Excellent! Great prices for the breakfast. We ordered the country fried steak, cream cheese berry french toast (not on the menu) and a hungry mans breakfast. Everything was seasoned perfectly. The savory stuff was not too salty and to my surprise the French toast was not overly sweet. Oh the hash browns were even better than the ones my wife makes (she makes them from scratch). I can't complain about anything except I needed a swivel-seat to see all the amazing specials on the walls and boards around the diner. My eggs were perfectly poached, my companion tried the cherry loaf bread for his toast with his meal, delicious. We didn't have them today, but they offer multiple hot tea flavors and Italian sodas. Food came out so quickly while the restaurant was full we were genuinely surprised. All the staff was friendly and the prices were reasonable. We'll be back! read more

Hubby and I often go out for breakfast. I've seen several friends on FB posting photos of Gina's and although my hair salon is across the street, I never really noticed it. This had to be one of the BEST meals we've ever had. Service was great, too. Greeted warmly immediately upon entry. Refills without asking. It's a super cute little place and it was hopping. Lots of regulars, people the staff knew by name. I had the cannoli stuffed French toast and hubby had a crabby Benny. Both were seriously amazing. My french toast was thick and delish on its own but the cannoli topping and chocolate chips put it over the top. Hubs crab Benedict was cooked perfectly. Great hollandaise sauce and the jalapeño cornbread waffle was outstanding. His hash browns were even cooked perfectly and they are often just a forgotten side dish... Not here. I seriously cannot wait to go back, and we are sad that we recently moved and live a bit farther away now! I wish we had known about this gem when we lived around the corner! read more

Three stars, The food is Awesome but the schedule here is terrible. Im guessing they have a reason for it but your only open 4 days out of the week with only one that most people can make it to so it's no wonder the wait is so long that people actually leave. This small little place is a hidden gem. I had spinach Florentine eggs Benedict. The portion was plentiful and the fresh mushrooms and spinach made the dish taste delicious. And the homemade ranch was splendid on top of the homefries. It's worth the time to check this cafe out. read more

This was a very cute busy little place. The food was awesome and there was plenty of variety. I appreciated their extensive drink selection as well. If I could I would give this place 10 stars! This is a must try, worth the drive kinda place! The service was wonderful, the food outta this world and reasonable prices!... I had a variation of eggs Benedict (by far my favorite breakfast) it was corn meal waffles topped with crab cakes, a poached eggs​ and Jalapeno hollandaise. It was good size portion and delicious! The hubby had an omelette with Hungarian sausage, peppers and cheese! It was huge! He took about a third home and he always finishes his meal. If I had to say one thing less than amazing, it's simply that they are busy busy and a smaller establishment so you may have to wait. I just recently learned about Gina's Cafe through a family member and have been back 2 more times since in the same week. (Totaling 3 times in a period of 4 days) I am honestly hooked now. The food is delicious and unique which is what I most enjoy about this place. I'll definitely be coming back soon. So far I've tried the 'cannoli stuffed french toast' 'chicken and waffles' 'home-fries with onions and green peppers' 'cajun chicken salad add avocado' 'jalapeño pepper jack burger add onions and avocado'. Awesome find! A great diner with tons of specials. You can get a hearty basic breakfast or something unique. I had chicken and waffles which was a cornmeal jalapeño waffle with chicken fingers and sausage gravy on top. It was pretty darn good and super filling. The coffee was alright. The place is small and the service is VERY fast, and the staff is very attentive, almost to a fault. Have you ever have the waiter that would continue to fill your water glass after every sip? The staff seemed to be in constant motion continuously looking for something to do or someone to help.
