Had one of their bowls for our office group lunch the other day. It was delivered to us during the expected time frame. In all honesty, I was a bit underwhelmed on first sight. The portions are on the smaller side and I ordered mine with the "extra steak" ($4, I believe it was). Though I am not a fan of sweet sauces on meat, I must admit that their spicy teriyaki works pretty well in conjunction with their steak (which on its own is sorta dry). I forget what salad dressing I asked for, (it was lemony and sorta sweet) was equally as good as their teriyaki sauce. I wished their portions could bigger and offered more choices for carbs. Additionally, I feel they could give you less teriyaki sauce (I discarded 75%+ of it; didn't need it) and more rice (or salad)... I'd feel this meal was a better value if that were the case. I'd grade this a 3.6 star if it were possible.

Glaze is a sleeper hit! I was surprised at how tasty the bowl was! I got the combo salmon and beef with regular teriyaki sauce and brown rice. It was delicious and felt super healthy. The salad was also very refreshing. The place was clean and there was no line for me to order so the food came out hot and quick. Will definitely come back if I need a quick meal.

The grass fed beef steak with brown rice and salad with spicy teriyaki sauce tasted great but $16 for a bowl is definitely not cheap. This is fast food teriyaki and not an authentic Japanese food experience so minus one star. The self-service kiosk was easy to use for ordering. The food was ready in just a few minutes. Overall, the place is well-lit and looks clean but just a bit of stain on the table. Wiping more frequent would be great.

I have only had take out from here. I have not been to the actual restaurant. The meals I have had delivered have been very tasty. I had the steak and broccoli over whit rice. And I also have had the half chicken breast half steak bowl over white rice with a side salad. Both were pretty tasty and the steak was juicy had alot of flavor. The chicken was ok a little bland tasting. Both dishes I had the teriyaki sauce on it and that has alot of great flavor to it. I also had a side of the cucumbers which was tasty.

This review is for the customer service I experienced at this location - came here for a pickup order and was met with a glare from one of the workers who was scooping rice. Waited for about 5 minutes before anyone helped me, as everyone continued to ignore that I was even in the store, waiting patiently to get my order in. When I said "excuse me?" that same worker came over, no smile, asked "what do you want" and took my order in a monotone voice. I also waited an additional 15/20 minutes for them to put my plate together. I get that if there are other delivery orders, but no delivery guy was in sight and the three people working there continued to finish everything else before getting to my order. The food is decent, but with customer service like that it makes me not want to come here anymore.

Organic Tofu Bowl - tofu is not fried and is flavorless (without the sauce)

One of those quick lunch choices in the area, only that this place isn't quick, so don't come here expecting to be in and out in 10 mins. The teriyaki sauce is just that, nothing special, and the tofu was a letdown because they're not the fried kind and have no flavor whatsoever.

This is one of my favorite places in the city. I randomly came across it one day searching for healthy places to eat after an intense workout. I with get a chicken breast bowl or combo bowl with chicken. Today although I feel my head may be bigger than my stomach, I'm happy I came. The food is always consistent and tasty. Staff is always nice and friendly. This place has waves of traffic. There's people who come and go, delivery pickups and those who dine in. I've been at various times and even if there's a line it goes pretty fast. The ambiance is great. Lots of seating, well lit but you can still sit and be in your own bubble. You can sit and people watch with the large glass windows or get a few emails done. It's really whatever you feel as dar as a dine in experience. It not too nosy and a great balance between the busy hustle and bustle that's the city. Price point and portions are great. I would highly recommend. The carrot ginger dressing . I had to hunt down something similar but it's the extra for a healthy alternative that tastes great and you can feel guilt free. There are gluten and gluten free options on the menu. This is the only location i've been to but there are others in the city.

My coworker recommended this spot to eat for lunch. So, I gave it a shot. There are two locations that were nearby, so I may give the other one a try as well. This place is known for their different teriyaki sauces and spices. I got the two proteins with brown rice and salad. I tried the combo of chicken breast and steak with spicy teriyaki sauce. The spicy didn't have much of a kick. However, I did see it on the spice counter the hottest one, so I got that in its own container. Now that one made me tear and gave me a coughing fit. If anyone wants to try the hottest teriyaki sauce on a bowl this is the place to go.

Branding is on point, food is pretty darn good, and speed of service is efficient. I really wasn't sure what the restaurant was when I saw it since I always think of glazed donuts, but it was so appealing that I decided to search what it was and then order some food. The staff were kind and all of them were hard at work making dishes, cleaning, etc... The menu is pretty straightforward - I got chicken on salad and it comes with multiples types of "glaze" which are the dressings you can pour over. I got the spicy teriyaki and carrot-ginger for the salad. Honestly, it's pretty good, though there were a lot of plastic sauce cups to hold the sauces. One thing to note about the restaurant is that the things that need to be clean are clean like all the flat surfaces from tables to seats. However, things on the walls like the vent above the line in front of the cashier, white doors, and lower walls that get some foot traffic are in dire need of a clean. If the walls weren't painted white, maybe it would be harder to notice. The staff all work hard and do their best, so it's probably just a new thing that has to be done: clean the months of dirt off the restaurant vents and wipe the walls once a month, if even that. Overall, I'd come back - the place has a lot of great things going for it, just a few minor touch ups that would make the space shine as much as it seems to on the outside.

portion looks alright from the outside but its actually quite small. Not much flavour in the bowl and I didn't want to drench it with the included sauce. It was underwhelming and messy in the container. Food was quick for pickup. For around $12, there are better options in the area.

This was my first time trying food here and boy was it tasty! I had the steak plate. Tue steak was soft, flavorful and perfectly cooked. The salad was fresh. I tried the spicy terakyi..it had a nice kick. The rice was too soggy for my liking however i would try it again. Great lunch spot!

Hair that was in my bowl today :/

To start with the good: the arancini were perfectly passable, and the Sicilian pie was enjoyed by all. I would describe it as more of a Detroit style actually, with a super crispy crust and nice textural contrast. On the other hand, we did not enjoy the seasonal vegetable pie or the nepo pie. I generally really like this sort of no-cheese, umami-heavy pizza, but the nepo was so salty! I'm not sure what specific ingredient was missing, but missing it was. My hopes for a recreation of the rossa pie I enjoyed at Farina prior to their closure were dashed. As for the vegetable pie, the vegetables tasted like the frozen veggies one might find in what was once marketed as a "TV dinner". It was a shame, since the sauce of the white pie was otherwise pretty good.
