I TOTALLY agree with James K. I was so frustrated placing my order when I came in on Saturday. I literally had to ask for no beans with extra lettuce on my taco salad THREE times and when I looked at my receipt, the directions weren't stated on there, so I had to go to the counter to remind them. After sitting down, I also noticed that I asked for a Chicken Fried Steak Sandwich "Plain" and on the receipt nothing was notated. I asked for ranch for my salads and the salads came with NO ranch. I'm sorry but most businesses have been raising prices to maintain their portions. This place has doubled their prices and cut their portions in half. Normally I wouldn't resort to online forums but since the manager and staff were extremely unhelpful, I am on Yelp. My family has ordered multiple times from this location. When using the online delivery app there was no section to add special instructions. Since it is the fault of the restaurant, we could usually call and ask for the xtra sauces/adjustments. However today, I called and the server was rude and said she'd ask them to open the section and declined to make the changes. If there's an extra charge for a modification then it is not the customer's fault and to be rudely hung up on is never necessary. She cut me off and hung up on me. The large zucchini fries are huge! If you want a more reasonable amount of fries that you can finish, get regular size. Otherwise, I feel like you should only get large if sharing between at least 2-3 people and you're also eating burgers. Check out my picture. To be honest, I've had better zucchini fries elsewhere but you get a pretty good bang for your buck here, plus it tastes better than as expected as leftovers the next morning.
