Regularly have the one phone line busy as they don't hang up calls or check the phone for calls on hold making so other customers cannot call or place orders! When ordering pho regularly add one meat ball or none at all and none of the additional things with pho. And when arriving after the time given food is never ready and asked to give additional 10-20 mins over all service is sup par a shame as food is good. read more

Everything was DELICIOUS here. My boyfriend had beef pho & I had the Pad Woon Sen. both were amazing. The broth for the pho was very authentic. We came on a Saturday night & it wasn't busy at all. I ordered the Drunken Noodle - stir fried flat noodles with chili, garlic, onion, bell pepper, carrot and basil leaves. You get your choice of protein and since I like variety, I opted for the chicken, pork, vegetable and tofu. I supplemented my meal with a Thai Iced Coffee like I always try to do. I always get their panang curry, HIGHLY recommend. I always receive my order in no more than 15 min! Today I tried their pad see ew and Thai tea. Both full of flavor and delicious. Waited over 30 mins there and they updated the wait time while I was sitting in the restaurant. They marked it ready at 1:24pm but I didn't receive my order until after 1:30 as I was just sitting waiting for it to be ready. My new favorite spot to get pho and Thai food!! I ordered the Pad Thai noodles with tofu and it was soo good! An amazing portion and super yummy! They don't add spice to it so if you like spice like me ask for their chili oil and flakes on the side to add! I also ordered their beef pho broth but asked for fried tofu instead of the beef. VEGGIE PHO Very, underscore very, fresh. I paid about $12.95 for a to-go veggie pho. I meant to ask for beef broth, but the veggie broth was clear and well seasoned. Veggies include carrot coins, cabbage slices, broccoli crowns, onion slivers, slices of jalapeños, and a few small whole mushrooms. The noodles and veggies come in a small chinese takeout box and the broth is bundled in a large styrofoam container. The only part of the meal I didn't like was the hoison and siracha in tiny ketchup packets, I prefer the small to-go cups. We just moved here recently and Golden Bowl has become our favourite Thai place. Tonight we ordered on DoorDash and noticed that a dish was missing a side of white rice. I called the restaurant asking if they deliver themselves, and if they'd be able to bring the rice. The lovely lady that answered the phone asked me for my address and said they would bring it to me. I visited this establishment on a whim with multiple family members and friends after a wedding celebration the night before, we were all glad we did. All the Pho soups (beef, chicken, and beef combination) were good and hit the spot. The Pho even paired well with almost all of the appetizers we ordered. At the end of our meal there were no leftovers which hopefully tells you how good everything was. We always order spice level 4 this is the 3rd time that there was no seasoning at all.
