From the experience I had it felt like I was matched with a new masseur. Paid for an hour full body hot stone massage, and it definitely was not what I expected. The young lady focused primarily on my neck and shoulders for 3/4 of the hour. She did a few techniques that touched more areas but overall it was a neck and shoulder massage. Key areas that were focused on: feet, arms, hands, and lower back. When leaving the establishment the lady in the front desk asked how my massage went, I gave her my honest review. Instead of acknowledging what I told her all she kept on saying is that she would promise me that the next time I came they would do better. She also kept on insisting that my shoulders and neck were very tense and that is why the young lady did not massage other areas. From my personal experience this was one of the worst massages I have ever gotten, I would not recommend this place unless if you are very explicit with them on what you want to get a massage but they do not do a good job with balance. read more

Tonight my girlfriends and I came to this place. There were not enough chairs for all 3 of us, so one of us was outside where the chairs are and 2 of us had a private room with tables. The young lady that massages me was amazing. Her pressure was strong and she definitely massaged our my knots. Not many places like this do that so I was pleasantly surprised. Been coming to this massage place for about 2 years b/c of their great massages plus I live a couple minutes away so it's super convenient. But not anymore! After an already horrible day and a bad headache, I decided to treat myself to an hour massage. What else could possibly go wrong!? Well, my massage was half assed and was jipped of my hour! she didn't even touch my legs....so much for a full body massage. According to the manager, I had to specify that it was full body. Weird cuz I never had this issue w/them before and never had to specify in the past. Not only that, the manager explained this to me very publicly. I'm a pretty easygoing person who doesn't like to make an issue of things so this was very embarrassing. Making me feel like sh** for THEIR shortcoming. The manager offered to give me my money back or a giftcard but I refused. I wouldn't have felt right asking for the money back even tho I was cheated of my service. She kept insisting on reimbursing me and I just wanted to go home so I said I'd take my money back. Then she switched it to a $20 giftcard!!! What!? I received a very comfortable 90 min massage here, and the lady was very good with making sure she put enough pressure on my body to get out all the knots and kinks. The hot stones were a bit too hot for me, but just make sure you communicate with your masseuse and you will be fine. Everyone there was very friendly, and we were in and out without any issues. Just finished our 90 min couples massage and the ladies did not disappoint! We've been coming here for a couple years now and they're always wonderful. Booked our massage this morning and they accommodated us right away. $160 for a 90 min couples' massage. This is probably the best massage I've ever had and I've been to several "fancy" resort spas before which do not compare to the quality of massage at HM. Just to be clear, you are not paying for amenities like "spa water" and beach side views...you pay for what's important, and to me that's an incredibly relaxing massage. I've been to other spas that are gorgeous overlooking the beach and have a nice lounge but the massage has been forgettable. Not at HM! The ladies are all great at what they do. This is one of the only places that spends a lot of time on my upper back and shoulders, which is a big problem area for me. Also, they actually massage the glutes which are often ignored at other spas for some reason. I typically ask for medium pressure which is perfect, but know they can go much harder which my fiancé prefers. So if you're looking for a no frills experience with a great, thorough and relaxing massage - check out HM! We will definitely be coming back often read more

I've been coming to HM warm spa for several years but, over the past year I've walked away with more bruises than I can count. I have no blood issues as I get regularly screened so that's not something to even consider at this point. It's the simple fact that the quality has dropped dramatically. Went for a couple's massage. Called and asked if they had any availability in the next hour on Memorial Day. They were very accommodating. We got there 15 minutes early and had to wait another 15 minutes after our scheduled time. I didn't mind too much. They had a couch and a water dispenser. We got a room for the couple's massage. Since it was a our first time there, we didn't really know what to expect. I wish there was a bit more instruction like --"please use the restroom before" or "please get situated and we will come in in a bit." Only because they told us to go to the room and then they closed the door without saying much. We just looked at each other wondering what to do, so I had to go outside and find some help. The massage was pretty good. We got the couples massage for $100+tip. They'll ask you to pay in cash ahead of time on the phone. Although it was supposed to be a full body, I wish that they would ask which part would be focused on more. I had a lot of tension on my neck but ~60% was on my back. Overall, they still did a great job. My favorite part was the hot stones and the head massage. After the massage, they offer you a cup of water which is always nice. read more

disappointed given the rave reviews. i get massages regularly - monthly at minimum, usually biweekly. i live closer to this place than my go-to spa, so decided to give it a try. unfortunately the technique was pretty monotonous and light - lots of elbow and arm gliding, barely any acupressure. i asked for the hardest pressure and had to ask for my masseuse to press harder, which is really rare for me. they also used a LOT of oil, like it soaked into my clothes after (it was also kinda cold). i liked that hot stone was included. my favorite part was the scalp & face massage portion at the end, but sadly it was quite short. i got a little bored, tbh, but didn't want to be rude since it was the end of their workday. my masseuse also seemed kinda over it by the end. when i went to the front to pay, no one paid attention to me until a different lady came out (who i assume is the owner? she seemed nice). i appreciate the fair price, but will likely not return as it was mid. read more

We had booked the extreme value massage which is basically a foot massage. Overall I had a great experience and really enjoyed the decor of the place. My friend and I got our own room for the massage versus usual foot massage places where you are in a room with several people you don't know. The lights were dim and the room clean. I would definitely go back. Good massage and friendly staff! I'd go back again. The only problem was finding parking for me. Street parking is 1 hour so if I wanted to get a longer massage I'd have to think about where to find viable parking. Although not an issue for the store really. read more
