Not the greatest frozen yogurt place that I've been to, and I really wanted to give this place a shot as they are a more local froyo spot in Santa Clara. They're situated near Santa Clara University and in a plaza adjacent to other establishments. I visited and noticed they only really had maybe a few working machines. My sister and I came in to try their vanilla frozen yogurt and noticed the machine wasn't spewing out anything. I brought it up to the worker and let them know but she informed me that machine was broken and to try a different flavor instead. I guess that was fine, things break but I wish it was a bit more attentive given there weren't many customers indoors. We ended up getting the mango tart with some peach rings and some mochi and strawberry. I was a bit more disappointed with the stale peach rings that were extremely hard to eat. All in all, I wouldn't really come back unfortunately. Considering the price we paid (~$15 dollars for a cup that we shared) and the lack of attentive service to the machines & stale toppings, it would be a pass for me. read more

Frozo's is located near Santa Clara University in an older strip mall on Lafayette with a large parking lot in the back. To Zoey's delight, they allow dogs inside the shop. They supply large cups, and you fill them yourself with as much frozen yogurt and as many toppings as you like. The price is determined by weight. The abundance of toppings is quite impressive, and includes various types of cookies and candies. My husband and I both opted for the vanilla/chocolate combined and a few toppings. It was delicious. I remember passing by this place but never once did I stopped by till I pulled up to the back of the parking lot which is a huge lot and noticed this shop right next door to Hungry Hound. Bro and I came by on a Wednesday and we were the only ones staff were very friendly and attentive. Spacious interior its specialty is frozen yogurt with endless toppings and shaved ice comes with different flavors either regular or large size cup only a dollar difference. We chose milk tea I had the Thai milk tea regular ice 25% sweetness no toppings Bro had the Okinawa milk tea no toppings both drinks were refreshing maybe next time we may go back with frozen yogurt or banh mi sandwiches unfortunately they were not available at that time. Came with our kids and while the flavors of the frozen yogurt was good (6 to choose from) the toppings were not up to par. They has A LOT of toppings (20-50) but many were stale. It was my first time with honey boba, very good. Maybe too sweet for most people. Maybe adjust your sweetness levels if you're going to get the honey boba. I'm not much of a coffee drinker at all, but wanted to try the Vietnamese coffee. It was good, definitely kept me awake for the day. They have 4 machines, and 1 is not in operation. So, they have six flavors, (May 2025) - Original Tart - Pomegranate/ Raspberry - Chocolate - Vanilla - Strawberry Shortcake - Yellow Cake Batter (plus center swirl) 69 cents/ oz is pretty cheap for fro-yo. The sandwiches were much larger than most places, with lots of fresh cilantro & veggies. The grilled pork was more like pork with bbq sauce but it was filling (only ate half). Toppings chosen: Hot fudge, brownie bites, cheesecake bites, a big strawberry stick, cookie dough, and of course a cherry on top!
