We were interested to try a restaurant in the hotel we are staying at. We were seated and it took a while for a server to come and it was not busy. Price was not an issue for us as long as we have good food and service. Both we did not receive there. First we ordered cocktails. $20 each. They took a while to make and they had little taste. We wanted to feed the kids first. One had 2 tuna rolls and the other 3 lamb chops $88 which had little flavor and the vegetables were over cooked. Once we saw this we asked for the check and decided to eat at another restaurant, Aqua which was wonderful. The check at Fuhu was over $200....OMG. i was the MOH for a joint bachelor/bachelorette party and it was such a great experience! Cole did a great job serving our large group of eleven & split the bills for everyone in our party which was very much appreciated. we loved the environment of the restaurant, the bathroom with a service attendant inside, a fun range of cocktails, and a range of inexpensive to more lavish dishes made it the perfect place for our group! it was so cute and the entrance made for a great group photo spot. the duck fried ride and the crispy salmon rolls were DELICIOUS. i also loved my lychee cocktail :) everyone in the group loved their dishes as well. Fuhu was very memorable overall and was the perfect fit for the bride's request for a fancy asian restaurant! only downside is that the restaurant was very far from parking & a little tricky to find but hey, that's all of vegas haha. definitely worth it! read more

Had a reservation for 10:15pm the night we arrived in town. Hostess acknowledged the reservation and asked if bar seating was okay. We said yes and she sat us at the bar. Ordered a couple of drinks. Drinks came, we asked for the food menu and were told the kitchen closed 15 mins ago?!? Said we just just arrived in town and aren't picky plus we had a dining reservation. Bartender didn't believe my reservation until I physically showed him on my phone and then said there was nothing he could do, they had shut down all the kitchen equipment already (meanwhile final dishes were still coming out of the kitchen to other diners). Asked for a manager to at the very least comp our drinks as we decided where to go instead...no manager on site. Crappy experience all around. read more

Looking for a young and mordant place to go with friends? This is it. It's super loud with a live DJ and open concept. They do offer a few private rooms in the back for larger parties. Loved that I can come here to hang out at the bar or be boujee at the tables. There's a large glass that you can see into the kitchen. Ordered half the menu and pictures are down below. I liked that when we ordered the duck they brought it out whole and then informed they could debone and sheared in the back. Bathrooms are CoEd, so don't be alarmed. This place hit every mark. We started with both a himachi and tuna sashimi starter along with two rolls and their famous octopus. The fish was so fresh and the flavors so creative. The four of us still were a little hungry (I mean not really but we had to try more) so we split the crispy duck. They deboned it for us and it was served with those little pancakes that come traditionally with moogoo gai pan(sp ?!) so we ate them like tacos. Amazing food and service. During my 5 days Vegas trip, I have had food from many different restaurants within casinos. Needless to say, they were very disappointing. Bucchanal was good but not great like before. Fuhu, on the other hand, was intoxicatingly good. We were all very surprised that this fusion Asian restaurant actually came out so tasty! My favorite was the King Crab and Truffles fried rice. I imagine this place thinks it is fine dining. In my opinion it is not. It is expensive, but the food was not good. Stinky and stingy come to mind regarding the food. We tried the sampling menu and got the signature items. The whole place seemed off. The music was too loud and staff, including the manager with a fad hair cut, were distracted. Our group favorite was the miso cod lettuce wrap - it doesn't look like anything from the outside, but it's jam packed with that miso & sweet flavor which hits your mouth almost immediately. The interior is absolutely stunning; although the exterior does seem to be missing the sign (we mentioned this to them so hopefully that would be fixed) since a lot of our friends had a hard time locating where it was. We ordered the yellowtail sashimi, salmon sashimi, and Crispy Tuna. The yellowtail sashimi and salmon sashimi were AMAZING!! So flavorful and fresh. The crispy tuna was a little too crispy for my taste. We ordered the scallop roll, California roll, and spicy tuna roll. They were all great!! Our first time trying scallop and it was delish! We also ordered the Tiesto roll, black pepper shrimp roll, and chili tuna roll. Tiesto roll was delicious!!! The black pepper shrimp and chili tuna rolls were good minus the takuwan. It's a pickled daikon and it adds a crunch into the rolls. The restaurant provided a free fried wonton dessert for my bday which was AMAZING!! Highly recommend it! Service was great as well -- our server recommended the Buttery Mahi roll and I loved it (and I'd never had raw fish sushi before that)! My daughter, on the other hand, is a sushi aficionado and she pronounced all our sushi dishes wonderful. My only complaint is that the kitchen closed very early - we were asked to make final food orders almost half an hour before the posted closing time of the restaurant. Our feast included a good portion of the menu: Octopus [pickled cauliflower, black garlic aioli, tamarind chili], Miso Cod "Taco" [bibb lettuce, crispies, orange], Tiger Shrimp [flash fried shrimp, garlic mayo, yuzu raisins], FUHU Fried Chicken [chili glaze, scallion], Seared Foie Gras [kumquat, five spiced youtiao], Kari Toro Tartare [truffle cruller, mustard miso, ponzu], Crispy Tuna [rice crisp, spicy mayo, sweet soy, crispy garlic], Goma Krab [mamenori, butter ponzu], On My California [(ltadakimasu-Tiësto)* yellowtail, snow crab, shibazuke, negi tempura, yellow chili sauce], Sizzling New York Striploin [wasabi demi-glace], King Crab & Truffle Fried Rice [egg, green onion], Signature Fried Rice [beef, egg], and finally desserts Joyful Almond [coconut anglaise, candied almonds, chocolate micro sponge, salted caramel, cocoa nib ice cream], and Cheesecake [blueberry compote, green tea cream, coconut cake, plum tuile, matcha ice cream]. I was not too impressed with the cocktails off the bar menu, but the old fashioned and espresso cocktails on the dinner menu were lovely. While none of the items would be awarded my death row quality nomination, the cuisine was tasty overall. Also, this is not an AYCE spot. The tiger shrimp and signature fried rice were my favorites. The sauces in both were well crafted and the beet mix used for their fried rice yielded a super refreshing robust flavor. Overall I liked this spot, but wouldn't rush to go back. It's great for large groups though. Getting into my top lists is beyond difficult now, and all of our taste buds are different. In supper club outings, the most important feature is connection and amazing conversations. This time I made new friends and even landed a VIP host at the Cosmo. All wins. read more

Holy cow my mind is blow with how amazing this restaurant is! Let me start by saying how cute it was, it caught my eye when we were looking for somewhere to have dinner then the music pulls you in. The lights are just bright enough to see your meal and set a mood. Then the menu- we ate mostly fish and every dish was so fresh and tender and flavorful. An espresso martini (made with real espresso!) was my drink of choice. David, our waiter, gave the best recommendations including our dessert! We were charged $200 for corkage fee on 4 bottles FOR LOCALS!! .... and $100 for 2 bottles again tonight. What about relationships? AFTER I ASKED " Isnt it all about relationships eventually?" We checked Yelp and found this beautiful place and called and luckily they said the bar was open so we came down and got seated right away. The restaurant is so pretty and the Ambience was amazing. The cocktails were so delicious. I asked for something that's refreshing and with tequila so she said she'll make a drink for me that's on the menu. It was exactly what I was looking for. Ate here on Friday night and I was blown away! We were starving, had just gotten into Vegas maybe 4 hours prior, and were liquored up. We decided to roam around the new Resorts World (beautiful by the way) and found this place by way of walking around. It didn't have much signage but the outside decor gave me an inclination that it would be a high end, fun and adventurous dining experience... The service was top notch. They got our drink orders going quick. We started off with the fried chicken and beef dish too from the appetizer menu. I wanted to try many small plates so we ordered a bunch of the smaller dishes. The salmon roll with chimichurri is amazing.. as well as the scallops with truffle and the fried shrimp with the Thai sauce (I think). Everything is amazing and fresh.
