Came here for my birthday (mainly for the karaoke) and I was not disappointed! Drinks are super cheap and everyone was really nice. They only have bottle beers. The place is small but it's not bad at all for being a hole in the wall. I will definitely come again, even tho they proably hate me for singing so much . read more

Its a great little dive bar. The drinks are stronger then most places around and not to mention the price is very good. On Friday and Sat Nights they have Karaoke, which get to be fun. the Bartenders and Employees are very nice. This place is laid back not some where , where you would dress up but very casual. The bar has a smoke patio which closes at 10pm. This bar is unique because it has keno. Its has a pool table and place to play darts. If your looking for a cool spot to kick it have a few drinks and hang with friends this is def. the spot. read more

I fully admit that although I use Yelp on an almost daily basis, I rarely if ever write reviews.. but after my truly horrific experience at this bar I felt compelled to confirm that yes, this might be the worst dive bar ever. I came in here with a group of friends to watch some football, there were maybe 4 regulars sitting morosely at the bar and one surly, female bar tender who immediately hated us the second we walked in. We all wanted some drinks, but only I manged to get a beer dropped in front of me as she scurried back to her friends to glare at us from the other side of the room. Every one of us looked at each other incredulously. There was no way in the 10 minutes we'd been in the bar we could have done anything to piss her off that bad. I've actually never seen anything like it. Now, let me tell you - we are fun but we are not bad people. That bar tab would have been several hundred dollars and her tip would have been hefty. It's the owners and HER loss to be honest. Just to screw with her when I paid for my beer I tipped her double the tab. (To give her an idea of what she would have gotten had she not had such a gigantic stick up her ass.) We took our business elsewhere and had a very pleasurable day. Place is a very unattractive local losers paradise. I love me a dive bar but this place made it know to me I wasn't invited. Only about 10 people there and the rude bartender just about rolled her eyes when I asked for a beer. After actually tipping I gave one last chance. Same deal. Stopped in a while back. Funny how one reviewer's signature is, " Don't make time for people who don't make time for you." Well, that certainly applies to this place. If you aren't over 60 or one of the cool kids who live there, don't expect to get good service. The bartender, skinny redhead (obvi fake) spent her night at one end of the bar gabbing away. Cool, cool, cool, fun, fun, fun! Laid back, close by, very friendly crowd of all colors collaborating, singing and drinking together. Wow haven't had this much fun in a long time. They play everything and I mean everything, (free style, oldies, hip hop, 80's, rock and country). Its not glamorous, no dance floor its just simply good ole fashion bar fun, karaoke (the crowd cheers you on) and dancing in place at the bar or go ahead and do line dancing around the bar like me if you have enough drinks. I had a mini hangover the next day to the point where I was nauseas at IHOP in the morning so it had to be good lol will def be back! read more

I have been a patron of this establishment for about 11 years. I rarely drink but when I do I like to socialize and sing so I utilize the friendly atmosphere and karaoke on Friday and Saturday nights. The drinks are always inexpensive, the bartenders are always personable and heavy handed with the bottle. There are no umbrella drinks or taps but the bottles stay cold and rotated, the games are cheap to play, and the people are as down to earth as they come. There are the rare few newbies that come in and try to start drama but they never last long as it is kind of like a protective family. This by no means states that we don't like new people, just no drama. I always recomend this establishment and hope to see you there this weekend. read more

I have been out of state for awhile, and just like I couldn't wait to get a double double, I couldn't wait to go 2 the Hide! All I can say is the double double was exactly the way I remembered it, but sadly to say, the hide-a-while was not! I didn't know the bartender, Holly, but she was really funny and pretty! I also learned that my all time favorite bartender Malyssa, was still there and as beautiful as ever! It was also nice to hear Shawn was still there & Kelly was back, which was a big mistake they ever let her go in the first place! With that said, that is the only thing I have good to say about the place I used to love and keep the lights on at! First off, the bartenders cant have a drink with me anymore! Really??? I have never been to a bar, and I've been all over the world, where the bartender cant have a drink with you! Next, the drinks suck now, and I know that's not the bartenders fault! After talking to a few people and seeing the many new cameras, I learned the new management, or should I say "micro management" is to blame! I loved this place and have told people from here 2 China about my "Cheers" bar! I used to help the bartenders & bring them beer or get them ice, apparently that is not allowed anymore either! I could keep goin about how much has changed for the worse but it upsets me! If this "new management" happens to ever see this, which I hope they do, I would love to buy your pathetic new bar and turn it back into the Hide we all used to know and loved!
