    Tom Hominy Soup

Expensive restaurant, however there are plenty of vegetarian options to choose from that go far beyond the standard eggplant & chili basil tofu dishes. The food itself is decent quantity, quality ingredients but could benefit from more flavor. There was no dish that felt like a standout. The tofu claypot and tom hominy soup were both solid choices. The interior is nice with benches along one wall, perfect for a family outing or casual date night.

Herbal fried rice was so delicious and you can replace the meat with tofu. Very good

Great solid food from 3 regions Burma, Lao's and Thailand. Service is excellent and the potions are very reasonable. Food came out hot and quick. Also BYOB and no corkage fee so take advantage of this perfect location to people watch and eat excellent food. Tip is to come here on Saturday and grab a seat outside and listen to live music next door at rootstock.

Nice location. Not busy at around 6:30pm but later on more people came in. Great for sharing portions. Curry was good, seafood wasn't as great but I'm glad we came here with a group of friends to share. We had a total of 3 dishes an appetizer and a side order of rice. Serving sizes definitely left all of us feeling full. Service was okay, interior had nice decor and was very clean.

I don't find myself in downtown Los Gatos very often, so I was excited by the wide range of dinner options. We ended up choosing Golden Triangle based on a friend's recommendation. We shared the vegetable eggrolls and drunken noodles, and both were flavorful! I also loved the creative presentation of the eggrolls in shot glasses. While the food itself hit the mark, we were a bit let down by the portion sizes. Our friend, who's been a regular here over the past year, mentioned that the portions have noticeably shrunk while the prices have gone up. That said, the staff were warm and welcoming, and the food still tasted great. We just left feeling a little disappointed by the value. Then again, maybe that's just the Bay Area these days.

We were craving Thai food and saw this this spot had pretty good reviews but unfortunately our take on the meal was not the same as the other posts. We ordered Spicy Basil Fried Rice and Khao Soi. Khao Soi (1/5): The dish looked beautiful but did not taste great. There was no flavor and the noodles were pretty soggy. I would not get this dish again. Spicy Basil Fried Rice (3/5): This was flavorful but I would not say it was out of this world. I feel trying the Khao Soi and realizing how bland it was made this dish pop up so much that we not only appreciated it but also finished it before leaving the restaurant. I would not say that there was anything in specific that was a standout for this dish. For the price we paid the eating experience was very lackluster. Staff was friendly and nice. Ambiance was beautiful inside.

Such amazing flavors! The service is also exceptional. We loved the lettuce wraps with crispy rice. 5/5 Stars!

We had to drop off the kids bikes for repairs in the bike store nearby. The repair time was 1 hour so we decided to get lunch at Golden Triangle which was right next door. We were the first customers of the day and had the whole restaurant to ourselves. Ambiance was nice with a lot of gold. Reminded me of the Grand Palace in Bangkok. Since it was meatless Saturday we ordered off their separate menu for vegetarians. We got 3 appetizers and 3 mains. The presentation for the appetizers is gorgeous. They served the appetizers in multiple small individual containers which makes them perfect for sharing among a large group. The portion sizes for the mains is humongous. The flavor profile is solid across all the items. What didn't work: the appetizers came pre dipped in a colorful, sweet and sticky sauce which we normally avoid. Since these were pre dipped we were forced to eat it. The roti was not flaky, it was burnt in places, greasy and drab. We got coconut fried chicken for the kids which they refused to eat after a single bite. Apparently it was too tough to chew. Inspite of the shortcomings, this is decent place. Ambiance is nice, quantities are generous and flavors are good. Presentation for appetizers is great as well, next time around I will ask them to avoid the sweet sauce in the appetizers.

Nice place to eat before Jazz in the Plazz! Friends told us we could bring own wine and no corkage so we brought one of our favorite local wines. We lucked out on being early enough to get a table outside and were given an ice bucket for our wine right away. We ordered the Special w Pork and the Pad Thai w veggies. Food came quickly and large portions. I really liked the gravy and tenderness of the pork dish and the presentation of Pad Thai. Pad Thai could have used some more sauce but overall was fine. We did end up w leftovers so that was nice too!! Price was decent for the 2 of us.

Food we tried: yello curry, spicy basil fried rice, pineapple fried rice, roti pan, fried spring rolls - super delicuous. Byob- no corkage fee.

We've walked by this place many times and have been meaning to try. We ordered: Fruit salad in chili lime dressing -- there was no spice at all. There was fresh apples and d tomatoes but canned pineapple and canned peaches. Who uses canned fruits in California! I would not order again . Lettuce wrap with fried rice and chicken sausage -- fried rice is fried to crispy and provided a nice crunch. Chicken sausage also had a nice crunch on the outside. A nice medley of flavors -- sweet, sour and savory. Pad see ew with shrimp -- great flavor on the rice noodles with good amount of broccoli and prawns. The noodles lack the wok char look but still deliciously flavored. Mango red curry with chicken -- delicious curry sauce , thinly sliced chicken breast, mangos and tomatoes. The portions ate very generous and great value. We have a ton of leftovers! Would definitely come back and try different dishes.

Thai food + other southeast Asian and East Asian fusion dishes. Top tier: The Penang curry is the best I've had so far from a Thai restaurant. Rich, creamy, and filled with a healthy dose of well cooked vegetables. We got the beef cubes for the protein, which are cooked to a perfect medium and remain juicy and delicious. Best served over rice! Really good: Thai-Myanmar spicy pork - Super tender pork in a spicy sauce, also served with perfectly cooked vegetables. Also good with rice! Solid: Spicy Yakisoba with chicken - supposedly medium just like the spicy pork, but it was relatively low in heat in comparison to the pork. Solid noodle stir fry. Coconut chicken appetizer - kind of hard on the fried exterior, but the flavor is good and I liked the cucumber salad each one is served with. Service is good, staff are friendly, prices are fair, and the atmosphere is perfect for a dinner or lunch out.

Originally when they opened, the menu online looked tailored more towards brunch, so I wasn't sure what to expect. Turned out, there were a lot of menu options that fit into HH. Quite a few beverage options, as well, that are lightly discounted 3:30- 5:30pm. We enjoyed the HH menu Sparkling Rose ($12) and the HH ahi tartare served with wonton chips. The Rose was nice, and the ahi was pretty good, but nothing noteworthy. There have been so many restaurants in that location over the last 25 years, starting back at the Chart House, so I suspect a really perfect dining experience might be required to stay around long term. Hopefully, being open all day will help with success, too.

It definitely feels like a place that's designed to be more of an experience spot, especially if you're going for the aesthetic. That said, the food was hit or miss. The menu is big, which normally I like, but it doesn't really work in its favor when not everything is consistently good. Some items were fine, but nothing really stood out enough to make me feel like I'd confidently reorder them. Given the prices and very small tapas-style portion sizes, it just didn't feel worth the gamble overall. Our Lila Latte (ube latte) didn't taste like ube at all. When we arrived and asked about seating, we were told they weren't taking walk-ins. So we went online, made a reservation for 10 minutes later lol. And then got seated right away with that reservation. Their seating system could use a bit of streamlining. Overall, cute setting and decent vibes, but between the price, portion sizes, and inconsistency, I probably wouldn't rush back unless I knew exactly what to order and could guarantee outdoor seating. Chicken dumplings were my favorite dish!

The menu online and what we got slightly differed. At first glance the options feel limited to a typical Thai restaurant, but we loved everything that we ordered! My parents are hard to please, and also loved the food!! -Dragon Balls (5/5): deep friend minced chicken with added flavoring. It was really good! Could have used a side of sauce, but it disappeared quickly :) -spicy eggplant (5/5): I love eggplant dishes and this one did not disappoint. The spice was the right amount and didn't feel over the top. Since it's a side, it's a smaller portion -pad see ew (4/5): they warned us that they ran out of the wide noodles so we got thinner noodles, but the noodles had a toughness to each bite. The sauce and chicken were great -pad grr pow (5/5): I have never tried this before and we asked to make it spicy with tofu. I really loved it! It doesn't come with a side of rice -crab fried rice (4.6/5): I'm not a huge fan of crab but my husband raved about this rice and the butteriness of the crab. It was seasoned pretty mildly, so if that's something you like, it's one of their popular dishes! Overall really loved the food, the outdoor seating! Service is a bit slow on getting us plates before the apps, etc. But I would absolutely come again!

Disappointing Experience - Won't Be Returning…read more We really used to enjoy coming here--in fact, we were here exactly two weeks ago and had excellent service from a different waitress (who we didn't see tonight). Unfortunately, because of how we were treated tonight, we won't be returning. We arrived right when they opened at 4:00 PM today and specifically chose to sit outside at a table for six to stay in the shade. There were three of us--two adults and a child. The restaurant was not busy at all; in fact, it was completely empty except for us and one other person. Shortly after we sat down, a woman who appeared to be the waitress (or possibly the owner) began opening the top shades, exposing the tables to the direct sun--the exact thing we were trying to avoid. She then asked us to move to a smaller table. I asked if she could please pull the shades back over so our family wouldn't be stuck in the sun, but she refused. Her excuse was that she needed the shades open for when they turn on the patio heaters later. It was 81 degrees out, so forcing us to bake in the direct sun for heaters that weren't even needed made absolutely no sense. What made this double standard even worse was that the only other customer there--a woman sitting alone at another 6-seater table just waiting to place a to-go order--was completely left alone. There were plenty of seats outside the actual dining area she could have used, yet she wasn't asked to move or bothered at all. There was a very easy solution for us: the waitress could have just separated the two-seater table from the four-seater, allowing us to stay put out of the sun. Instead, she chose to target our family with a rigid ultimatum to either move to a different table in the direct sun or sit inside. The weather was beautiful, so we wanted to stay outside, just not sweating in the sun. The rigidness of her refusal, her bizarre excuse, and the clear discrimination in how we were treated versus the other customer in an empty restaurant left us feeling incredibly uncomfortable. Ultimately, we opted to just leave. It is incredibly disappointing to go from such a great experience two weeks ago to being made to feel so unwelcome by this individual. Good customer service matters, and we will be taking our business elsewhere.

AMAZING! So fluffy and hot-- everything you'd want in a pancake. I don't like ricotta much, especially on pizza, but they make it so smooth like a liquid icing but creamy yellow with yuzu essence. They're known for these for a reason. Corn ribs were DELICIOUS! Buttery and savory with a creamy aioli dip. I ate three pieces and could've eaten more. *Could've Been Better: Chicken noodle tomyum soup barely had any shredded chicken. Maybe some chopped chicken cubes would've worked out. It had typical noodles for chicken soup. It was also not sour or spicy like typical tomyum. All sweet and tomatoey. Tofu Scramble needed more seasoning? Potatoes were good. I should've tried the house marmalade on the bread. They keep some in the little jar on the table. Darla French Toast was excellently executed. Picturesque. It tasted more like bread pudding, slightly undercooked in the middle and would've been great with a crisp exterior for texture contrast. Service was fine with polite smiles. They leave you alone for the most part. Little vase of flowers is an adorable touch. There is parking in the back but good luck on weekends. Great place to walk around and explore local shops.
