Originally gave a 1 star review but I changed it to 5 stars. Let me tell you why: See first picture (pink): The first time I came in the woman convinced me to get dip nails (I have never done this). I was not happy with the color because it didn't match what I picked out and when I asked if she had any darker colors she said "no." THREE nails broke within 5 days! I was very upset because that had never happened to me with gels or acrylics. This was why I gave them 1 star. Then the owner reached out to me and we set up a time for me to come in and get them fixed. She told me that if nails chip but the others still look good, you can come in no problem and they will fix it for you. I decided that the dip nails don't work for me (maybe I am just too hard on my hands) so she took the dip off, cleaned up my nails, and got me gel in a color I love! (See the second picture). Ha was incredibly kind, professional, and wonderful! She fixed my nails perfectly! I would definitely recommend Harmony because Ha is an amazing small business owner, they treat customers well, and got me beautiful results. read more

After a terrible gel manicure from another salon, I decided to give Harmony a shot. Man, am I glad I did. This place is FANTASTIC. I've been coming here for several months now and even got my wedding nails done here (and brought along my aunt, cousin and mom as well). They have done a fantastic job every single time. My pedicures last 2 weeks easily (I could probably go longer if I wanted to) and my gel manicures have always lasted a full 2 weeks as well (without peeling). What makes this place really special is the employees. They are all so friendly and cheerful and make an effort to remember your name and face and to greet you when you walk in. They give AMAZING massages and they always take their time. I've been coming here for several months now and I've noticed that almost all of their customers are return customers - that tells you a LOT. This place really is wonderful. Came here dec 14 with my sister to pamper my sister since she is visiting for the holidays. Called ahead for appointment and my sis wanted manicure/pedicure and I just wanted a pedicure. We usually go to our usual nail salon, but we decided to try a new one. The vibe was nice for a second until the lady who greeted us was quite rude to my sister by talking over her and not even asking if she wanted to do the pedicure first alongside with me. My sis has done nails before and has finished her schooling with nails and hair... and well... She HATES dipping powder and this place ONLY offers dipping powder. So she doesn't need anyone to school her on what she needs and being told to "well finish your schooling first". 2nd I was NOT informed over the phone that I needed to pay cash only, so there I go with the little flip flops they provide you walking over the dirty a** concrete and going to the bank instead of the gas station to avoid fees. And 3rd, they don't have that cool drying machine for your toe nails. I give 1 start up for the cool ladies doing our pedicure and did a fantastic massage. I myself am not a big fan of getting my nails done regularly, and I mostly enjoy the mask and scrub...but I must point out that the paint on my nails did not cover my entire nails and it is already starting to wear off. It is unfortunate my sister's day was ruined because she wanted her nails done before heading back home to her state, so that won't be happening. We won't be back, and definitely don't recommend coming here. read more

I normally don't write reviews but.... I feel gypped. Although the lady who did my pedicure was friendly, I've never had such a rip off of a service. For $50, she soaked my feet and cut my cuticles and nails all in a matter of 5 mins. My feet didn't even soak long enough to boil water on high. After the 7th minute, she was already bringing out the wax for my feet and was trying to rush my leg massage. $50 for 20 minutes? I understand that my feet aren't really a task to work on (I don't even get color), but for the amount of money that I'm paying to have a full experience that I'm reading on the price sheet, you would think they would make their paying customers feel more satisfied. This will be the first and last time I will be coming here. If it doesn't have a price and a time connected to it, don't do it. I had to ask her how long do the pedicures last and and she said that it depends.... Nope. The price should match the service. read more

Love the way my nails turned out. Tried the matte finish and really like it. Normally their customer service is spot on, but today something was off. After they were done painting my toes, they just left me sitting there. Still had wax on my feet. Waiting for the hot stones, which I paid for, but didn't get. After ten min, the lady came and put clear coat on and told me to stay to let them dry. I did this for 15-20 min. Still had wax on my feet. Then it was time to pay. They used to take venmo, but now it's cash only. No sign, no warning. Thankfully, they allow customers to walk to the gas station or grocery store to get cash. They were nice, but communication could've been better. Now off to wipe the wax off. read more

I absolutely love coming to this nail salon. I am able to get an appointment through Yelp without any hassle. The shop is very responsive and when it advertises that you get a response within 30 minutes, that is no lie. The location is within a small plaza. Parking can be difficult, but I have not had any issues with finding a parking spot. The salon itself is very clean and welcoming. They recently got new massage chairs, which is a great plus. I always get the deluxe pedicure and a manicure. They do offer dipping; but It's not my of tea. They do a great job and the nails last such a long time already, so the one time I did get my nails dipped from this place, it lasted an entire month. It is currently only accepting cash for payment, so make sure you bring cash with you. I always walk out of there feeling refreshed and glamorous. I never have any problems with any of the ladies doing my nails. I highly recommend this spot to anyone. read more

Pro: I really enjoyed the cleanliness of the salon. All the furniture matched and the room was laid out nicely. It was a very calm environment. The pedicurist was nice and did an ok job, not the best (my heels are rougher now than when I got there). The lady who did my nails did a great job and was super friendly. Con: They don't accept cards of any kind. Only Cash or Venmo. First they lied and said the machine was down, and when I stated that I wish they'd told me ahead of time, she said "well actually, we don't accept cards anymore" I was NOT told this until AFTER I had my mani-pedi. There was no signage, no indication anywhere that I could see. They suggested I go get cash across the street (while my nails were wet) I had repeat myself that I had no cash and was expecting to pay with credit. It was embarrassing to lay out my financial situation in front of an entire salon. I was just trying to relax after a rough week and I ended being embarrassed in front of the entire salon. I've been here twice now. Both on whims. With two different nail techs. The first time, the girl was very sweet and attentive. I got a basic mani with gel and basic pedi down and she was fantastic. Her massage was amazing and her detail to my toes was great. My mani was great too. No complaints. I knew I'd come back for sure. The second time I came in was today and I got a different girl. I just wanted a pedi with a buff instead of polish. And my toes needed extra love from the dryness of the winter so I opted for the luxury pedicure. I was really disappointed. The massage was really soft and lackluster, the scrub and the mask was barely placed on before it was taken off The paraffin wax was really nice though. When I reexamined my toes, there was a lot of dead skin left around my toes and some of my nails were shaped unevenly. Not sure if I'll be back because of the inconsistency but it's close enough to work for me to give it another chance. Note: Each time I tried to pay with card, I was told to either pay with cash or Venmo. If you advertise that you accept card and you have a credit card machine, then I don't think it's acceptable to just ask for another form of payment, regardless of the reason. I don't carry cash often but the first time, luckily, I had cash. This last time, I had to pay with Venmo, because, again, they didn't want to take my card. I had a nice time here. It was my first time back since they changed names. I enjoy the fact that it doesn't smell like nail polish inside. I don't get a headache and that's a huge bonus. The lady that did my pedicure didn't do a lot of small talk, which I appreciate!! I hate small talk, so I find it more comfortable when there is silence. I'm weird, I know! The lady did cough all over my feet though. Which was really weird. I mean they were getting washed in the water but it felt pretty weird to have her cough on them... I want to try out some other shops in the area though and see if I like them better. They have a decent amount of colors but not really that many. Luckily I am not very picky and can find something. The prices are in the middle of the road. All in all I enjoyed my time here. They have massaging chairs which is always nice. Like I said, I want to try some other places out. I had high hopes based on the reviews. I just moved from SF to Sac and was looking for a nail place for regular visits. STRIKE ONE. I won't be returning here. While I did appreciate their attentiveness to cleanliness, the atmosphere was middling and the vibe was LOUD. NOT relaxing at all. I've been getting pedicures for almost 4 decades and this was the first time the technician didn't bother even filing my nails -- or buffing them. She said they were too short. I ended up pretty much with the toenails I came in with -- jagged and uneven. It was so odd. The paint job was also lacking -- spotty and not "within the lines" everywhere. Maybe they were having an off day? Could be. But gratefully there are other choices in town. read more

They weren't super busy but steady and only had 3 people working and each person had a client. Small salon but top notch service. Spectacularly clean and very friendly! I always get dip manicures and this is by far the best one I have ever had! It was $40 for the custom ombré design, a first for me! I walked in randomly after I had some time to kill. It was the closest location to where I was at the time and in need of a mani/pedi anyway. I was greeted by the owner, I believe. She was soft spoken and very sweet. I picked my color and was seated right away in the pedi section. The lady who worked on me was quiet, but attentive at the same time to my requests. Once again the owner stopped by me to help take off my previous gel nails and was polite and talkative. Once she left, I was moved to the mani section and worked on by the same quiet young lady. I am so glad I stumbled across this spot! about 15 mins away from my work, and the area where I work there are tons of nail salons, but I rather drive here for quality work. I've visited twice so far, my first time was decent. Services I usually do are Dip powder and a Pedicure - Tracy did my first service of Dip and it lasted forever! she was great about shaving around my cuticles to ensure they don't lift. The second visit, I had an amazing pedicure by Hannah and a great Dip by Lynn. I am all about shaping and making sure around my cuticles are shaved down well so they don't lift a week from now. Lynn did a great job! My pedicure massage was super relaxing! Only concern I have is the lack of parking, but overall will be def back! read more
