This is such a charming spot and a local favorite. I love their Mexican inspired decor. The indoor seating is a bit limited, but there are more seats outside. I was impressed by their breakfast menu with so many great options. We ordered the avocado toast and the chilaquiles with green sauce. The avo toast was beautifully presented and tasted delicious. My husband loved the chilaquiles and said they had an authentic Mexican flavor. Just a heads up: the green sauce is very spicy. If you are not a fan of spicy food, try the red sauce or ask for the sauce on the side. The iced mint mocha was refreshing and not too sweet. I also enjoyed my cortado with oat milk. Their decaf espresso has fruity notes and a slightly acidic finish, but it was very good. We are planning to buy a whole bag next time. My friend had the iced rose chilaquiles latte, and she said it was one of the best she tried. Big thanks to the staff--they were genuinely friendly and accommodating, even with all the small requests, despite being busy. This coffee shop is very cozy inside, and the workers are friendly and welcoming. However, the pricing of their drinks is out of control. I tried the Juan specialty latte this morning and it wasn't anything special. The $9 price tag with an optional $ tip is laughable. Hola Adios is the cutest little coffee shop. It looks like a tiny barn house. The inside is quite small but there are still some areas you can sit. They also have additional seating outside of the coffee shop. I had the Bacon and Friends Biscuit sandwich, which is quite filling. My friend ordered the same thing but she could finish it. It was delicious and the biscuit wasn't too dry. I recommend pairing this with an iced latte. They have an array of hot and cold teas, drip coffee, cold brew coffee, tea lattes, and espressos with some flavors you can add. I loved that they have a board with the staff's favorite drink combos. I ordered Cici's favorite, which was an iced oat milk hazelnut cinnamon latte. It was delicious and not overly sweet. I visited on a Saturday around 10:30 am and it wasn't crazy packed or anything. I'll definitely be back to try some more food items as they have burritos, quiches, toast, and other sandwiches. read more

It's crazy to me that there are so many good coffee shops within Old Town Tustin, and even crazier to me that it's taken so long to try Hola Adios! Came by today and got Paige's recommendation (rose cardamom oat milk latte) and my wife got Ceci's recommendation (cinnamon brown sugar oat milk latte), and both were FANTASTIC. I'm so glad I don't have to hoof it to Portola roasters for a rose cardamom latte anymore, because this hit all the marks. There's plenty of indoor seating in here for how small it looks on the outside, and staff is super friendly and quick. I definitely plan to visit more often, and will try some of their food items as well (they sold out of biscuits by the time we got there, so they must be doing something right!). I'm a real fan of this place. It's the perfect little spot to get cozy in with your laptop, chilaquiles and caffeine of choice. Let's talk about their chilaquiles because they always hit the spot. Great portion, eggs cooked perfectly, the red sauce is flavorful and not spicy at all. I'm sensitive to spice so I love that. I am also a fan of their drinks, and since I don't drink coffee I have tried both their chai and matcha lattes. I love both so I recommend you get both! They will usually have some type of seasonal drink and I typically will always try it. This little coffee shop makes you feel the warmest welcome and everyone is so nice. The smell of the food being cooked was amazing. I was just in and out for my morning cup, but it felt so cozy, I wish I had time to stay a while. There is plenty of street parking. I asked where else I would park if I couldn't find any on the street and a barista informed me that there's a little lot a couple of buildings down to the left of the shop. I got the strawberry Nutella strudel and it was so good. I wish it wasn't $5, but everything is so expensive these days, just like the Andy's mint mocha I ordered ($8!). The location is cute and is in downtown Tustin. We've love to walk around this area. We've been a few times and I will say their biscuits are very good. Highly recommend the actual food. The drinks on the other hand are not. Both the matcha and chai taste like straight milk. The coffee drinks are also just ok. Old town Tustin always has the best shops giving off the homey-est vibes. I had a meeting to go in Tustin so I wanted to find a space to grab a coffee and get some work done. I stumbled upon this cute spot and with both outdoor and indoor seating. They also have free wifi making it easy to get some work done. I grabbed a brulee latte and an avocado toast. It ended up coming out to around $20. The latte only comes with whole milk and hot which was good and tasted like a standard cup of sweetened coffee. The avocado toast was your basic sourdough with sliced avocado and pickled red onions. Parking in these areas can be tricky, but I was able to find street parking quite easily. Overall, everything tasted good and the service was friendly. read more

Seriously one of my favorite spots! Their Costa Mesa location is great, and so is this one! A couple of us got their brûlée con leche latte and it was amazing! We each got a pasty, and found them to be super filling and with a great flaky crust (the chorizo one was my personal favorite!) The space is quaint, and super clean! Hola Adios. Love them. Good food, good ambiance, good service. I was meeting someone here and the outdoor space was perfect. Pretty trees all around and cute wooden park benches. I've sat in the inside before and it was a great place to get work done on the laptop (had plug-in) I always get their Spanish Latte (Favorite by far) and Biscuit sandwich. The biscuit sandwich sounds ordinary but it is anything but. I would suggest some garlic salt or something similar but I'm one of those weirdos that brings my own Trader Joe's garlic salt grinders in my purse wherever I go, so I did so myself. There was an error made on my coffee order and management addressed it immediately and went like beyond, to rectify it. 10/10 for customer service When I was waiting for my other person to arrive, I loved observing that someone was always coming out to remove trash and wipe down the empty tables right away. How did an entity wiping down tables become such a commodity these days? Who wants to have to sit down at dirty tables? But I more times than not have to wipe down my own table when I go to a coffee shop so the fact that they were so on it, was a nice touch to see. Early mornings are not as busy but be prepared for busyness late morning and lunch bc the Farmers Market is going on at the same time. That means parking bottlenecks and longer lines, depending, but once you get settled, it's a great experience. The aesthetic, food and customer service is 10/10 read more

They had cute high top tables as well as bar seating near the register. The employees were friendly - they greet you as you come in and they seem happy to be there. I love the employee favorites list they have posted! I tried one of those drinks before and it was really good. This is our second time here and we ordered hot mochas to keep us warm. They were made well. The coffee flavor was good, it was at the right temperature and the sweetness was just right. My Little O tried their iced vanilla matcha and liked it a lot. Not too strong or overly sweet. Sitting in their outside patio with our hot mochas was so relaxing on this cool, foggy Sunday morning. It's definitely a spot we now love coming back to. read more
