We then ordered some Avocado Toast (split between two), a Benedict and Huevos Rancheros - each dish had a definite Hash Kitchen vibe and was very tasty. Presentation was excellent. First of all, Jordan is super sweet! She was a great server and very kind when I made a mistake ordering (she comped it and rushed my next order!!). I ended up getting the Maso Tacos which were delish! My boyfriend and I didn't try the pancakes or waffles, we were more in a savory mood, but they looked really good. Went here after hearing lots of good things and was more than disappointed. To start the service was pretty bad, must have been the servers first day and that's fine but the restaurant should train their employees better, didn't know anything about the menu and we didn't get a single water refill the entire time we were there while all but one glass was empty. Food was less than mediocre. My sister got the biscuits and gravy and they were rock hard with very little gravy. We also got a brunch sandwich and the bun was burnt and made the whole sandwich taste not ideal. This place is overrated tremendously and i would not recommend. read more

Went on the opening day with our baby. Did not know there would be a dj which was unfortunate. The music was so loud it even hurt our ears, not to mention our baby's ears. We asked if there was anywhere else slightly more quiet and the waitress offered to have the music turned down a little. They were very kind to adjust it, but really did not adjust it much. That said, our fault for going when there was a dj. We are more of a fan of quieter restaurants any way. So, I'd recommend this place to those looking to blast music and wanting to party while eating brunch. Not our vibe but good for those who enjoy it. Food was pretty good. A little more on the expensive side but you get big portions. I had a coconut almond French toast. It was quite good. It came with yummy coconut cream on top. If it was a chiller ambiance and slightly cheaper, I would definitely go back. read more

We went to Hash on a whim with our two young sons, Sarah was our server and she was amazing with our kids!! She went well out of her way to make our kids days, my youngest son was on the verge of a meltdown and Sarah was able to distract him and make his day by engaging with him in a way that made him feel special, this kind of service was above and beyond ! Well, I ate and I'm no longer hungry. That's the best thing I can say about this place, and that's not great. I ordered takeout online, arrived exactly at my scheduled time 30 minutes later, and had to wait 11 minutes for them to bring my food. The hostess told me she'd check on it and then never returned, but I saw her doing other things throughout the restaurant. Finally, a server pointed to me and asked the hostess if "that lady" had been helped. The server then went into the kitchen and came back out with my food, but no cutlery. She did go back and get some for me, but that must have been quite a distance, because she took forever! She insisted on giving me ketchup for my potatoes even though I told her I didn't want any, but once I opened my meal, I understood why. Some of the potatoes were so saturated with oil that they were disintegrating, while others were burned beyond all recognition. The bacon in the omelette was similarly destroyed, with half burned and half barely warmed. The eggs were overcooked and dry, the cheese tasted like it was past its sell-by date, and the whole thing was swimming in a pool of oil. No surprise that it lacked salt, too. Overall, I think next time I'll go hungry rather than waste $16.42 on a terrible omelette. read more

Way way too loud. The vibe is fun, but the decibel level makes the meal unpleasant and you can't have a conversation. Even my 26 year old daughter was overwhelmed. If I could give this place a zero, I would because it is a joke. As someone who is a hostess, they are untrained, unprofessional, overall so disrespectful on Mother's day of all days and need to sort their kinks out yesterday. I've been to other Hash Kitchens but this is the least impressive one by far in terms of staffing and service. If you want to go to this place, just go to the Sandy location. The lighting was very intense, same with the decor, but the worst part for us was the music. The music was BLASTING and was not enjoyable. One of the worst dining experiences. It was incredibly loud and chaotic inside between loud patrons and the music playing, and it took forever for our food to arrive. One of our party's food was out of stock, but we weren't informed of this until about 15 minutes after we ordered. As a result, everyone else received their food within a few minutes, and we had to wait another 10 minutes for the replacement meal to arrive. Why not inform us right away that something was out so that all food could arrive at the same time? The food itself was just awful: either bland and flavorless or over-saturated, with way too much cheese in the chili relleno and the tomatoes on toast SATURATED with lemon zest. It tasted like Lysol. Our server was the one bright spot and a total sweetheart, but they were so understaffed that we hardly got any refills or service. Not worth it for the price we paid. Will not be returning. read more
