Loved loved the garlic fries! I got the fries and chicken tenders combo and the fries were truly the star. Covered in minced garlic and parsley, the fries had so much flavor and the fries themselves were seasoned as well. So addicting, I could have eaten another portion of just the fries! The chicken tenders were pretty good but on the drier side as they're pretty flat. Not a bad choice for the price at oracle park. Definitely will be back for the garlic fries at my next Giants game. read more

I always stop for garlic fries! I was finding foods to eat during a baseball game and this caught my eye. I got the chicken tender and garlic fries and the total came out to be a little over $20. Definitely an upcharge but the lady that served us gave us an extra tender, how nice! Unfortunately, the tenders were awful. I was misled by the pinned photo on Yelp. They reminded me of cafeteria microwave chicken. The fries were pretty decent! There was a good amount of garlic and parsley on the fries. Definitely would skip out on the tenders and go straight for the fries only. read more

They have at least 4 different food stands in various sections of the ballpark selling Gilroy Garlic Fries. We ordered from section 331 during the Giants game this past Sunday, and the lines went fast, with sufficient service at the counter. Got an order of garlic fries to share, as well as a 32oz souvenir cup of diet soda. Everything was fresh and delicious, the garlic fries made perfectly, with plenty of garlic, olive oil, and parsley, and slightly crisp, though I don't mind soggy fries when the flavor is this good! The perfect complement to the crab sandwich from Crazy Crab'z at the venue. Whether or not the Giants win, I consider this a win! (the Giants did win too :) read more

Ah, you can never go wrong with the ever so famous Garlic fries. I remember the time when people were first aware of the Gilroy garlic fries where the lines will always be super long and people eager to take that first bite into full load garlic goodness! Today is no different as they keep cranking out the hot garlic fries from the kitchen and hand it out to paying customers after each baseball game. Everyone knows Gilroy is the home of the best garlic times. I think I am the only one that misses garlic ice cream in Gilroy, CA. Can anyone buy me a pint of it? These are not the great horror garlic fries I used to love here at the stadium. Was really craving this back at Pacbell park and bought it even though I only planned to eat a quarter of them. Getting garlic fries when taking in a Giants game is a must! This review is for the location in the club level. Service is generally consistent and quick. Their fries are pretty solid and we get hot and fresh fries most of the time. Kids like their chicken tenders, which is always a nice addition to garlic fries, along with a beer for mom, of course! They only take mobile payment or credit card so keep that in mind when visiting. There are also certain food vendors at the park where you can place a mobile order ahead for pick-up. Although flavor was adequate it was nothing compared to the flavor we experienced at the A's game in Sacramentoon Wednesday. Their fries had a rich garlic essence paired with parmesan cheese with a parsley garnish. Their fries were crispy and fresh as compared to the Gilroy Fries at Oracle Park which were cold and limp. If you are going to enjoy a ball game go to Sacramento for 8 dollar Garlic fries, entertainment and warm weather. read more

One of several Stands at the Oracle ballpark. Service was quick but I'm guessing it was because the fries were already prepared and sitting out. It was a good serving size of fries. Sadly, the fries were lukewarm and it was lacking in garlic. I did like the parsley added. Overall, not worth the $11.25 + tax ballpark markup when the fries aren't hot and fresh and the garlic is sparse. read more

The line here was long throughout the whole game, but it moved pretty quickly. I just got garlic fries. They were delicious when they were warm, but due to the weather they got cold and soggy pretty quickly. Who cares about garlic breath when they taste so good. Portion size is okay. I think it's a good enough size to share between two to three people if they get something else as a main dish. ~$10 was expensive for the fries, but it was to be expected at a stadium in SF. read more

We had some from another vendor (part of a meal package) and they were truly horrible . . . we had to remedy this, so came here for the best garlic fries outside of Gilroy! Serves hot and not prepackaged (which just sogs them) and tons of garlic - always garlic left in the bottom. Perfect! Be sure to give them a try if you're in the park - you'll thank me! read more

The best I've had since the Gordon Biersch days of years past. At this last Thursday's game, I had the most perfect order of garlic fries. They were perfectly crispy, hot, and generously seasoned appropriately. It was a good size portion, though a bit pricey. Service was friendly and fast. I always get the Gilroy Garlic Fries when I go to a Giants baseball game. The Gilroy Garlic Fries are fragrant and has garlic in every bite. It's a must! Mounds of garlic and parsley are topped on the fries. I would suggest eating these quickly after you buy them because once they turn cold they're not as tasty anymore. Eat them while it's warm. Make sure you bring some gum or mint after eating these garlic fries. read more

My first Giants game! A friend highly suggested I get the garlic fries at the stadium. I made a beeline here after confirming where my seat was. I had skipped lunch that day and decided to go with the chicken tenders with garlic fries. The chicken tenders were a bit dry and unfulfilling. The garlic fries were pretty good, but I had filled up with the chicken and was unable to finish the fries. Such blasphemy! I wish I had gotten just the fries. There are so many other food places at the stadium though, that I'd try something else next time. read more

Gilroy Garlic Fries. These are a must when going to any Giants game. (I believe they serve them throughout the park, so you don't necessarily have to go to a Gilroy Garlic Fries stand to grab them.) Last Wednesday, July 6th, a group of us headed to AT&T Park to get garlic fries! (And to watch the game of course! Hehe!) Luckily, Rodney H ordered some as I can never finish a whole order. I've been to Gilroy numerous times during the Gilroy Garlic Festival and these, my friends, can not compare to the real thing. First of all, the garlic should be sweet, not bitter. The fries should be crispy, not soggy and oily. But during a cold and windy night at the ballpark, (that's almost every night) these will suffice....if you add enough condiments on em. Mind you, I've had better garlic fries at Jody Maroni's of all places. Of course, that was in Gilroy. Less than 5 stars?! I'm sorry, WHAT?!?! Take your traditional French fries. Then toss in a bunch of fresh chopped garlic? Hmmm... They're nice & crispy. Maybe they are not ALL perfectly crispy, but anyone that actually expects every fry to be perfect is just expecting too much. Don't be unreasonable. Garlic fries have become another food mascot for SF. And at the baseball park? If you don't have some at the game, then maybe you didn't actually go to the game. The skinny on Gilroy Garlic Fries... They are on the Top Ten List for the best baseball stadium food in the United States. Yeah... they're THAT good. The fabulous chef that is Tyler Florence has waxed poetic about these fries...he did a game infomercial & everything. San Francisco has more than a few things that "represent" it proper... Sourdough bread. Clam chowder in a sourdough bread bowl. Fresh Dungeness crab. Brunch any day of the week. Fog. Layering. The Giants. Levi's. The band Journey & singing "Lights." And garlic fries. If Clint Eastwood did another Dirty Harry movie, there's no doubt that Harry would find himself at AT&T Park, strategizing his next move in apprehending the bad guys. One of the main reasons I go to the Giants game at AT&T Park is for the garlic fries. Before we even went to our seats, this was my first stop. Even though we had ate a bit beforehand, I couldn't resist getting an order of garlic fries ($8.95). Since they serve to many, they have trays of garlic fries sitting there getting cold. And to add, the windy nights in SF definitely doesn't help, which leaves me with cold and soggy fries by the time I get to my seat. Although fries are solid and they throw on a hefty amount of garlic and herbs, the sogginess left me rather disappointed. I ended up throwing away half of it because I was too full and it wasn't worth finishing. That's a big moment for me to give up FRIES, so I was quite heartbroken over that. read more

I love baseball. I love garlic. I love fries. I was at my first ever baseball game. I was at my first girls' hangout day ever. Sad, I know and I'm a girl too. After making our way through a maze of people, Crystal pointed out that she will get the fries now because she hasn't seen another stall upstairs. Me and Crystal was in one line and Els was in the line next to us which seemed to be moving at lightening speed. Els ordered fries and a soda.. Crystal treated me to fries (I did not want to spend $6 on a drink nor did I want my friend to pay that much for a drink for me) so that was that.. I noticed you can order tenders too (I was so eyeballing that). I wasn't supposed to eat that day.. my plan was to detox/fast.. I failed. We dispensed ketchup onto the container thing and proceeded w/ pigging out while making our way through the maze.. the fries were delicious.. massive amounts of garlic and parsley flakes melted away as soon as it hit my lips.. it wasn't very oily.. wasn't crispy.. somehow it tasted like the best garlic fries ever. Service can be fast, can be slow.. purely a hit or miss and it also depends on the customer at the line. The guy that helped us was young and seemed to stare blankly at us.. probably at Crystal more because she is pretty! Oh and the order came w/ mint candies.. Wow I didn't even notice that AT&T switched up the garlic fries from Gordon Biersch to Gilroy Garlic Fries... since when?? I don't really notice a difference... still the same garlicky fried goodness and it's just another must have! More self serve condiments are offered now instead of the typical ketchup... Ranch and BBQ! Along with garlic fries you can top your bratwurst or hot link with some grilled onions that's sauteed with peppers and more garlic! YUUUUM! GO GIANTS! read more

When this place is on point, the garlic fries are a definite 4-star. However, the fry quality is often inconsistent, sometimes it is soggy and sometimes it is cold. The freshly minced garlic and parsley is always just right though. The garlic doesn't seem to be completely raw, but it is lightly cooked so the garlicky edge isn't mellowed away. The cut of fry is rustic with a medium thickness and some skin on the edges. I generally prefer fries that are McDonald's thinness, but I feel like this size works well to carry chunks of garlic and parsley. On occasions that I do get really crispy and warm-just-out-of-the-fryer batch, they are wonderful. But since the fry temperature and texture is so variable, they get demoted to 3 stars. read more

Best choice for Fries in the ballpark. If I'm not in the mood for Tres Agaves chicken nachos or something sweet like Stormin Norman's Fry Bread cart I will invariably come here for their super garlicky fries. With the expanded dipping sauces offered at the condiment stations I can get either BBQ, Ranch, or honey mustard along with the staple ketchup/mustard combo I'm accustomed to. Be warned if you get these while sitting with friends they will feed off yours so consider this a sharing snack and pair it with either the chicken tenders or a hot dog/corn dog so you don't get hungry at the wrong time in the game. read more

Located inside of AT&T park, Gilroy Garlic Fries offers delicious garlic fries. I ordered the chicken tenders with and added the garlic fries for an extra $2. The total was $12.50. Yeah, it's expensive, but its San Francisco and also in a Ball Park. The fries were perfectly crispy and garlickly. I only got 3 chicken strips, but portions are always small. What in the world is wrong with you people? How can you give this place 3.5 stars? This is not just any french fries with garlic. This is an experience. This is the reason why I am a Giants fan. Ok. it's not. But it's why I am a more avid Giants fan. It's what makes going to the ballpark worth it even if the Giants get slaughtered. The price is steep but when you have just paid $56 for parking, $7 for a coke, $8.50 for the best fries in the world is ok. Perfectly crispy even after it gets cold. I love that the garlic sticks to the fries. I've had garlic fries where they put all this garlic on top but they all fall off. read more

It ended up looking and eating more like a mini steak burrito, which was a very good value for the price. Unfortunately, the steak was too fatty, rubbery, and difficult to chew. I was expecting leaner pieces of steak. I also found the fajita veggies to be extremely salty. In fact, I had to drink three cups of water after finishing my meal because of the saltiness. I've eaten at multiple Chipotle locations, and I've noticed the fajita veggies are consistently very salty. I think Chipotle could easily cut the amount of salt in half without affecting the flavor. Next time, I won't order the steak again because of the fatty, tough meat. Overall, for $4.85, turning a taco into what felt like a mini burrito was still a very good value.

I was perfectly polite and thanked them for my food, and was given ZERO response at all. I've never been treated this poorly anywhere else. Employees are beyond unprofessional and this is why this store has 2 stars online. Train your staff better, it's giving LOW CLASS.
