Some burgers. Everything was very tasty. The burger gals said burgers were juicy. Fish and chips were huge. We could've shared. People were friendly. Place was clean. This spot has horrible customer service, older white lady rolls her eyes and has attitude everytime she is asked something. We've came here three times and she's had the same attitude each time, this time she was being more of an a**hole and rolled her eyes for everything we said. We asked to switch something on our order and she got extremely mad and started being so rude for no reason. Trying to down play us and make it seem like we were dumb for wanting to change something. Then she turned around and started talking badly about us to the other employees, mind you we were being nice the whole time because we didn't understand why she was being so rude to us, we also were raised right and know how to respect others. Definitely think she's racist. Its clear she doesn't like her job so she should just quit, its not the customers fault that she's bitter and doesn't like working there. I definitely do not recommend coming here unless you're trying to deal with b*tchy moods and attitude. read more

So I went here for the first time ever, because my wife saw a sign that this is "the best burger in Auburn" - TOLD them when I ordered that this is my first time here - ordered 2 bacon cheeseburgers with fries. When I came home, no fries. And - the burger? Burger King is better, and Burger King isn't even in the top 50% of good burgers. When I called - they said "whether I paid for fries or not, they could write me down in a book to get free fries next time" Great. I get free fries that I paid for. No thanks. I'll pass. read more

So I just went to frugals and they severely disappointed tonight. The only thin that was decent was my chicken burger. Maybe if they did less talking and actually listened to what we ordered they would have gotten it correct. Oh and I just love it when they forget to salt my fries out of the fryer and now instead dump salt straight into the bag with my fries. Can I get some potatoe with my salt. It can be a little bit longer of a wait than some places, but just enjoy some extra fries and go with the flow.
