So glad we tried this place. So my only complaint was it was a bit loud (music) and cold. But that aside the staff was great and our waiter was awesome. The wife was super happy with his suggestion and the seabass and the ribeye wasn't too shabby. I feel the sprouts were the better side but everything here was great. Hoping we can come back again soon!

Speakeasy vibe. Definitely wouldn't of found this place if I wasn't specifically looking for it. You take stairs down to a basement. Loved the atmosphere of the chandeliers and the antique glassware on the shelves. Our waitress Naomi was amazing. She was so friendly and personable. The food was delicious. Definitely recommend the beef tartar, and key lime.

If you're looking for an incredible dining experience in Tulsa, go to Hemingway. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with smiles and genuine warmth. After being seated, our incredible waitress, Angel -- and boy was she an angel -- told us the table was ours for the evening. They truly wanted us to relax, enjoy the food, the company, and the entire experience. The atmosphere transports you into a sophisticated speakeasy with its dark wood furniture, stunning chandeliers, and intimate ambiance. Every detail felt intentional and inviting. Jessica, the manager, even came to sit with us to make sure our evening was everything we hoped for, which speaks volumes about the level of hospitality at Hemingway. The service was exceptional, the atmosphere unforgettable, the food amazing, and the employees made us feel genuinely cared for. If you're looking for one of the best steakhouse experiences with the most incredible staff, go to Hemingway. You will not be disappointed.

Had my dinner here for my birthday the other night. Parking can be validated with the hostess/host (remember your license plate!). My first reaction after stepping into Hemingway was, wow, I love this speakeasy vibe. The main door is not obvious in an alley way, which led to a basement filled with beautiful wood and dark sexy vibes. 5/5 Wife had a cocktail that was strange, but pretty good! You could tell the bartender was talented. They started us off with bread and butter. My god, the butter was unexpectedly amazing. They mixed garlic and Parmigiano Reggiano into the butter and it was perfect with the bread! Note that if you are a ribeye kind of person like me, your only option is the tomahawk, which wasn't what I wanted so I ordered the dry-aged bone-in strip and shared a few different sides with the wife. The strip was on the smaller side but cooked perfectly. The seasoning was decent and overall a delicious piece of steak. The sides were served family-style and we ordered the corn, creamed spinach, and potatoes. The corn was a smash - fresh off the cobbs, the jalapenos offered a nice kick and the tangy tajin was the cherry on top. So good. The creamed spinach was good. Often times, restaurants can be heavy on the cheese, but not this one. Hemingway's tasted lighter and very nutmeg-forward so if you don't like nutmeg, I wouldn't order this dish. The potatoes were good. I don't have much to comment on it other than it goes well with steaks. Food 4.5/5 We had terrific service (thank you, Emily)! Our waters were always filled, and napkins were folded when we stepped away from the table. For a high-end steakhouse like this, I expected no less. Overall, we had a great time at Hemingway and would certainly dine here again.

Very small venue in a basement. Beautiful setting and restaurant. The entrance is hard to find, and it is on the side of the building. The address is a suggestion. Parking is validated. The service was outstanding! We had a party of 7. They don't have many tables therefore you really need to make a reservation. They can only handle a maximum party of 12, and there are only a limited number of tables and booths. You also need to make a reservation early because they fill up quick. We had the seafood tower (outstanding) and a variety of fish and steak. Limited menu options on choices but everything was phenomenal. We had a bunch of sides which are shared with the table. Carrots, corn, potatoes, Mac & cheese. Drinks were good, nothing top shelf or special. Absolutely a must visit for any special occasion. Realizing that they are $$$$ pricy. It will be $200+ per person easy.

Wonderful dining experience for my husbands birthday! Felt like a speakeasy upon entering with the entry being on the side of the building; dim lighting with elegant decor inside. The steak was cooked perfectly. All the sides were delicious. The staff was attentive and friendly. No special item (like dessert) for a birthday celebration here though.

For my birthday dinner, my husband took me to Hemingway. We had reservations and were greeted by the host upon entering. We gave him our license plate number for parking and were walked to our table. A waiter came by with water, then our waitress arrived with fresh baked bread and butter. She gave us a minute to look over the drink menu. My husband had one of their bourbon cocktails and I had a glass of Merlot. We ordered crab cakes for an appetizer and asked about specials. Shortly after finishing our appetizer, we ordered our entrees. I had the New York strip and my husband had the filet. Both were cooked perfectly! We shared the creamed spinach and the potatoes au gratin for sides. Very good! We couldn't finish it all so the waitress boxed it up for us. I will say that we had previously been to this establishment about a year and a half ago and had a different server (which really made a difference). Our waitress this time was good, but not outstanding like the previous one. It really makes a difference when you are in an upscale environment as this. (For example, this time we inquired about specials and the last time we were told the specials.) And even though on this visit the waitress asked if we were celebrating an occasion, in which I told her it was a birthday dinner. I think she forgot because she never mentioned "happy birthday" or made an acknowledgment before we paid the bill & left. We will still return because we love the food and atmosphere.

For starters, I have been trying to make reservations here on and off for two years. Every time I call, I am always told that it is a 3 week waitlist. I don't know what I'm doing an hour from now so that always made it difficult. The other night I decided that I was going to go in and try and get a seat at the bar. Lo and behold, they had an open spot for me at a later time at 8:30 which I was cool with...and this happened on Mother's Day weekend, so I was shocked. I can't say enough how cool this place is. It has an awesome atmosphere; dimly lit tables surrounded by a wall of wines... it was really cool, not to mention it is downstairs in a speak easy style setting. For the atmosphere I would give 5 stars. The service was great and had no complaints there whatsoever. We were greeted in a timely manner et and started out with drinks and an appetizer. The service would be given 5 stars. Moving on to the food. As stated before, we started off with the Arancini. I knew that I was at a really nice restaurant and was expecting to drop some money, so that is what I did. The Arancini was $16!!! Now I will say this... it honestly was the best that I ever had. I couldn't ask for anything better, but the down side was that it only came with 3. In my opinion, 3 is an odd number to share, but regardless these were amazing! I ordered my self a dry aged 16oz ribeye while the wife ordered the 4 oz filet. With shared sides, we ordered the charred Brussels sprouts and the Mac and cheese. Breakdown of each item below. Bread and butter- you will receive bread and butter upon arrival...the butter is Awesome!!!!!! I even took some home with me. Charred Brussel Sprouts- probably my favorite part of the main course. They were extremely charred, buttered down, and seasoned nicely. Definitely a must if you go. Mac and cheese- it was good, but not my favorite. The Mac and cheese is done with a roux which was pretty good, but I was hoping for something a little better, this is just personal preference here. 4 oz filet- ordered and presented at the requested cooked level. Nice char on the outside, nice flavor, but not overly impressive. 16 oz dry aged ribeye- I was really hoping for this thing to blow me away, however it fell very short of my expectations. It had a nice outer char. It was ordered and presented at the same cook level, decently seasoned, but it was not a tender piece of meat that I was hoping for. I am a person that generally eats the entire steak fat and all, but I was unable to do so with this piece. Beer- I love beer and love almost all kinds. I ordered a special made beer from cabin boys that is exclusive to Hemingway. This beer was strong, but I wasn't crazy about the profile. If you're looking to spend a cool $25 on this large bottle of beer and get a nice buzz, this is it. Overall, I had a great experience, but I did not believe it was worth the hype that I was hoping. I may go back in the future, but this is not a place that I will be frequently attending. Enjoy the pics below.

I heard about this place and had the bf make reservations in advance, as you need to. Parking and entry was simple. The entry is stairs so not mobility friendly (is an elevator but broke). The stairs are decorated beautifully though. At the end is the host and no seating while you wait. We were sat immediately and provided water and sourdough bread. We had a server in training who was the bartender. He was knowledgeable and provided excellent service. We ordered the devils on horseback appetizer. Think bacon wrapped dates but elevated. Highly recommend. My boyfriend got the filet mignon and really liked it. I took a bite and was a bit jealous. It came with an entire garlic in which we devoured. I ordered the braised beef. Think "not your mommas pot roast". Meat was incredibly flavorful and fell apart touching it with fork; no knife needed. The potato were yummy but favorite part was crunchy peas and broccolini. We opted for no dessert and no potatoes since we had a late lunch. *Friend raved about potatoes. We'll just have to come back for those items. Highly recommend for a date night. Oh! The drinks were on point!

10/10! My sorority sisters and I had dinner here while we were in town for a conference. They accommodated less than 24hr reservation easily and used a system I was already familiar with. We were greeted promptly and sat. Our server was Arthur and he was everything. Personable, knowledgeable about the menu and attentive. We had the shrimp cocktail appetizer and then I ordered the filet and spilt mac and cheese and Brussel sprouts with LS. I asked for a French 95 and Arthur hooked it up. It was so freaking good. My steak was cooked perfectly and the sides were amazing as well. We took pictures afterwards and the staff actually recommended areas that would be best to take them in. If you have a chance, go!

The chicken was excellently cooked and was tender and moist with ever-so-slightly crisped edges. The sauce was tangy and the capers added a bite that worked perfectly with it on a way that really made the chicken piccata shine as a dish. The whipped potatoes did not have a lot of flavor on their own, but meshed well with the pan sauce. At the conclusion of the meal, the check came with an Andes mint. Located downtown, parking appears to be mostly street parking--I didn't notice a dedicated lot nearby. Inside, the restaurant is long and narrow with bar seating, hanging plants, and an open wood-fire grill that immediately sets the vibe. We sat in the back room, which is darker and not quite as charming as the main dining area. It was also verrrry warm. When we mentioned it, our waiter's sarcastic comment about it being hot outside caught us a little off guard, but thankfully it did seem to cool down afterward. Now THE FOOD. The fire-roasted carrots with whipped tahini were unreal. Tender without being mushy, smoky, and absolutely packed with flavor. I ate most of the plate and regret nothing. The empanadas were buttery, soft and flaky with a chimichurri sauce I would've happily put on everything. My Campfire Atlantic Salmon was the star--perfectly cooked with this incredible smoky, citrusy flavor that carried through the whole plate. Even the kale had me excited, which feels like an accomplishment. The artichoke au gratin was creamy, loaded with artichokes, and had a great crunchy texture on top. Portions are generous enough that my dinner became lunch the next day. Our table also tried the filet, pasta, and another salmon. Everyone was happy. I sampled the crab-and-corn pasta--it was good, just not personally my thing. The filet was tender with a glaze my friend loved, although I'd probably order mine without it. We finished with the strawberry rhubarb cobbler + vanilla ice cream--tangy, sweet, warm, cold, crunchy, creamy...basically I didn't want to share. Service overall was attentive without hovering, plates disappeared quickly, and everyone's drinks were beautiful and well received. Bathrooms were clean and well-kept, too. Six years of walking past this place was enough. Those carrots and that salmon have officially brought me to my senses. I'll be back.

Also, their steaks here are really good. The service is great too. Our waiter was very nice and helpful. This Redrock is clean and has a good ambiance to it. Overall, great restaurant and I highly recommend it.

For my starter I ordered "Our Nice Little Salad" this beauty was crisp, fresh, and had tomatoes that popped in your mouth and bursted with flavor. The in-house croutons had that perfect buttery crunch, spiced pecans added a unique boldness and the homemade ranch was thick and creamy. I will say I had to ask three times for ranch. I just kept waiting. For our main courses we had the bone-in pork chop. Thick, juicy, and properly rested paired with red mashed potatoes.... Which were very good. The seasonal corn - was gone so quick! It was just so delicious. Ate that right up!! The shrimp scampi leaned heavily into garlic and butter in the best possible way. Shrimp were big, tender and juicy. Unfortunately my rotisserie chicken.... was very dry. I kept choking because of that. I was unable to eat it, that was disappointing. As far as atmosphere... very warm lighting, intimate feels, candle lit, steady energy, attentive staff. The dining room hums with laughter and happy customers... but without overtaking the conversation at our table. The volume was comfortable considering it was a full house.

They definitely have their own twist on things. The sweet potatoes were good but a little heavy on the nutmeg. They tasted like a mix of apple and pumpkin pie. The mac and cheese was really creamy. I really liked the horseradish coleslaw. I'm not a big fan of collard greens but I still tried them and actually thought they were pretty good. For our mains, two of us had the brisket and one had ribs. Both were super good. There were 4 different sauces. I recommend trying them all. I wanted to try the sausage but they were sold out. I guess you need to get there earlier than an hour before they closed. We finished with a couple desserts. The banana pudding was probably the best I've had. Their seasonal cobbler was blueberry and very tasty! I was hoping for peach. Maybe next time. Yes there will definitely be a next time. It was a lot of food so we had plenty left over that ate for lunch the next day. The atmosphere is super friendly and really clean. Like most barbecue places I've been to there is no table service. You order and pay at the counter. Then depending on how busy they are they will bring your food to your table or have you pick up at the counter. For me the cherry on top is their pay it forward meal. For $15 you can buy a meal for someone in need. They hand you a receipt that you pin to a board. Then when someone needs a meal they can go in and grab one off the board. They offer them their lunch special. While I was there I saw a very grateful individual come in and get a meal. The staff were super nice and treated them just like any other customer. Great food! Great service! Great value! Do yourself a favor and try this place!

We got sat in a booth immediately. The ambience is nice. It's a dimly lit elevated but casual place. You could go dressed up or you could go in jeans. The menus is smaller but offers steaks, chicken, fish and lamb. We got two appetizers, one entrée, one dessert, and four drinks. Let's talk about it. Cocktails- 10/10 I had the Velvet Veil & my husband had the Peach Blush. They were so good that we had a second round. They have few other unique cocktails and a large beer and alcohol list. Tuna tartare- 10/10. It comes with wonton chips and honestly, you don't even need them. The tartare by itself is so delicious. We will go back just for this and a cocktail. Lobster bisque- 8/10 a bit spicy which seemed odd but good lobster flavor For our main, we split the lamb chops with a side of fried Brussels and also mashed potatoes. Lamb chops- 10/10 there were 6 chops so we each got 3. They were drizzled with a beautiful mint sauce and a sweet demi glaze, not too sweet. Garlic whipped potatoes- 10/10 you gotta like garlic and chives. But it isn't overwhelming. Brussels-10/10. They were on the sweeter side too and some of the best I have ever had. Bread pudding- 10/10. We have a hard time fining a bread pudding without bananas or raisins, as we don't like them, and this one does not have them. Simple and delicious! Overall we really enjoyed it. We felt like we got an elevated steakhouse experience without spending a ton of money. The prices are fair, the wait staff is wonderful, the ambience is perfect. We will definitely be going back.

You must try the 'Big Ang', it's finished with Oak smoke that really adds to the flavor and offsets the sweetness of the plum gin. We had a ribeye, a filet, the garlic potatoes, and the Brussels sprouts. Everything was fantastic.
