The last call is at 11:30. I placed an order at 11:28 for pickup. Btw, there's a $2.99 charge to pick up your order. The restaurant closes at 12. I sent my boyfriend to go pick up the order shortly after I placed it. When he got there, they kept asking him for the confirmation number. He provided them with the "your order has been placed" screen, and they said that it wasn't sufficient enough and that they needed a confirmation number. On each individual item that I ordered, there was the same 5 digit number reappearing. He provided them with that number, and they said that nothing was coming up with those numbers. He provided them with my name, phone number, and everything you could possibly imagine. Nothing was working. Eventually, they figured out that although my order was placed, the front of the house never relayed it to the kitchen. By the time they figured it out, the kitchen was closed. Lol. We had reservations so we were seated fairly quickly, and the ambiance was very casual. Sports playing, casual attire but still looked very nice! It was a little noisy but where it was located, it seemed appropriate. The food was fantastic. Perfectly seasoned, and full of flavor. My burger was a perfect medium well, the egg on my burger was cooked almost hard, just the way I ordered it, and the tomatoes were so juicy and added the perfect flavor I was looking for. Very disappointing experience: the three of us (one couple and a friend) went to the bar area on Saturday, June 14, 2022, at 4:50pm. We were greeted by the barkeeper and given menus. For the next 20 minutes, however, we were consistently ignored. While serving the other four guests, the barkeeper avoided eye contact and made no attempt to interact with us. The new barkeeper unpacked his cocktail-mixing set right in front of us at around 5:00pm, and he too totally ignored us. At 5:10pm we got up and as we were turning around to leave, the new barkeeper said "apologies but we are doing a shift change." Very unprofessional. The bar was essentially empty and 20 minutes is a long time to sit right across the barkeepers and being ignored. All that was required was to acknowledge us and explain the situation. The minimal decency of human social interaction. Sad that this is too much to ask of a Gordon Ramsey business. read more

I would encourage you to go even if it's 5 minutes before closing because I didn't see a line at 10 p.m. (they close at 11 p.m.). Our servers were all very nice, attentive and fun. One server (handsome bald guy) was just going around asking people if they needed a refill on water and was mumble singing Cher's song Believe under his breath but we all ended up singing the song together, out loud and laughing. Our server Kelsey was super hospitable and checked on us throughout the night even though they sat us in the back corner out of sight of the main floor (I've had experiences were servers would just forget we were seated in the back corner). Everything we ate and drank hit the spot. I ordered the Chamborita cocktail and it was deliciously strong. I was beyond buzzed and hadn't even drank it halfway or had any food. I ordered the 24 Hour Burger which comes with braised short rib on top of the hamburger patty and it was THE BEST burger I've ever had in Vegas. Super juicy, tasty and filling. We also ordered fries and they were perfect and tasty and one order was enough for three of us. For dessert I tried the sticky toffee ice cream sandwich and thought it was ok and couldn't finish it. I learned I'm not a fan of the sticky toffee pudding. Overall great service, excellent food and I would wait an hour in line if I had to just to eat here. Even though there was a long line to get into the establishment, the hostess was very professional when it comes to accommodating the numerous sizes of parties. As an avid watcher of Ramsay's videos online and syndicated television shows that have me quoting some of his trademark lines, there was no way that I was going to miss out on eating at a restaurant that was curated by Ramsay himself. It was finally time to delve deep into the rabbit hole of culinary cuisine of Burgers and fine dining! Location: I'm not picky when it comes to where a restaurant is located, because you should never judge a book by its cover. Although, I was taken by surprise (which I should have guessed), when I had realized upon walking inside the building that it was directly connected to the Casino Floor. The last thing I want to smell is someone's strong cigar wafting around the area when I open my mouth to eat. However, it is Vegas so I should have known the location was not going to be stellar. Inside: Upon arriving, the line to get a table wasn't so bad. It started from the host's station all the way to the end of the glass partition separating the Fire Lit sign that attracted guests like moths to a bright light. My party waited roughly 30-45 mins in a line that was greeted with passerby's who definably showcased the many effects of Vegas. Finally securing a table, we sat near the back directly looking at the casino and the slot machines. The table was clean and well equipped for our meal, with the menus being handed to us by our waiter. The hard part was over and the enjoyment was about to begin! Food: My party and I had all ordered the same burger as it seemed to be the most pleasing of the vast/informative selection. That was the Stout Burger, which did not disappoint. Dare I say that this was probably one, if not the best burger I had ever had in my life. The first bite had me in speechless surprise as the medium-rare patty with the accompanying elements LITERALLY melted in my mouth. The bun was finely toasted and added a nice texture to the burger, the aged cheese had me wanting more and the crunch from the onions made me smile from ear to ear. The truffle fries were delicious, but the sauces that they had provided were the stars in my opinion. The curry ketchup added a nice kick to the fries which was well needed. I held onto the last bite of my burger as I realized that this was the imminent conclusion to my meal. In conclusion, the location was very modern, but the casino attached made me feel less inclined to immediately run back for another burger at Ramsay's restaurant. The food was delicious though and the pricing was very reasonable for Vegas and something with Gordon Ramsay's name attached to it. The service was excellent and ever so professional, but the wait time for our meal was quite lengthy.
