Service and atmosphere were good. The Garbage Can Nachos with pork were great as were the mixed fries. The main meals, however, were not good. I had the Farmland salad with grilled chicken. Located within Foxwood Casino, we made the trip out for lunch and had pre-selected Guy Fieri's. The menu is basic: Apps, salad, sandwiches or burgers, wings and some entrees. Based on his TV show and apparent love for 'big' flavors, we had high hopes of some very tasty treats. The restaurant has one entrance with a hostess stand where you are asked for your phone number and name for contact tracing. The menu is digital only: located at both the hostess stand and the table, scan a QR code with your cell phone camera, to access it. Hand sanitizer is located here and at the exit. Place markers on the floor remind to keep your six feet apart. The hostess, waitstaff, runners and bartender were wearing masks, and customers are required to wear masks when not seated at their table or the bar. The hostess sanitized her hands before taking our information and gathering our flatware, napkins and small plates from the table next to her stand. We were seated in a booth with plexiglass dividers between each booth. The bar also had plexiglass between the bartender and customers. Further back the restaurant is tables. There is no plexiglass in this area and tables are spaced to keep customers more safely separated. Our waitress was polite and seemed a bit frazzled. The restaurant had a constant flow of customers during our visit, but was never 'full'. I ordered a glass of water with lemon, and when refilled, no additional lemon was provided. Heads up, this water really *needs* lemon: it is highly chlorinated. We ordered the Motley Que Pulled Pork (17) and the Hot Pastrami Reuben (19) which the waitress let me know was 'smoked'. Seems this was not a 'happy' surprise for some patrons and she was just checking to be sure that was OK. Sandwiches come with a basket of three types of fried potato: waffle, regular' and the type we often got in Europe that look like little scoops. I am disappointed the fries are frozen, pre-seasoned. versions vs fresh. Maybe it's a pandemic thing? Restaurants are changing up their menus during the downturn in business and I'm not sure if this is a money saving measure or their regular practice. The Pulled Pork sandwich is too large to fit in your mouth and is really a knife and fork kind of sandwich. Partly because the pretzel roll is slathered in some kind of buttery substance and would be a mess to eat with your hands any way. The portion of pork is generous, and most of the bun and fries were not eaten because there was just no 'room' for them. Although filling, this is not an item my dining companion would order again as it did not have enough spice/flavor. The Pastrami was just OK. The meat is mostly lean, but there were a fair number of large pieces of fat. The meat has a mild smokey flavor. The cheese was bold and complimented the sandwich. I had hoped the 'sweet & sour cabbage' would be more sour but alas was really only sweet. A spicy/sour cabbage would have brightened the taste of this sandwich quite a lot. The 'garlic-buttered' bread was extremely greasy and I needed more napkins to wipe my face and hands and made the sandwich sit like a rock in my stomach. I would not get this item again due to both the sweet cabbage and greasy bread weighing down the taste of this sandwich. I honestly do not understand why restaurants make a sandwich bun or bread greasy. The bread/bun is there so you can keep your hands *clean* while eating the meat/cheese/etc. Greasy bread makes it a knife and fork meal which completely misses the point of ordering a sandwich. Seriously, stop doing this restaurants. It's annoying. The restaurant is close to the Great Cedar parking garage. The décor is upscale in a relaxed way, the booth was large enough to fit four adults comfortable or a family of perhaps 6 depending on ages, the staff were polite, the food was not something I would return for and doesn't give me hope that other items on the menu would be better options. I have been looking forward to coming here for a while now. My girlfriend and I recently came here for lunch on a weekday and it was not crowded. We ordered the Prime Time Kobe Beef Burger and the Smokehouse King. I would say the Smokehouse King was one of the best burgers I have had in a long time. It was piled high with pulled pork which was very flavorful. The fries were a nice touch since it was a mix of waffle fries, seasoned fries and regular fries. The only reason this place is getting 4 and not 5 is because our sodas were very flat and not good. The Loaded Nachos were delicious. Although it's an appetizer, it's a big enough portion for a meal and big enough for at least 4 people. I loved watching Guy on "Diners, drive in and dives!" I never ate at his restaurant and was excited to finally give it a go. They gave us a table up on the bar area which was fine, but they didn't ask or offer if we wanted to sit at the table which was available. We had the Prime time American Kobe burger and Cajun chicken Alfredo. We were really impressed with our meals. One of Guy's catch phrases is "Flavortown" Suffice to say they got flavor down here packed! I order the Burger prepared medium rare and I got just that, perfectly cooked . I loved the pickles, cheddar and smoked gouda cheeses, carmelized onions and his famous donkey sauce in the Burger. It was a juicy mess but in a nice way. The waffle cut fries were on point as well. The Cajun chicken Alfredo initially looked like a big bowl of Japanese Ramen, but that's where the similarities stopped. The thigh meat on the chicken was moist and tender. I really enjoyed the sundried tomatoes in the sauce as well. The fettuccine worked beautifully with the Alfredo sauce which was not too overwhelming thick. A very nice balance of the sauce not being too thick/thin, the perfect Ying/yang in Alfredo sauce consistency if there ever was a scalable Ying/Yang meter. We Washed everything down with a cold glass of Stella and I was Golden. The Burger was priced right, but the Cajun chicken Alfredo was a bit on the pricey side. My husband got the Mac + Chs Burger, burger was done well but the Mac + cheese was tasteless and he added the so-called garlic fries for a $4 up charge (not worth it). I ordered the salmon Power Bowl ($24) and was very disappointed, the piece of salmon was tiny (3 oz at best) not a dinner size selection. The lettuce was crisp but the rice and beans was lacking. Trash Can Nacho heaven! We were visiting Wicked Tulip Farms and afterwards stopped by the casino for my first ever Trash Can Nacho! You know I love nachos! Being such a huge cheese fan, I have to start off by saying that the SMC (super melty cheese) was on point. All of the ingredients included: Warm corn tortilla chips, pulled pork, SMC, cheddar, beans, jalapenos, crema, pickled red onion, cilantro and pico de gallo. Wow. Just wow. I was able to do the turn and twist myself and it was just so damn fun when the nachos slide out of the trash can. This was definietly a very fun day and I would 100 percent order these again. We lucked out by finding four open seats at the bar and had no wait at all. The place was packed- so clearly we lucked out. I definietly will recommend a reservation unless you are super lucky timing-wise. Our bartender was great and drink-wise, I tried the Strawberry Mojito and it was great. We've been here multiple times and have always loved it. However, this was the first time we dined here when it wasn't completely dead and that was painfully obvious. All around it was a horrible experience. We were sat and waited about 20-25 minute before we were approached by a very rude waitress who took our drink orders (3 sprites.) We ordered our food at the same time, since we had already been sitting for so long. 30 minutes later, our food came out, still no drinks. We asked the man who delivered our food about the drinks, and he got upset and said he'd find our waitress. We sat for another 10 minutes before we got our drinks. I started eating my burger and my friend pointed out how rare it was (I'm colorblind, I couldn't tell the difference) but once it was pointed out, we took a closer look at the burger and it was absolutely uncooked in the middle. We called the waitress over and showed her. No apology, no sympathy, just said she would take it back. We paid and left, I doubt we'll ever return. What started as a joke lead to me actually eating at Guy Fieri's Foxwoods Kitchen and i honestly don't regret it. While wandering around the massive institution that is Foxwoods Resort and Casino my friend and I stumbled across this place and figured it was time I took a trip to flavourtown. The restaurant itself is massive and honestly is a pretty nice place. I ended up going with the turkey burger on a pretzel bun with French fries and I had very low expectations for this meal, come to find out, this place has some pretty solid food. My turkey burger had plenty of flavour and actually tasted really good. The French fries that were on the side were also pretty good and they were the perfect match for the turkey burger and tatsty pretzel bun. Overall, Guy Fieri did pretty good with this place and for what it is, it's not a bad restaurant. The staff was very friendly, the restaurant was nice, and I enjoyed my food as well. My husband ordered the smokehouse NY strip which was superb. The smoked whipped butter on the steak was heaven, and the broccoli I was perfectly cooked. Don't think that the meat was all that different to regular beef. But the burger was tasty thanks to all of the other ingredients. We shared the trash can nachos which were also quite good, although the delivery could be improved. This basically comes to the table with the nachos stacked in a small "trash can" which the waiter removes. The issue with this is when the waiter removed the trash can, the nachos didn't all fall into the plate.... quite a few fell on the table as well!
