I want to say that I've been here solo at least two nights and still recommend highly. Friday night, I came around 8 PM and had attentive servers. I was able to enjoy a drink and I was able to sit down and enjoy a book in the meantime. It was nice to see a rooftop bar not in DTLA closer to me. It was pretty hip, and would definitely invite friends for a nice cocktail. They have a decent drink menu and food menu and I was able to try a few different things. They also have heaters and lights for the evening time. Parking is limited if you're not at the hotel, but there is neighborhood parking which isn't too far. Unfortunately, I am removing one star for my Saturday evening. I went on Saturday night for a sunset and dj session since I enjoyed the Friday evening. However, Saturday night, I unfortunately didn't get the same service. I waited about 30 minutes for a server and had to flag down multiple times to get a drink and my water. I never got my servers name and I was going to order another drink, but it took about another 20 mins to flag down a server. The food and drink were still great, but it was disappointing since the servers were busy and rarely checked on me. I still will return, however, larger groups closer to the bar will likely receive better service.

What an awesome place to hangout and in SGV right next to Santa Anita Race Track and the Santa Anita Mall.... Great food, the potato tacos were awesome!!!! Great drinks and a great crowd for a Saturday Night Staff is very attentive and great music from a local DJ. What more can you ask for??? The place got packed as the night went on as well. I plan on coming back again soon!

Came here with my besties for a quiet evening chat and catch-up, and it was the perfect spot. Hipico is located on the rooftop of the new Hilton in Arcadia, overlooking the Santa Anita racetrack with the San Gabriel Mountains in the background. Golden hour here is beautiful -- the sunset alone is worth coming for. Everything was very pleasant, but the highlight was definitely the service. Our waitress was so welcoming and had the warmest smile, which made the whole evening feel even better. For a rooftop bar, the food was surprisingly delicious. We ordered a lot: Caesar salad, grilled octopus, flatbread, chicken wings, tortilla chips, and cocktails. The Caesar salad was so good, the octopus was beautifully plated and tender, the flatbread was crispy, the wings were crispy and tangy, and even the tortilla chips were great. The cocktails were also very tasty, especially their espresso martini drink. Arcadia and the San Gabriel Valley really needed a modern, trendy rooftop spot like this. It gives a little West Hollywood energy, but with SGV warmth and humble, friendly service. I'll definitely be coming back more often.

It was pretty busy when we visited but glad we made a reservation and had a great booth right by the heat lamps. Both the drinks and food were really enjoyable. We ordered the shrimp ceviche, queso fundido flatbread, chicken wings, and fries, and everything turned out great. You can tell there's effort put into making each dish and drink. Love checking out rooftop bars and would love to come back to enjoy the view during the daytime for some sun/sunset!

Came here for a yelp elite event! got to try some amazing food with my friend and take cute sunset rooftop pictures. The manager David was super nice and made sure we had a great time! We tried the Chips and Guac, Octopus, Ceviche, and ended the night with some champagne and cheesecake! Would recommend visiting and vibing here!

I found this place by accident while attending a card show at the hotel. I stopped by the lobby bar for a drink and noticed there was mention of another bar, so I asked the bartender about it. He told me there was a rooftop bar upstairs and suggested I check it out. While heading up, I also noticed someone setting up for live music in the lobby bar, which already gave the hotel a really fun atmosphere. The rooftop itself was beautiful, with amazing views overlooking the Santa Anita Racetrack. It was right around sunset, and the scenery was starting to turn gorgeous. Unfortunately, I couldn't stay long enough to fully enjoy the sunset because we had to leave, but even the short time I spent there was worth it. What really stood out to me was the service. Everyone was incredibly welcoming and attentive. I was there by myself, and the staff kept checking in to make sure I was having a good time, which made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. The Dodger game was playing on the TVs at the bar too, which made the vibe even better. I definitely recommend checking this place out. It still feels like a hidden gem, but I have a feeling people are starting to discover it and it's only a matter of time before this place is packed.

Attended a private event. Beautiful view.

Attended a private brunch event. Beautiful modern venue with views of the mountains. There are bar seating, loungers, high top, and normal table seatings. There's a covered area and open air space with umbrellas. Perfect spot for brunch and lounging. Just opened in January 2026! Awesome addition to the SGV rooftop dining scene. Free parking in the lot.

Absolutely beautiful and such a lovely view!!! Beautiful cocktails, and the food was really delicious and came out quickly. A little bummed the shishito peppers weren't available but the great service made up for it. Would love to see some DJs up on the rooftop with some sexy vibes some day. Will definitely come back for the food!! Especially for summer!

Went on a Saturday night as a walk-in and had a great experience from start to finish. The vibe was already solid when we arrived, and things only got better once we were seated. Our server, Ariana, was super helpful with recommendations and clearly knew the menu well, which made ordering easy. They checked in at the right times and made sure we had everything we needed without being overbearing. At one point they even turned on the heaters when it got a bit chilly outside. Also had a great DJ playing music !

A friend and I were just looking to grab a quick drink and somehow stumbled upon this hidden gem and wow, what a find! From the moment we got there, everything exceeded our expectations. The drinks and appetizers were absolutely phenomenal, so flavorful and beautifully presented. They had a DJ playing, which really kept the vibe fun and lively without being overwhelming. It felt like the perfect balance of chill and upbeat. Taylor was our server and truly made the experience even better super attentive, friendly, and really knowledgeable about the menu. We also had the pleasure of meeting the manager, David, who came by to introduce himself. He was so kind and personable, and we really appreciated that extra touch. And I can't forget the views absolutely spectacular. If you're thinking about going, definitely time it for sunset and grab a drink. You won't regret it. Already looking forward to our next visit!

Great atmosphere, drinks and desert. Not many options in Pasadena, other some dive bars. This is the only trendy, cool spot without being uptight. They had a live DJ but they close at eleven on the weekends. If you a tequila drinker, they had fortaleza, don fulano and other additive free options.

It's great to see more rooftop bars popping up in the SGV since there are so few around. This is a really nice spot to catch up with people over drinks. The cocktails and the space itself are visually stunning, and they have plenty of outdoor heaters if it gets cold, which is a big plus. I also like that it's located at a Hilton, so parking in the structure is easy and stress-free. The cocktails are a bit on the pricier side, but they make their own infused liqueurs, which makes it feel worth it. I could definitely see this becoming a go-to hangout spot for locals. I'd absolutely come back here every once in a while when I'm in the area and craving a well-made cocktail.

It proved more difficult when dealing with the owner Scott. I'll start by saying the end result was us rescheduling at the same rate that we booked & our event went well, however it wasn't without hiccups. When rescheduling, we were specifically instructed by Scott to cancel our booking in Peerspace & rebook the new date. That's when issues started. Before cancelling I mentioned how Peerspace won't refund our full amount & Scott replied that whatever isn't refunded will be credited toward the new date. That didn't happen without us constantly reaching out via text, email, & Peerspace. When you request a date on Peerspace it's pending review/approval from Blush, however it charges you immediately. Since we opted for the payment plan that required about half down & remainder later, we were waiting on our refund to book the new date. It never came. When we were finally able to have a phone call with Scott, I couldn't get one word in the entire time he was mansplaining the world of business. He was very patronizing & I swallowed my pride because we just wanted a resolve & to not lose the deposit. I asked very clearly whether he was going to uphold our agreement. He did, but under the condition that we pay the remainder of our balance upfront in good faith to them. We did & that was that. Thereafter, it was back & forth whether Chris would still be working our event which Scott said he was. Chris was the saving grace of Blush in our opinion. Customer service & how you treat people is king, so it put our hearts at ease. But not for long, since it was changed later to Jin. Getting Jin to respond was difficult. We requested a final walk through with our coordinator about a month before our event. Jin told us he wasn't feeling well & wasn't present for most of the walk through. So we asked questions via email instead. I specifically mentioned a clean facility is important to us. The place just wasn't as polished as we first saw it. He was responsive only after I'd send text follow ups. The week of, not at all. I was waiting on confirmation about our drink selection which I never got & we just hoped it would all work out the day of. Day of our coordinator arrived first. The bathrooms were clean but the bar, cocktail tables, mirror hallway, & front door were full of fingerprints and sticky as if not cleaned from a previous event. We were told there would be 2 staff & that they'd be able to help us move cocktail tables. We weren't aware one of those people would be Jin & he wasn't helpful at all. He completely ignored our coordinator & aunt, but jumped to help our DJ with the sound system. We can only conclude it's because our DJ is a man & as a same sex female couple that leaves such a bad taste in our mouths. Our coordinator & aunt ended up cleaning everything with the one rag & spray bottle he gave after we repeated asked. Coordinator, wife, son, & I moved the heavy tables/ottomans. The drinks didn't taste like our selections. But the worst part was that he started charging our guests upon arrival. My wife & I stepped away to change our clothes. We were there 1.5hrs before start time & Jin never approached us or our coordinator for our card. He also had our itinerary ahead of time and met our coordinator. FYI on top of booking fees, you're also required to use their bar service for ALL drinks alcohol/nonalcohol which is included info on Peerspace. We agreed we'd cover the required minimum of $2500 & once we reached that amount it would turn into a cash bar. Our guests approached us confused about the bar so my wife personally went to Jin & asked why people were being charged, to which he responded "I couldn't find you guys." They immediately include their tip, which we weren't aware of, so drinks totaled to about $2100 w/ the remainder being tax/tip. They continuously ran out of cups & had zero cups for the water dispensers. We were refilling used water bottles to give to the kids. My aunt & cousin were busing tables. Bartenders didn't care to stay quiet or hold drink orders during vows. Every video we have of our vows is them shaking drinks & slamming glassware. There were good things too, kinda. It wasn't communicated to us that the front bathroom was for staff only & we had a outfit change planned, so after first saying no, Jin ended up letting my wife & I use the front bathroom. Also him assisting our DJ resulted in the music going well. It's sadly overshadowed by all the other things that needed improvement. It comes down to a lack of customer service & professional decorum, because the venue itself is beautiful. We gave a final 3 STARS because everything came together. Those missing components are just so vital. A work day for them is literally someone else's most important day that they're choosing and paying to celebrate at Blush.

The applewood smoked bacon added great flavor, and the roasted tomato basil pesto sauce really brought the whole sandwich together. I had the Bourbon Barbecue Burger, and it did not disappoint. Every bite had a great balance of sweet, savory, and smoky flavors. We also shared the braised short rib tacos, which were fantastic. The short rib was tender and flavorful, while the pickled onions, watermelon radish, and serrano peppers added freshness, texture, and just the right amount of kick. The fries were golden and soft. They were not particularly crispy, but they still paired well with the meal. Overall, everything we tried was delicious!

Was originally going to give 3.5 star but there's no half star option. -1 star due to weekday happy hour only 6-8 so very short happy hour time yet the store does not open 10 min in advance but instead opens right at 6 so after checking in (they make you provide your phone number to send you a very long text to read before you're assigned a room) you'll be at your room around 6:10 (could be even later if there's more parties present at same time). -0.5 because since happy hour is only 2 hours (technically speaking), you have to place ALL your order before 7. Any orders placed after 7 are considered additional purchases and cannot be deducted by the food credit. So you have to spend another 10 min to decide your food options so for large parties, I don't recommend weekday happy hour, not worth your time for 1.5 hours. Their weekend happy hour is longer but busier so might find a chance to give that a try.
