I'd like to first give a shoutout to the server, Super. He was friendly, communicative, and always made sure that we had everything we wanted/needed. He is everything I would describe as a server that goes above and beyond instead of simply just doing his job. I had ordered the house special pho but also added the oxtail and short ribs so I can taste the flavor from the broth and it was delicious. It was a deeply savory broth, the collagen from the bones gave a silky and yummy texture, and a naturally sweet flavor from the hours spent simmering. I added some lime, sriracha, and hoisin sauce to give it a little more flavor boost and it was perfect. Also ordered the shrimp and pork spring rolls and cream cheese wontons as appetizers and they were also delicious. But the main winner here is definitely the pho as expected. It was the perfect light on-the-road lunch. They even have banh mi and various desserts too.
