There's a new Thai restaurant on the East side of town and it's absolutely delicious! The Galley bills itself as Asian Fusion cuisine but the menu seems to be all Thai food. The owners are no strangers to great Thai cuisine. Having put in their time at Dear Mom as employees, the owners ventured out to this side of town to plant their own flag. From what I can see (and taste) so far, they're doing a great job. The service is great and the staff is warm and friendly in the true Thai spirit. My wife had the Yum Woon Sen which is a glass noodle dish served with fresh veggies and your choice of protein over a fish sauce. Served cold, it was light and refreshing. I had the Spaghetti-Kee-Mao, a modern twist to the classic Pad Kee Mao dish served in many Thai restaurants. We also had the coconut shrimp as an appetizer. Everything was a hit with our taste buds. The portions were on the smaller side, but I'm sure it's because we ate there for lunch. Come check it out for yourself! I know you'll like it.

Be prepared to wait! They just officially opened this week and this place was packed! Had to wait about 10-15 mins for a table. There is no waiting area seats, which I think they need. Staff was very friendly. The food was delicious and would definitely come back to try more dishes. Just be pared to wait or some for lunch time for less wait! Great Thai option for the east side of Bend.

Yum! Want to make coming here a regular place. I loved the food, the service was quick and they were very friendly, lots of natural light through the windows and fun modern vibes.

You counter order/pay and then are assigned a table (very helpful when you are a party of 6). Later on, we even saw people getting delivered their drinks while waiting in line). This Asian inspired fast causal place did not disappoint in flavors or food (and with very reasonable prices to boot). We loved the esquites (traditionally Mexican style street corn) with fish sauce - so so good. The strawberry & crispy rice salad and Thai beef salads were both bright, fresh, and tasty. The dan dan noodles, lomo saltado, and curries were all great as well. As an extra icing on top - the drinks (especially the $3 nonalcoholic shrub and homemade sodas) were great as well. We loved this place.

Needs one guy serving drinks and answering questions about the menu, and one person taking orders. The food was Chinese fusion with Mexican influences and we got mala noodles, 1 shrimp taco, and fried chicken. I'm Chinese and my husband is Mexican, so in theory this place would be right up our alley. However the shrimp taco's tortilla was not made fresh which is is the whole point of the taco (the salsa and the tortilla). The chicken was decent but not spectacular. The mala noodle was good on flavor (kudos for keeping the "ma" part intact) and probably the best part of the meal, but the rice noodle needs to be cooked 1-2 minutes less.

Bi-bim-bops mostly but also some other goodies such as Korean spiced tots and a Korean corn dog. First impressions: when the menu says spicy, the food will be. Not blisteringly so but for those with a low tolerance, take heed. Five dishes ordered and promptly delivered by Door Dash - all good. - Tots: very nice, comes with two dipping sauces, both tasty. - Vegan chicken bi-bim-bop (#3): I've never had fake chicken until now and it works about as well as fake beef (Beyond, Impossible). Which is to say, quite passable. Beyond the fake chicken, the dish itself is very good. Bop sauce (in a separate tub) is tasty if a touch sweet. - Chinese cabbage salad: Excellent. I could eat this all day. - Bop dog: a Korean-inspired corn dog. The epitome of fusion, I guess. Pretty good with a nice panko coating. If you like corn dogs, you'll probably like it. - Beef bi-bim-bop (#1): Excellent. Well seasoned beef with very well done veggies and soft-boiled egg, including kim chi. Overall, I'd say Bop Culture has hit it out of the park in a town somewhat lacking in Asian-inspired cuisine (although it's getting better). Highly recommended.

I like the fact that they offer modern style Korean food as well like Corn Cheese, Hot Dog and Vegan Bibimbap! I've ordered different things from them a couple of times. Our favorites so far are Hot dog, pork belly Bossam, ZZ bop (vegan Bibimbap with fake chicken), and kimchi dumplings!! The Bop miso sauce is amazing too!! I know some of you wouldn't like their food because it's not traditional Korean food to you. Also some of you wouldn't like their food because it's way too authentic and traditional like their banchan. I know because I'm in the food business! This is hands-down the best food I've ever ordered for delivery in town. The Chipotle BBQ Chicken Tacos were out of this world. Perfectly smoky chicken, topped with honey-lime slaw, sweet apple salsa, house crema, and Cotija cheese. Every bite was bursting with flavor. Just fresh, bold, and absolutely delicious. Then there's Mama Sandy's Mediterranean Bowl--exactly the kind of meal I'm always craving but can never find. It had arugula, zesty hummus, charred chicken breast, brown rice, Kalamata olives, feta, orange peppers, red onion, and a balsamic drizzle. Every ingredient was fresh and tasted like real food. No shortcuts, nothing greasy or heavy--just clean, vibrant, satisfying flavor. We ordered a side of chips and guac, which was also delicious. I'm excited to try their other dishes. It looks like the menu is not too big but I'm guessing that's bc they focus on high-quality ingredients and taste. And they are winning!! If you've been struggling to find healthy food in Bend that doesn't taste like an afterthought, Grave is the answer. I'm honestly mad I didn't know this place existed sooner. Total hidden gem--and I'm already planning my next order.
