The nicest staff. I miss the UWS location which closed several years ago so it was nice to visit the Tribeca location. The baked goods are incredible and the coffee drinks are great. They are one of the only cafes/bakeries in NYC that carries Dammann Freres teas.

Hmm (thinking....) which breads should we get to go with the chili we're making for lunch?

Friendly counter staff at neighborhood bakery with coffee. Recommend multi-grain and any sourdough breads, plus cheese-less pizza (think flatbread with various toppings). But all their breads are great--including walnut raisin and olive loaf. Local fire houses (ghost busters and Greenwich Village) stop for their bread (or sandwiches) here.

The dolce pastries are so freaking good The bread pudding literally melts in your mouth didn't have a chance to take a photo I also had the pumpkin pie and the lumaca 10/10 bakery

Food (4/5): Ordered a chai tea latte which was solid. A bit pricey and not too big but still good. Service (5/5): The person taking my order was nice and friendly. The order came out fast and efficiently. Ambiance (3/5): Cozy and cute coffee shop vibe. It's a bit small inside but there is decent outside seating. The chairs are a bit uncomfortable but still ok overall.

WOW! This place is not only super cute but the smell when you walk in is wonderful. Fresh bread smell! We got the regular focaccia bread and another type. Both were out of this world. The staff were very friendly, upbeat and helpful. I recommend this place!

Grandaisy Bakery makes some of the finest Italian bread in the city. Always fresh and tasty. The bakers are highly skilled and the ingredients are quality.

    Chocolate muffin--fabulous

Picked up some breakfast today--super happy experience! - quick service, even when it got busy - very pleasant atmosphere and seating - everything looked super delicious with decent prices for Manhattan I got a breakfast sandwich with egg, onion and asparagus. Delicious, and better yet, on a lovely crunchy roll I got the chocolate muffin, which blew me away. So wonderfully chocolatey; moist; crunchy top; not too big.

Average bakery, decent coffee, go if you have no other option and need a quick carb and coffee fix

Hmm.. I am confused by the reviews. Yes location is great. Love the quiet spot in the hubbub city noise. But there was fruit flies early morning at 7 AM and didn't see fruits inside. Anyways we ordered: Double shot espresso- not too creamy, not good Caramel latte- even with non fat milk too sweet Chocolate croissant- it was so cold, so definitely not fresh. How can it be cold and hard 7AM in the morning. So not worth it. Can't be warmed also!!!! The staff was so rude early morning. He didn't even look at us all through the time, talking with his back at us. Anyways.

Cheese "filled" danish. Was barely a spread in this large poofy Danish.

They won't put jellies or jams on anything, and they won't heat pastries. Nice people but I guess I expect to much.

Best neighborhood bakery. Great bread and baked goods and super nice people working there. An asset having them in the neighborhood.

Generally a rude staff. They can't say thank you and are miserable people (even when you give them a tip). Worthless service.

The Jeju Green Tangerine Matcha honestly just tastes like a tangerine selter drink but in the best way, because I don't typically enjoy seltzer or carbonated beverages. I really enjoy the flavor and the carbonation isn't too strong, probably because I brought it home to drink. I don't really taste the matcha but I would definitely still order this again. 2. Matcha Einspanner. This is my first time having an Einspanner so I have no idea what I was expecting but this is DELICIOUS. It's so silky and smooth and the TASTE is just right up my alley. The matcha is light but you can still taste it. Absolutely, would drink this all the time if I could. 3. Purple Sweet Potato Latte. This. This. Omg, why haven't I tried this sooner?! The first sip and initial taste, I almost tasted nothing, just milk. And then all of a sudden, there's an explosion of flavor in your mouth. As a sweet potato lover, I was in heaven. I have absolutely no words for this drink, just try it. 100/10 recommend. This is probably my favorite one out of the 3 that I bought. I went around ... 2:45PM on a Friday and most of the seats were taken, if I remember correctly. There were a decent amount of seats and the space was decent. I liked the minimal aesthetic they had for the design of the interior. Not to forget, the staff at the register was absolutely wonderful, she answered all my questions, she's so sweet. I think I'm disappointed that I haven't tried this place sooner. Y'all get out of your comfort zone and try the Purple Sweet Potato Latte !! Or if not, just try this place out. I will definitely be recommending the Purple Sweet Potato Latte to all my family and friends.

While it was a fun and unique drink, I probably should have opted for something else. The topping was literally like actual tiramisu rather than just tiramisu flavoring, and it felt like there was more ice and tiramisu than latte. Personally, I would have preferred more of the tiramisu flavor without the full tiramisu texture mixed into the drink. That said, it was an interesting concept and I'm glad I tried it. I'd definitely be open to coming back and trying another latte on a future visit.

It happened to be 787 Coffee which I have visited plenty of times on the island and enjoy. With excitement and in Spanish I tell the cashier that I was happy to come across this place as I have tried them out in PR. How is it that this "jibara" apparently from Maricao, spoke to me in broken English while I am talking to her in our native language, total fail. Anyhow, I ordered the coquito hot latte with an extra shot of rum and oat milk, fine, I paid $11 for a very small coffee. Now what I can't believe is that the quesito pastry was $8. I really wanted it but it was not until I paid that I then noticed the price. I sat to eat it while I waited for my name to be called as mentioned by the cashier. I walked around looking at everything, the music very loud and hard for people sitting to have conversations, the place is very colorful and with many PR sayings, however the place also feels very Americanized with the music and layout. I still awaited my name to be called minutes later, but nothing. I approached the cashier, who was just standing there, to ask about my coffee and she wasn't able to tell me so she asked the barista steps away from her. He pointed to a cofre sitting on their counter, it had my name, and when I pointed out that I was waiting for my name to be called, she shrugged her shoulders and smiled like she didn't care. The coffee by now was not all that hot, I never tasted any rum or coquito flavor and felt I wasted my time at this place. What's more upsetting is that I left a nice tip for a service that was not provided. They couldn't even bring the coffee ti my table once they realized it was sitting there and they forgot to call my name. You can find better service elsewhere.
