The last 3 visits here have been great for me every time! Both the quality of the food & consistent service. Last visit I had the special of peanut butter and jam cakes. I highly recommend if your a PB&J lover like myself. My good friend Steve was with me & he's been loving the crab Benedict. He got that last week as week. Equally good for him both times. I had the monkey business last time. Peanut butter griddlecakes with pecans, bananas, whip cream & chocolate drizzle. So good! The week before that I brought my friend Sarah. I really hate to leave such a negative review. But in this place earned one. As always with my breakfast order I always ask for toast and for my bacon to be cooked crispy. Well unfortunately on 2 occasions I have tried this establishment. Neither time could they bring my toast and poorly under cooked the potatoes and bacon.. the potatoes were so bad they were cold inside. Customer service really lacks in this establishment. Hopefully they can fix somethings and turn them selves around. Sad because this establishment is next to my house and convenient but sorry I have tried 2 times and failed on both visits. So very disappointed with the lack of service. I was seated up front in plain view and it took 6 minutes to be acknowledged. The young female waitress walked by my table 4 times without saying a word or looking my way. Finally my order was taken by the hostess since apparently the waitress was overwhelmed with whatever earth ending crisis she was dealt with. We ordered a stack of two and threw at least 75% of it away. We gave the funfetti ones a try but it was so plain and boring... nothing special. I was doing Postmates deliveries on a Sunday Morning & noticed this place had multiple orders to be picked up. While I was waiting I noticed the amount of heavy business they were getting for brunch. So I decided to place an order for takeout myself. Their staff is very friendly, very prompt, and the menu looked very appetizing. Especially if you're someone looking for the typical breakfast foods: (pancakes, waffles, omelette, French toast, scrambles , etc.) I was very pleased with my order. My sister and I went for brunch and it was busy! They were short on waitresses/ waiters. We had to wait about 30 minutes to be seated. When we ordered, we waited a good 30-40 minutes. It was hard for us to track down a waiter/waitress because they were no where to be found. We finally got our food and toward the middle of my dish, I found a piece of hair hidden in the inside of my skillet. I was grossed out! Then we needed to pay for our bill, that took a while too. We just had an awesome experience at this Griddlecakes location. It was nearly full when we walked in but we managed to grab the last table. It did take a minute for someone to find us, but after we got drinks and our order in everything went perfectly. The employees were super friendly and attentive throughout. The red velvet pancake was incredible and light with strawberries and drizzle. My wife loved her funfetti with bananas and we both had eggs and a meat which were also excellent. We were in and out pretty quickly and would definitely come back if we found ourselves back out here. I wasn't in a socializing mood this weekend, so I opted for a to-go order. I typically go for pancakes, but I was feeling more savory so I got The Big Nevadan instead. Unfortunately, I was extremely unsatisfied. My first issue was a discrepancy with the menu. It says on the description for skillets that they are served over 'home fries' but once I got home and opened the box, this was certainly not the case. The 3 eggs your way were there, along with the beef, bacon, and toast...but no fries were in sight. I justified the price point of $13.99 because it seemingly came with more than enough food. As far as flavours go, everything was lacking. Eggs can be salted/peppered easily, but beef not so much. It specifically says on their menu that the beef is seasoned however all I tasted was bacon. The toast was satisfactory, but it's toast. That's not hard to mess up. I know that their pancakes are good, so if I'm wanting those I'll come here in a heartbeat. If you're a savory gal/guy, then venture somewhere else. read more

Ya this place is a nope for me. Saw it on tik tok so we decided to come. The "freshly squeezed oj" tasted like tap water and sugar, ordered the grapefruit juice and it also tasted like tap water the gross kind. I ordered the veggie skillet and added sausage. It was ok but some of the sausage tasted funky. My husband ordered El Jefe and also didnt like it. The biscuit and gravy was no bueno. The gravy was watery and flavor was off. And we had hopes that the trip would be worth it for the razzel dazzel but nope! The pancakes were chewy not fluffy and they didnt really taste like they look. However that's where my excitement stopped. Service: We got seated pretty quickly, but then it took them a really long time to take our order. A family of 4 got seated at the same time and had ordered and received their food before we placed our order. Food: I ordered 1 protein oatmeal pancake topped with pecans, 1 French toast, and a side of bacon. My mom ordered 1 blueberry lemon pancake and made it a combo with scrambled eggs and bacon. Unfortunately I had to send my French toast back because there was no flavor to it. The butter had more flavor than the actual French toast. It looked very under done and was very bland. I replaced it for another protein oatmeal pancake. The pancake wasn't bad, very light in flavor though. I was expecting a bigger flavor explosion and was disappointed. I had a bite of my moms blueberry lemon pancake and that one was good! You could really taste the lemon. I wouldn't say coming here is a must when visiting Vegas, but if you do get the blueberry lemon. read more

My daughter always orders the chicken & waffle and I always order the corned beef hash. Asked for extra crispy hash browns and they're perfect. I don't have to order an extra egg (cuz I'm a dipper). Opinion: If you want a good food Instagram picture then this is the place to go. The food looks beautiful but the taste was nothing to write home about. Or maybe if it wasn't like a sauna in there you could enjoy the food a little more. I walked in with high hope, excited and hungry. They are sooo yummy on their own, but even better when prepared as their standard pancakes!! My favorite are the Razzle Dazzle pancakes :D The skillets, burgers and salads are bomb, as well! My husband and oldest son are crazy about their sausage & biscuits breakfast. Did I mention their mimosas?? multiple yummy flavors!!
