We've been coming here pretty regularly for the last few years. Recently customer service and food quality has really taken a dip. The turn around rate on there staff is ridiculous. Always seems to be a new person at the register every time I go there. Recently they also started charging for debit card transactions. Really disappointed in the quality of food being served. I cone here very often and never had issues. Today was not a good experience at all and now I'm not sure if I will be returning for a very long time or at all. I ordered a burger adding bacon. They charged me $2.75 for the bacon and FORGOT the bacon on the burger!! I love their Cobb salads and get it every time . This time I just got yucky lettuce with a few pieces of bacon, a slither of avocado and the most important part of a Cobb salad is the blue cheese crumbles and they FORGOT to add the blue cheese!! I basically got lettuce and dressing. I had to come home and add my own toppings! I hope this is just a bad day and not a recurring thing for them. read more

It sucks because i always come here 3 times a week during my work break to get an asian chicken salad because it's soooo good. But their customer service is not where it's at. Everytime I order through the drive thru, the girls taking the order are always rushing me when I order even though I'm the only car in the drive thru. And at the window they have a bad attitude and kinda just forcefully hand you your food. There's a big selection on the menu, so it took me some time to decide what I wanted. I ended up getting the special for the day, which was the Denver omelette. It was only $5.79 plus tax. The best deal ever. The omelette was huge. I liked the big chunks of ham. It came with potatoes and toast. The only thing I didn't like is that they didn't have cottage cheese to substitute for the potatoes. I gave in and ate the potatoes, which were good. I like how they were thick cut. I haven't been here in a while and we decided to go back because it used to be affordable for our family to eat dinner. We came back and ordered an Asada burrito, and two turkey sandwiches (one with a combo). my daughter ordered her turkey sandwich with avocado and they charge $2.50 for a few slices! I also wanted to try the special- A fish taco for $2.99. I didn't care for the taco because it tasted really fishy. Also, the turkey sandwiches aren't my favorite. The lettuce tastes like sink water. I am also sad because the price of our dinner came out to over $45! It's extremely expensive for a fast food restaurant. Not very affordable for a family that wants a good dinner. read more

We usually Love this place but today at about noon we ordered a veggie burrito and taco burrito and order of onion rings. The veggie burrito and onion rings were delicious, the taco burrito was horrible. First of in a taco burrito I expected meat, lettuce, tomatoes and cheese but my taco burrito had a lot of previously cooked ground beef and a little a cheese on a harden tortilla. I don't usually leave reviews for places but my husband and I were so impressed by the cleanliness of the restaurant that I wanted to leave a post. I know this sounds insane but my husband always looks at vents in a restaurant as a standard of cleanliness and this place was immaculate. the drink area was super tidy and the tables and chairs were not only clean but in really good condition! Everything about this place was awesome including the people working there. Super friendly. But I should also say the food was really really good. Overall though the environment was above par for any local burger establishment and needless to say we will be driving a few extra miles to come here over the place we used to go to! read more

So if you come here for friendly service, you came to the wrong place. You most likely won't be greeted or any but of extra effort However the food is good and have moderate prices. I think some things are unreasonable but I usually stick to the basics. They used to have a burger lunch special that was 5 bucks. It included a burger, fries and drink. When they got rid of that I was quite sad. If you come here for the first time make sure to get a breakfast burrito, with the hashbrowns well done. Nothing better than this. They are pretty consistent and decently large. Ask for the red salsa, not the pic de Gallo. They also have skillets that are $7. It's fries at the bottom, different toppings and eggs cooked however you want. It comes with toast, but unless you want mini toast I'd skip the sourdough. So in short, go for breakfast, you can't really go wrong. But don't come here if you want to have kind people helping you. read more

They have really good specials such as 99 cent fish taco Tuesday and also BOGOF burger Tuesdays. Monday thru Fridays they have burger combos starting at 5 bucks. I ordered four bean and cheese burritos. They were $9 each and tasted like canned refried beans. I had really wanted Pepe's but they were closed so I decided to try this place. The burritos were just awful. I also ordered chili cheese fries and they were good. I ordered additional fries. The portion was small and not even salted. Overall, I paid $56 for four bean and cheese burritos, an order of fries and an order of chili fries. They charged a couple of dollars extra for using a credit card. I'm super disappointed. I even asked the girl if they had good beans and she said yes. I think would have enjoyed Taco Bell more and I hate Taco Bell. Learned my lesson. Never again. When we first walked in we weren't even acknowledged and were standing there for about 5 min before anyone said anything. But eventually we ordered two breakfast burritos. The breakfast burritos are a very good size for the price(at least I think so) and come with a side of salsa(or pico de Gallo) They have an horchata machine too if you're not in the mood for soda(all free refill).
