I'm just fully satisfied right now and that's a rarity for me. To start we ordered the White Cheddar Curds. Perfect breading, light, crispy, and flaky. I had the Portobello mushroom burger with sweet potato fries. The portions were just right. Instead of a pattie formed from mushrooms I was delighted to see an actual large mushroom cap on my bun. It had a very fleshy, tender, and juicy texture. My wife was very satisfied with her Chipotle burger. Nothing was over seasoned. I'm definitely coming back. read more

If I could give 0 Stars I would! I have never been treated so rudely in my entire life. We came in for happy hour and inquired to where exactly we could sit during happy hour. I don't know if it was the manager that came out, but some robust male came out and said that the bar area was for happy hour. I asked if that included nearby high tops as most places do and he yelled as he waved his arms at the bar that the bar means the bar...Not tables. Then he told the bar tender how he had to explain what the bar meant to these ignorant people as we watched horrified. This man should not be in a service position. read more

The worst Turkey dinner I ever had last year it was very good this year it was dry white meat every thick about 2 tablespoons of dressing which was dry the mashed potatoes lumpy and some of the potatoes were uncooked ordered a side of gravy never got that in my order it was not worth $27 the only good thing was the ham and pie I would not spend that money again I could've made stove top dressing and it would've been better than what I got I should've just went to Burger King it would've been better very disappointed this year thank you read more

It took them 20 minutes to take our order. An hour after that, they came out to tell us that they didn't have one of the dishes they ordered. No apologies or attempts to expedite anything- they didn't even stop by again to see if we needed more drinks or water. And the place was practically empty. Worst service ever. read more

Amazing Food and Service - this was our first time and we were greeted with a smile by our waitress Savanna - such a sweetheart. The food - we got Calamari for our appetizer - it was lightly battered and delicious. I ordered the Mediterranean Shrimp - delicious - and my husband got a rueben sandwich with onion rings - he said it was the best he ever had. I've been here twice now, two weeks in a row. They have sweet potato fries as a side, as well as regular french fries, macaroni and cheese (which is very cheesy and a little spicy) and coleslaw. I've ordered the grilled tilapia fish tacos, naturally. :) They give you three, and they are tasty on their own, though not very spicy. They also offer the option of fried fish. My friends have ordered the turkey club sandwich with thumbs up, and the rotisserie chicken with two enthusiastic thumbs up. I've dined in and found the service to be a little slow. I've also come in and ordered and enjoyed a drink at the bar while waiting. Management is very nice and attentive. Servers are a little less than warm. The menu features a lot of comfort food and classic Americana. The best thing about this restaurant is that it is open until 10pm on Sundays! Hard to find good food in Prescott at that hour on a Sunday! Also walking in and ordering to-go was a very short wait. I'll be back. :) read more

Went there on Sunday for lunch since we were in Prescott from Phoenix. We were seated and nobody came over to take our order. About 15 minutes later we were getting up and the manager asked if we needed something? I said lunch would be good but nobody ever came over. She took our order right then and we stayed. Food was okay but what was sad is that a table next to us was seated and they got the royal treatment! They were told of lunch specials and drink offerings. Since the manager took the order she handed it off to someone else. However there never was an apology or any acknowledgement that they failed. Doubt if we will do this again. read more

Checked out this restaurant for a possible banquet but was very disappointed. Waited 30 minutes for our order, no salad or bread, before hand. I had the shrimp pasta, pretty good but lettuce in salad was old. We went to Gurley Street Grill for Thanksgiving(reservations a must). The server was great and very attentive., I enjoyed the fact that a person could order off of the menu or they had the Traditional Thanksgiving dinners. I and one other person chose a menu item and three of the other four in my party ordered the traditional dinners. I loved my Shrimp Salad,very generous servings of Shrimp. My brother in law had soup and a sandwich, The ones that ordered the Ham loved it and the Turkey dinner was just okay. I would go there again,perhaps ordering off the menu as they had a nice selection of entrees and appetizers. Atmosphere was fun. read more

Came by after a round of golf with my dad. We were seated for lunch in a mostly empty restaurant. Waited for ten minutes for a waiter and never got one. We ended up just getting up and leaving without ordering due to the fact that there were no waiters to order from (two were chatting with the bar tender and watched us walk out)...this was a real good place 10 years ago, sad to see it went down hill. My dad lives in Prescott and we have been here several times. The quality Bar has been dropping over the years. We enjoyed a wonderful late lunch in the middle of the work day. Service was outstanding. Food was tasty and piping hot. Wide range of menu items. Plenty of options for most anyone. I would have liked to see some local beers on tap. So many good brews to be found in both Prescott and Flagstaff. But there was a Four Peaks brew available, which is Arizona local. I have only had one thing at this place... the Hot Club sandwich. I think it's one of the best sandwiches I have had. The service is good and the prices are reasonable, and if the rest of the menu is as good the the Hot Club, then its one of the best places in Prescott. read more

This is so not the restaurant it used to be years ago. The last time my friend and I went we sat at the bar. Service was terrible. We ordered appetizers and non-alcoholic drinks. Maybe since our tab wasn't huge, the female bartender decided to ignore us...who knows? I wanted a refill on my iced tea, but couldn't get her attention to save my life, let alone the fact that she didn't ask either of us about refills in the first place. My niece was in town for a weekend visit & we went to Rosa's and it was busy, loud and a 45 min. wait so we went to Gurley St. - so glad we did! Very nice hostess & waitress. I'm a vegetarian & was going to order a wrap item that sounded good- I began to order it & said to the waitress it sounded good & not as boring as many vegetarian dishes can be. She didn't look thrilled & said that to be honest, when people order it they either don't like it or send it back. She suggested the veggie burger and said that it could be prepared blackened and that it was really good. I took her advise & she was oh so right! I've had a lot of veggie burgers - this was so freakin good!! And I had the Mac n cheese for my side --- incredible! I get full quickly so I only had half of both and thoroughly enjoyed them the next day! And the breadsticks were perfection! The best. My niece had the toasted ravioli & enjoyed them very much. If you like waiting for your food for more than 40 minutes, this is the place for you. When asked to speak with the management, they seemed indifferent. They did not even check to see if our food was ready nor did they offer anything for the long wait. There are better and cheaper places in Prescott to visit. This is definately a tourist trap...not busy for their service..that is for sure. read more

Seriously what is wrong with this place? I've been there twice thinking that every place has a right to have an off day. The last time I was there it was with a group of 9, the service was so slow that two tables that came after us, ordered, got their food first and were gone before we even had food ordered. The greens in the salad were old and nasty looking, the burger I had sucked, it was nothing more than a frozen patty from Costco. I tried some of my wife's food, she ordered the Baja wrap, it was dry and bland and in general no one was happy with any of it from our party. It was all over priced, how on earth that crap hole stays open is beyond me. The owners of this place also own two others in town that are equally as bad. I'm so done with all of them. read more

I normally order their burger but was looking for something lighter so opted for the Chicken Lettuce Wraps. They were disgusting both in appearance and taste. They came with what looked like cat food spread on three lettuce cups and were dry and pasty. They really missed the mark on this dish. The plate did have a couple of dollops of wasabi and a decorative squiggle of some Asian sauce which was too little to flavor anything. I sent it back and got a "bowl" of chicken enchilada soup. Woohoo as good as it gets is right! Truth be told, the food was excellent, but Kim, our server was truly the icing on the experience cake! Kim was friendly, knowledgeable, courteous ...all the exceptional qualities you expect from a great server and representative of any establishment. My wife had the chicken salad sandwich with the sweet potato fries (I had a bite and it was great!). I had something I don't ever order - the beef stroganoff. It looked so appetizing on the menu - I asked Kim about it; she said it's reputation preceded itself, so I ordered it. BTW - we had just arrived in Prescott from California (staying at a friend's Victorian Guesthouse - more about that later), and I just really wanted a homecooked-like meal. This did not disappoint! I should have posted a picture post "eat time" ...absolutely nothing left on my plate! To finish the meal, we ordered a slice of their most-delicious carrot cake and would gladly have paid twice the menu price, but to our absolute delight ...Kim in all her wonderfulness, provided the dessert on-the-house, complimentary to us. One of the best carrot cakes we've ever had! Such a great dining experience in downtown Prescott AZ and Kim made it that much better. She's an asset to an already exceptional dining establishment. Not sure how they get anything more than 3 stars. Turkey burger was a patty bought like a pre packaged Boca burger. Very boring and gross. Charged too much for gluten free. $2 for a bun is ridiculous. Wife's salad looked like it came from a package as well. Wouldn't eat here again. read more

I have been coming here with my family every year for my birthday the past 19 years, and a few times in between. The past two years, I really don't know what's happened. Why is it so hard to have a friendly server? It's a college town, do they hire servers that don't need money? Are they somehow paid by their rudeness now and just haven't let the rest of the community know? They have always given out their breadsticks(yummy) as soon as you order, yet the past 4-5 times I've had to remind them. Yesterday, the server actually tossed the basket on the table as she walked by. They always had a great spaghetti that my kids and I love, now they got rid of the sauce, spaghetti noodles, and now have fetticchini noodles and can(tasts like)sauce. The toasted ravioli was out of this world, now it tastes like COSCTO frozen, the corn chowder isn't even close to as good as it was. New owners maybe? I don't know, but yesterday we were saying we need a new family tradition because this place is now horrible. P.S-Maybe turn the air on too, since everyone is sweating, customers and servers alike. read more

Food was good, service was...let's start there. Upon taking our seats I asked our waitress if there was any specials. She paused shortly but then gave a quick no. No big deal so we order two burgers. Shortly after we ordered, a couple ordered at another booth and their waitress told them there was a $8 burger and beer special. So we trying talking to our waitress about it and ended up ordering two beers for the special. When done eating we got our check and instead of two $8 burgers plus the extra toppings we had they were full price and so was the 3 dollar beers. $35.00 for two meals and three beers. We decided to talk to the manager about our check but the only thing he wanted to do was say "I'm really sorry about that" needless to say we won't be back and wouldn't recommend someone who doesn't try for their customer satisfaction. read more

Wife had shrimp Caesar salad said was one of the best ever, shrimp little over cooked but good. I had fish and chips good great fish, not care for coleslaw but think that just personal preference, fries were nothing special but not bad. They brought a garlic bread to table with drinks. Was not and good right amount of garlic and parsley baked on bread. Overall great service and good food will be back. read more

Excellent food and service. We both had the pull pork sandwich with coleslaw. This is by far the best coleslaw I have ever had. The portions are very small. Good place to eat with friends and spend inside on a hot day. read more
