the time handled two of the situations, and Quality seems to be able to work those out with the Claim Teams quickly. On a recent incident where my front end was bent up on my 2018 Chevy Bolt, Quality was listed as a preferred GEICO auto shop. Quality's Estimator Jaime walked me through the process. While things can always take a little longer when dealing with insurance and paperwork, I was able to get my car back with the front end looking close to new. When I've been there, I've seen cars and trucks in much worse condition to my cars, so I'm assuming they're good at what they do. They do great work, I hope I won't have to see them again, at least for a long time.
