Staff was kind and friendly. The restaurant was quiet and nice to dine in. I did see lot of take outs the food was not my favorite but good. We had chicken satay and masman curry and yellow curry. The lady asked spice level I said 3 and she said you sure you do you want a 2. I usually listen so I got the 2 and asked for extra spice on the side. I did what was suggested first day did not seem as spicy but my leftovers were warmer. Worth a try nice people and good food

Place was clean. Service was excellent. Water was always filled. Food came out in a timely manner. Staff was really friendly. Food quality was good. Everything tasted fresh. Prices were fair. Portion size was generous. I would come back to eat.

We stumbled across this restaurant by accident and i'm so glad that we did. It's part of a strip-mall in Buffalo Grove. It's small inside but it is nicely decorated with a nice bar as the focal point and also some cute outdoor seating patio for warm days. They are super friendly family owned restaurant, our server was very helpful and suggested so nice items for us to try. The food was delicious and it was a generous portion for the price. They have Thai food and also sushi which is perfect for us because we can never decide on one thing to eat so you definitely have options. We shared their chicken Pad Thai and a few sushi rolls as well. We will keep going back for cute, intimate sushi dates.

Delicious food!! Best Thai food in the suburbs. First time tried it and loved it. Everything tasted so good. Good service, practicing good Covid guidelines. Strongly recommend it for lunch, dinner, or takeout. I will be back again to try more things from their menu.

I got a chance to come in Chicago I saw this shop There are both Thai food and food. Japan, which I like to eat Japanese food anyway. My husband likes Thai food. We chose this restaurant This restaurant did not disappoint me at all, the food was delicious, everything I ordered, the owner came to take the order by her self. She is Thai. Very friendly. I will definitely come back again. If I have a chance to come to Chicago again

We're been coming here ever since it opened. We love the staff, and LOVE THE FOOOOD! Best shrimp tempura roll I've ever had. They add asparagus which just takes it to the next level. Potstickers are made in house, and have the a sweet and savory flavor. The staff is so kind and knowledgeable. We will keep coming back!

Absolutely the best sushi for the price in the hood. Always fresh and prompt service, gets crowded at dinner time. Sometime you will wait.

To clear things up about their dining area, they have 2 small tables outside and 1 small and 2 big tables inside. Small tables - 2 chairs. Big tables - 4 chairs. On weekdays, you don't need to make a reservation. On the weekends due to their limited dine in area, I would recommend a reservation to be safe. You can make a reservation through Google/Yelp or phone call. Parking is easy since it's in a strip mall. There is also a 3% charge if you use plastic. Just a note, I tried looking at their food pictures on their website, but it kind of runs slow. Sometimes it would freeze. I think they need to fix it. I would return here to try other items. I would highly recommend ordering off their Malaysian menu instead of the miscellaneous. Don't order orange chicken or General Tao's chicken. Very cringe because you can get that literally anywhere. Get the Malaysian food because it's hard to find in Illinois. The owner is very sweet and the service is attentive. We ordered lor bak, nasi lemak, Hainanese chicken rice, hokkien mee, and kuih talam. Just a FYI, the portions are very generous. For 2 people, I would recommend ordering 2 dishes. Prices are reasonable for what you get. A pot of tea is $6. -lor bak 5 - I highly recommend this appetizer. It has crispy pork sausage with shrimp fritters, beancurd, and cucumber. It comes with two sauces. Everything was delicious. -nasi lemak 5 - I love the chicken rendang. The meat is very tender and it has a deep flavor. You can taste the spices that went into it. -Hainanese chicken rice 3.5 - I gave Penang Malaysian Cuisine a 4 because the rice was delicious. HD's version, the rice was not as moist and flavorful. The chicken was not bad, it's about the same as Penang's. It could be a bit more succulent without the sauces. -hokkien mee 4 - this won't be as tasty as in Malaysia. I liked the big pieces of shrimp, an adequate amount of sliced pork and hard boiled egg. The broth is still very good. If it's your first time having this, I still recommend it. -kuih talam 5 - I would suggest this if you like pandan. It's not sweet. It has a soft and bouncy texture.

The curry was flavorful, packed with veggies and chicken, and paired so nicely with the fluffy white rice. We also got the pad woon sen, and it had a nice wok hei flavor; the noodles were bouncy and paired well with the hot sauce on the table as well. Lastly, we got the mango sticky rice for dessert, and they give you SO MANY MANGOES. The rice was sweet, and you had enough mangoes to pair it with every single bite of rice. The service was good; they always made sure to check in on us and even brought us extra plates to let us share our dishes. The only con I have is that I asked for potatoes in my curry, but I didn't know it'd be a dollar extra. It's not a big deal, but I'd love to know when I ask. The ambiance was very Thai themed, and they had a lot of awards for their restaurant. It also caught my eye that they won a food bracket tournament with other restaurants I have heard of as well. There's also a large parking lot and lots of seats if you want to dine in. I also noticed a large amount of takeout orders, so you can tell this place is very popular.

We ordered from Thai House Restaurant! I was in the mood for some Tom Yum Veggie Soup and Pad See-Iew. We also ordered Hawaiian Chicken and Fried Rice. For starters we had Mee Krob and Fried Vegetarian Won Ton. The Mee Krob is one of my favorites. The sweet and sour sauce mixed with crispy rice noodles topped with fried tofu is really good. And the fried veggie won ton has a perfectly seasoned tofu stuffed inside. The Tom Yum Veggie Soup had that yummy tang that hit the spot. The veggies still had a nice crunch to them. The Pad-See-Iew was sweet but not too sweet. What I really love are the veggies and the smoked / charred taste to them. It's like the wok has years and years of seasoning embedded in it. So good, The Hawaiian chicken was cooked just right. It was not dry and was very juicy and it was great with the fried rice. I've never eaten inside the restaurant as we tend to order on lazy Sundays. Every time I order take out, from here, the food is ready with the time promised. Portions here are generous -- most mains are easily enough for two people, so it works really well if you're sharing across the table. For the amount of food you're getting, pricing felt very reasonable (around $20-30 per person when sharing), which makes it a strong value spot in the suburbs.
