These guys are willing to do the real work. Very quick to do whatever it takes. I had a very messy warehouse style office without much organization, some stuff wasn't even fully packed. They did it all thoroughly and professionally. I especially liked that they took care with our expensive film equipment and even offered to arrange the furniture in the new office they moved is into. When they left I had a camera stand with a missing part. I tested one of them and they told me exactly what box it was in. That was crazy. High attention to detail. the worst moving experience i've ever had, and i've moved a LOT 1. requested 4 movers to move a 1600sqft home and they brought a tiny truck and suggested we make two trips. i suspect this was to elongate their work hours, because why bother asking how big the unit is if you're going to bring a truck big enough for a small 2 bed at best? we had to rent our own uhaul truck because we didn't want to pay them for four more hours of moving while they took multiple stog and phone breaks 2. 2 of 4 guys proceeded to spend 2 hrs on their phones while hiding in their trucks after walking over tiny items my dog could've carried over himself. they didn't realize one of us had been sitting in the car monitoring the truck / move and had watched them waste time on their phones - only started working after i called them out 3. they broke multiple plant pots and denied it when i demanded a refund until i said i had pictures for proof 4. they pissed all over our new home toilet seat 5. they threw all our cabinets and belongs into their truck with no care, resulting in damages inside said cabinets from things being thrown around. i NEVER had this issue with prior movers 6. i clearly marked certain items as fragile and they left all those items stacked and sideways on cords, causing cord damage 7. overall they took way longer moving with 4 movers than the last moving service i hired with 3 men, who finished moving AND rebuilt my bed AND left all furniture standing in their proper positions with nothing broken - unlike this group. although i will say the other 2 on this team did everything themselves while the bearded guy and his tall useless friend did nothing / wasted time on their phones really don't understand the 5 star reviews, i should've known better than to trust a seemingly perfect company. avoid read more
