He told us what needed to be done to prevent it from happening again -- essentially the crazy winds knocked the cover off a unit off roof loose and water got in. They managed to secure us a part quickly and replaced in before we had friends come over for New Years Eve. So grateful for their help during the holidays. Cannot recommend Reyes enough!

We really wanted to go with a heat pump, but due to some circumstances that are unique to our house, we decided to go with a gas furnace replacement. We didn't make a decision right away, and Richard would check in with us on occasion, but wasn't pushy at all. Then, when our furnace gave out completely (in the middle of a cold snap in December), he was able to revise our quote quickly. We took three other bids; Castle's was the best on price and we liked their maintenance program, which we plan on purchasing. We also appreciated the time taken with us to answer questions and commit to a timely install. Key to decision was their proposal to a required change in furnace configuration and redesign / alteration of the ductwork. Osvin has been here more than 6 times since June 2025, each time telling us it was a different problem, never fixing anything. I have countless text messages to Osvin and his wife Clarisa showing them the thermostat continuing to go up as opposed to cooling the house. This past March we paid for a second and third opinion from 2 different companies. Both told us the same thing; poor installation, faulty AC unit and recommended we get our money back. We paid 16,500 for the AC and heater. Via text conversation last month, Osvin offered us a 9500.00 refund but would take both the new AC and heater. This would have left us without a heater; the one we had previously worked perfectly. This was not acceptable so we will be going to court. On June 18, I received a text message from Red Mountain, Clarisa stating "Ok, do it. Anyways our 1 year labor warranty ends and reviews don't affect us. We have been in Court many times for years." Simply put, you do not want to use this company.
