They have this insanely talented musician who performs Friday and Saturday nights starting at 6:30 PM .. he literally has his stage on a landing pad halfway up the staircase with his own little music kingdom. One guy. Several instruments. Electric guitar and saxophone were played effortlessly. You can make requests, which adds to the fun! For example, "Sweet Caroline" was a song that everyone sang along throughout the restaurant lol. Then came something I didn't expect. This musician has made it his personal mission to play our National Anthem on Fridays and Saturdays 7pm sharp. Everyone naturally stood -up, the whole room joined in, hand over their hearts, so much patriotic passion and energy. It was truly beautiful to see people come together in that moment. It needed something to make it more viscous, and a secondary sauce, like a marinara or even an aioli would've been nice to balance out the sweetness of the Thai sauce. For an entree, I ordered the Maple- Ginger Salmon. The salmon was cooked perfectly and itself was delicious, but the sauce was too sweet and rich. The fired rice that accompanied my meal was over-the-top salty. It was almost going into "too much" territory. For desert we split the Passion Fruit Ice Cream Pie. This was actually very good and not overly sweet. It was my favorite item from my meal.
